        e-커머스 서비스 혁신을 위한 발전전략 연구

        The purpose of this study is to organize prior research related to e-commerce activation factors available to stakeholders in the online distribution industry, and to conduct FGI with e-commerce experts to calculate the importance of each factor in order based on the 3 Level Service Model of Kwon Hyeog-in (2010), the key factors derived through the preceding study and the FGI were structured and the weighting of each factor was derived using AHP methodology. In the higher factors, the private sector (0.542) > communes (0.237) > public (0.2222) appeared to be important. Sub-factories included 'search service development' (0.0970)', 'recommendation service development (0.0805)’, ‘consumer needs analysis (0.0534)’, ‘consumer consumption pattern analysis (0.0505)’ and ‘other platform-linked service development (0.0450)’, in the order of weighting down, indicating each of the factors within the top 15 priority. The results of this study will be utilized throughout the e-commerce industry as well as e-commerce enterprises, providing an academic foundation for the rapidly growing e-commerce ecosystem. 본 연구의 목적은 e-커머스의 산업 생태계가 활성화 될 수 있도록 온라인유통산업 이해관계자들이 활용 가능한 e-커머스 활성화 요인과 관련된 선행연구를 정리하고, e-커머스 전문가들을 대상으로 FGI를 진행하여 요인별 중요도를 산출하는 데 있다. 이에 선행연구와 FGI를 통해 도출된 핵심요인을 권혁인(2010)의 3 Level Service Model을 바탕으로 하여 계층구조모델을 구조화하고, AHP 방법론을 활용하여 각 요인의 가중치를 도출하였다. 상위요인에서는 민간(0.542) > 공동(0.237) > 공공(0.222) 순으로 중요하게 나타났다. 하위요인에서는 가중치 내림차순으로 ‘검색서비스 개발(0.0970)’ > ‘추천서비스 개발(0.0805)’ > ‘소비자 니즈 분석(0.0534)’ > ‘고객 소비 패턴 분석(0.0505)’ > ‘타 플랫폼 연계 서비스 개발(0.0450)’ 등으로 나타나 우선순위 15위 이내의 요인을 대상으로 각각의 시사점을 기술하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 e-커머스 기업 뿐만 아니라 e-커머스 산업 전반에 활용될 수 있을 것이며, 빠르게 성장하고 있는 e-커머스 생태계에 학문적 토대를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

        3D 프린팅 적합 융합산업 선정(평가)을 위한 연구: 제조업을 중심으로

        [Purpose]With industrial perspective, the purpose of this study is to select proper convergence industry of 3D printing that is growing fast in the market. [Methodology]This study used evaluation model of H. I, Kwon(2016) for 3D printing industry. To select proper industry of 3D printing applications close-end survey was conducted to relevant expert of each industry. [Findings]The results showed that automobile industry is the most suitable to 3D printing application. The core element of Marketability and Technology were the highest elements at all industries in common. This means that each industry expects to create new markets by convergence of 3D printing. Moreover, the expectation is high that convergence of 3D printing technology itself improves feasibility of industry. [Implications]This study defined the most proper industry as convergence industry of 3D printing. This result provides basic information to suggest future direction of 3D printing industry as next generation industry. It is needed to build detailed strategy of convergence then it helps to activate 3D printing industry in the future. [연구목적]본 연구는 제 4차 산업혁명의 주요 기술로 꼽히며 그 산업규모가 점점 커지고 있는 3D 프린팅 기술을 더 이상 기술이 아닌 산업의 관점에서 3D 프린팅 적용이 적합한 융합산업을 선정 하고자 하였다. [연구방법]본 연구는 권혁인 외(2016)의 3D 프린팅 적용 산업선정(평가) 평가모형을 채택하여 질적 및 양적 연구를 바탕으로 제조업 중심의 3D 프린팅 적합 융합산업 선정을 위한 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 1차적 문헌연구와 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 한국표준산업분류(KSIC)의 제조업 부문에서 후보 산업군을 분류하여 대상을 축소하였고, 2차적으로 분류된 후보 산업군을 5개 산업으로 구조화 하였다. 3차적으로 전문가 대상 폐쇄형 설문으로 후보 산업군을 최종 평가하였다. [연구결과]연구 결과, 3D 프린팅 융합 시 가장 높게 평가된 산업으로 자동차 산업이 선정되었다. 이는 융합 시 자동차 산업의 성장이 가장 클 것으로 예측된다. 전 산업 공통으로 시장성 요인과 기술성 요인이 높게 평가 된 것으로 보아, 융합으로 인해 기존에 없던 새로운 제품이나 서비스 창출이 가능하여 새로운 시장 창출로 인한 성장성과 기술로 인한 산업의 확장 가능성이 클 것으로 예측된다. [연구의 시사점]본 연구 결과는 미래 성장동력인 3D 프린팅 산업의 방향성에 대한 기초적 정보가 될 것이며, 향후 3D 프린팅 산업 생태계 조성을 위한 정책적 방향제시나, 구체적인 활성화 방안 마련에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        A Framework for Creating Inter-Industry Service Models in the Convergence Era

