기업의 SNS 특성이 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

정보기술의 발달로 기존PC 뿐만 아니라 모바일 기기를 이용하는 서비스로 그 영역을 확 장해 나가고 있다. SNS의 변화는 개인과 개인의 의사소통뿐 아니라 기업들도 SNS를 활용 하여 내부 구성원들간의 소통은 물론 고객과의 피드백, 협력업체와의 커뮤니케이션 등에 활 용하고 있다. 기업 SNS가 기업에게 내부 인재와 자원을 빠르게 연결하는 생산성의 도구로 고객의 평가를 신속하게 확인하는 소통의 수단으로 발전하고 있는데 이렇게 기업들이 SNS 를 통해 내부 구성뿐 만 아니라 지속적으로 고객들에게 다가가려는 노력은 홍보 채널로서 활용하여 소비자에게 기업의 이미지를 제고하고 긍정적 이미지를 심어주어 결국 자사의 수 익을 창출하기 위한 홍보채널로서의 역할을 기대한다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 아직은 그 효과 에 검증이 미비하고 기업 SNS의 사용자들에 관한 연구도 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구 는 기술수용모델과 정보시스템 성공 모델을 기반으로 서비스 품질, 정보품질, 시스템 품질, 개인적 혁신성, 개인의 친숙성을 변수로 설정하고, 기업 SNS의 인지된 용의성과 인지된 유 용, 인지된 즐거움에 대한 실증 분석을 통해 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 연구 한다.

Spread of internet service had a huge effect on usage and spread of SNS world widely. Variety of the service has increased from human network managing to commerce, education, payment method and so on. Also, it is expanding its service territory to not only PC area but also that of mobile equipment with development of information technology. Spread of use on SNS provides existing corporations the expansion of service area. Late SNS starter companies are advancing in diverse way for attracting users by serving shopping, games and other services with association with SNS. Therefore, analysis on consumers’ thought and pattern which analyze users’ demand, service’s function and contents and other factors in order to reflect on plans and operations of SNS is needed. On this perspective, this research is suggesting properties that are crucially related to sustained usage of SNS and study factors of SNS’s characteristics that influence trust and satisfaction on SNS and continuous usage intent of SNS.

GPS위치 정보를 기반으로 한 운동독려 게임화 앱 연구

본 논문에서는 사용자의 운동을 독려하기 위해 사용자의 체중 및 운동 상태를 고려한 운동 목표를 제시하고 GPS 정보를 이용한 목표를 부여하는 앱에 대한 연구를 다루었다. 기존 앱에서 제시한 막연한 숫자나 시간 목표와 달리 GPS정보를 이용하여 구체적으로 주변 건물이나 구조물로 목표를 제시한다. 또한 경쟁 심리를 이용하여 운동 독려를 하기 위해 앱에 연결된 사람들의 운동 정보를 보여주고 사용자의 경쟁 심리를 이용하여 여럿이 운동하는 효과를 볼 수 있도록 한다. 구체적인 목표물 제시를 위해 네이버지도 SDK 위치정보를 이용하여 주요 건물들의 좌표를 생성하고 마킹을 설정한다. 사용자는 매번 목표를 주면 지루해 하기 쉽고 사용자가 느끼는 지루함은 운동에 대한 흥미를 떨어뜨린 다. 운동 흥미를 잃지 않도록 하기위해 앱은 게임모드로 바꾸어 사용자의 체중과 운동 상태와 상관없는 가벼운 목표를 제시하고 목표를 달성하면 보상을 준다. 앱에 게임 모드를 추가하여 사람의 운동의지를 실천과 연결 시켰다. 또한 재미 요소를 가미하여 흥미를 유발하며, 경쟁심을 이용하여 꾸준한 운동으로 건강한 생활을 할 수 있도록 한다. 기술적으로는 GPS를 이용한 스마트폰 지도 표시의 정확도를 높이기 위한 카메라 위치 표시 함수 사용 및 기울기 처리를 하여 정확한 위치를 표시할 수 있도록 하였다. In this paper, in order to encourage the user's exercise, we presented an exercise goal that considers the user's weight and exercise state, and dealt with a study on an app that gives a goal using GPS information. Unlike the vague numbers and times suggested in the existing app, it is presented specifically with the surrounding buildings or structures using GPS information. In addition, to use competitive psychology to exercise encouragement, it shows the movement information of people connected to the app and allows users to use the competitive psychology to get the effect of exercising many people. The app creates coordinates of major buildings and sets markings using the Naver Map SDK location information to present specific targets. It is easy for users to get bored if they give a goal every time, and the boredom that the user feels decreases the interest in the exercise. In order to not to lose interest in athletic interest. the app switches to game mode and give a light goal that doesn't matter user's weight or exercise status, and rewards user for achieving the suggested goals. Game mode is added to app that connects a person's will to practice. It adds fun elements to create interest, and uses competitiveness to help you live a healthy life with a steady workout. Technically, to improve the accuracy of smart-phone map display using GPS and the tilt processing was to be able to display the exact location.
