온라인 맞춤형 광고 안내에 대한 프라이버시 안내를 위한 UI/UX 제공 방안 연구

온라인 맞춤형 광고에 대한 이용자의 개인정보 침해 우려가 증가함에 따라 국내 규제기관에서는 맞춤형 광고 관현 규정을 발표하는 등의 조치를 취하고 있으며, 국내 웹사이트에서는 이를 준용하여 사이트 내 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지를 제공한다. 국내 웹사이트의 맞춤형 광고 안내 제공 현황을 검토한 결과, 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지에 이르기까지 다수의 페이지 이동이 요구되는 등 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지에 접근하기 다소 복잡하다는 문제점을 발견했다. 이를 UI/UX의 관점에서 분석하기 위하여 국내 웹사이트에 전송되는 모든 유형의 온라인 맞춤형 광고에 적용되는 「온라인 맞춤형 광고 개인정보보호 가이드라인」이 제시하는 바에 따라, 1) 홈페이지 첫 화면, 2) 광고가 제공되는 화면 두 가지 시작 지점으로부터 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지에 이르기까지의 페이지 이동 경로를 구조화한다. 또한, 페이지 내 설치된 맞춤형 광고와 관련된 키워드를 포함하는 하이퍼링크, 시작 지점으로부터 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지까지의 페이지 이동 수와 같이 페이지 이동 과정에서 나타나는 특징을 분석함으로써 맞춤형 광고 안내 페이지 접근 및 탐색 과정에 있어 발견된 문제점을 더욱 세부적으로 파악하고, 이용자에게 맞춤형 광고와 관련된 정보를 효율적으로 제공할 개선방안을 제시하였다. As concerns about users’ privacy infringement on Online Behavioral Advertising(OBA) increase, regulators are taking measures such as drawing up guidelines for OBAs, and websites provide OBA guidance in compliance with such guidelines. As a result of reviewing the status of providing OBA guidance on websites, access to OBA guidance pages was rather complicated. In order to analyze the issue from the UI/UX perspective, following the “Guidelines for Privacy in Online Behavioral Advertising” applied to all types of OBA transmitted on websites, this study aims to structuralize a navigation of page movement from two starting points, 1) Main Page, 2) The page where OBA is delivered, to OBA guidance pages. Also, with understanding the problems found in the access and navigation of OBA guidance pages by analyzing features found during the page navigation, such as hyperlinks containing keywords, and movement pages.

본 연구에서는 대학원 학생들이 학습공동체에서 어떠한 경험을 했는지 탐색하였다. 대학원 학습공동체는 2018년 7월 13일부터 2019년 2월 25일까지 총 30회의 학습모임을 가졌다. 대학원생과 지도교수로 구성된 7인은 선정한 주제에 따라 발표와 질의를 통해 학습한 내용을 자유롭게 공유해갔다. 연구자들은 학습모임에서 발표문서와 질문목록, 토론내용과 면담내용을 녹음한 후 전사하였고, 수집한 자료는 범주화하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대학원 학습공동체 구성원들은 학습을 ‘실천’하며 배움에 대해 알게 되었다. 놀이중심 교육과정에 대한 탐구를 통해 학습의 ‘즐거움’을 경험하였고, 학습에는 지속적인 ‘노력’이 필요하다는 것을 체험하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학원 학습공동체와 같이 다른 전문가 집단에서도 실천 가능한 모델로서의 새로운 학습공동체 문화가 더욱 확산되기를 기대한다. This study explores the experiences of graduate students in a learning community. The graduate learning community had a total of 30 learning sessions from July 13 to February 25, 2019. Seven members including graduate students and an advisor shared their ideas freely and asked questions according to selected topics. The documents, question lists, discussions and interviews that were presented in the study group were recorded and transcribed. The collected data were categorized and analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows. First, the members of the learning community learned what ‘learning’ really means as they practiced what they learned. Second, they had experienced the ‘pleasure’ of learning through exploring play-centered curriculum, and they became aware of that continuous learning is essential. Thus study implies that the graduate learning community can be a good model for new professional learning communities.

대학원 박사과정 수업 경험에 대한 질적 사례 연구 : K대학 교육조직론 특강을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 대학원 박사과정 수업을 탐색하는 것이다. 이 수업은 박사과정생 9명이 수강하였으며, 2019년 9월부터 12월까지 총 15차례 진행되었다. 연구자는 수강생으로 참여하면서, 현장노트와 연구자 일지를 작성하였으며, 수강생을 대상으로 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대학원 박사과정의 수업은 익숙함과 낯설음 사이에서 ‘만들어져가고’ 있었다. 보이지 않던 경계지대를 허물고 ‘만남의 장’을 형성하였으며, 앎이 삶으로 연결되어 ‘나를 알아가는 과정’이라는 기쁨을 깨닫게 해 준 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서는 교육조직론 특강을 수강한 박사과정생들의 경험을 통하여, 대학원 수업이 학문간 경계를 넘어 학습자 스스로 깊이 있는 지식을 구성하고, 새로운 이론을 창출할 수 있는 만남과 대화의 장을 형성하는 계기가 되기를 기대해 본다. The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of the doctoral course class. The class consisted of a professor and nine students, and a total of 15 classes were held from September to December 2019. The researcher participated as a student, wrote a field note and a research journal, and interviewed the class participants. As a result of the research, the doctoral course class was “made by the members” between familiarity and strangeness. It broke down the invisible border and formed a “meeting place”. And it made me realize the joy of “getting to know me”. It is hoped that the doctoral course class will be a meeting place where learners can build deep knowledge and create new theories.