        In today’s rapidly changing and increasingly competitive business environment, new product development in tune with market trends in a timely manner has been a matter of the utmost concern for all enterprises. Indeed, developing a sustainable new business has been a top priority for not only business enterprises, but also for the government policy makers accountable for the health of its national economy as well as for decision makers in what type of organizations. Further, for a soft landing of new businesses, building a government-initiated industry base has been claimed to be necessary as a way to effectively boost corporate activities. However, the existing methodology in new service and new product development is not suitable for nurturing industry, because it is mainly focused on the research and development of corporate business activities instead of new product development. The approach for developing new business is based on ‘innovation’ and ‘convergence.’ Yet, the convergence among technologies, supplies, businesses and industries is believed to be more effective than innovation alone as a way to gain momentum. Therefore, it has become more important than ever to study a new methodology based on convergence in industrial quality new product development (NPD) and new service development (NDS). In this research, therefore, we reviewed any restrictions in the existing new product and new service development methodology and the existing business model development methodology. In doing so, we conducted industry standard collaboration analysis on a new service model development methodology in the private sector and the public sector. This approach is fundamentally different from the existing one in that ours focuses on new business development under private management. The suggested framework can be categorized into industry level and service level. First, in the industry level, we define new business opportunities in occurrence of convergence between businesses. For this, we analyze the existing industry at the industry level to identify the opportunities in a market and its business attractiveness, based on which the convergence industry is formulated. Also, through the analysis of environment and market opportunity at the industry level, we can trace how different industries are lined to one another so as to extend the result of the study to develop better insights into industry expansion and new industry emergence. After then, in the service level, we elicit the service for the defined new business, which is composed of private service and supporting service for nurturing industry. Private service includes 3steps: plan-design-do; supporting service for nurturing industry has 4 steps: selection-make environment- business preparation-do and see. The existing methodology focuses on mainly securing business competitiveness, building a business model for success, and offering new services based on the core competence of companies. This suggested methodology, on other hand, suggests the necessity of service development, when new business opportunities arise, in relation to the opportunity analysis of supporting service based on the clear understanding of new business supporting infrastructure optimization. Meanwhile, we have performed case studies on the printing and publishing field with the restrict procedure and development system to assure the feasibility and practical application. Even though the printing and publishing industry is considered a typical knowledge convergence industry, it is also known as a low-demand and low-value industry in Korea. For this reason, we apply the new methodology and suggest the direction and the possibility of how the printing and publishing industry can be trnasformed as a core dynamic force for new growth. Then, we suggest the base composition service for industry promotion(public) and business opportunities for private’s profitability(private).

        청소년의 HMR에 대한 인식 유형 연구

        본 연구는 HMR에 대해 청소년이 인식하는 유형을 Q방법론적 접근을 통해 소비자 스스로 정의를 내리고 구조화시킴으로써 소비자의 인식에 대한 총체적인 유형을 발견하고자 하였다. 이로 인해 현재 HMR의 주요고객으로서의 비중이 높아지고 있는 청소년의 HMR인식에 주목하고 HMR 시장에서 청소년 소비자의 소비특성을 파악하여 HMR시장에서 고려할 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 진술문의 카드를 응답자가 분류하여 작성하는 방법으로 분석작업이 행하여졌고 Q모집단을 선정하고 구성하여, 이를 통하여 진술문을 작성 후 P샘플 선정과 분류작업을 거쳐 얻어지는 Q-sort를 PC QUANL 프로그램을 사용하여 Q요인분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과로 총 4가지의 유형으로 분류되었는데, 제1유형은 저렴한 가격을 추구하는 [(N=10): 가격추구형], 제2유형은 신뢰로 인한 구매를 추구하는 [(N=10): 신뢰추구형], 제3유형은 편리함을 추구하는[(N=2): 편의추구형], 제4유형은 포장상태의 깔끔함을 추구하는[(N=3): 외관추구형] 등으로서 각 유형마다 각각의 특징이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이런 분석을 통해 검출되어진 각각의 주관적인 의견은 HMR의 후속연구를 위한 토대로서 활용되고 추후 더욱 발전된 연구방향으로 HMR 시장의 마케팅 자료로 제공하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was to find out the general type of consumer perception by defining and structuring consumers' self - awareness through the Q methodological approach to the types of youth perceived by HMR. This study focuses on the recognition of HMR as a major customer of HMR, and aims to provide information that can be considered in the HMR market by identifying consumption characteristics of youth consumers in the HMR market. To do this, the respondent classifies the statement card and analyzes the Q-sort. Q-sort, which is obtained by selecting and constructing the Q-population, Q factor analysis. (N = 10): price seeking type], the second type is [(N = 10)] which pursues the purchase by trust, (N = 2): seeking convenience], and the fourth type [(N = 3): seeking the appearance of the packaging)] Each type has its own characteristics. Each subjective opinion detected through this analysis is utilized as a basis for the follow-up study of HMR and will be provided as a marketing data of the HMR market in a future research direction.

        韓・日 대학성적평가 비교 고찰 -인간이해와 미래지향적 관점에서-

        This study proposes the future evaluation method while comparing the cases of Korea and Japan in the problems of university grade evaluation. First, I explained the process in which both countries are repeating revisions and progress while operating absolute evaluation and relative evaluation. This left a big question as to whether the system introduced under the leadership of the Korean Ministry of Education and the Japanese Ministry of Education, would be effective. And it became clear that it is an evaluation method that is far from the educational goals required in the future post-corona era. In the case of South Korea, it seems necessary to correct the disadvantages of rigid relative evaluation and develop a versatile evaluation method that has been fully discussed between teachers and learners while acknowledging the autonomy of teaching authority. The Japanese should also clarify the problem of quantifying the ranking of the GPA system so that the characteristics evaluated based on the authority and trust of the professor are not distorted. Then, it is necessary to reconsider the method of sharing evaluation methods that would lose the original purpose of grade evaluation by blindly believing in the acceptance of accreditation and global quantification by a third party.

        SOME IDENTITIES OF DERANGEMENT NUMBERS ARISING FROM DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS

        Recently, several authors have studied derangement numbers, which are related to second kind of stirling numbers and bell numbers (see [5]). In this paper, we derive the differential equation arising from the generating function of derangement numbers and we give some identities of derangement numbers which are derived from our differential equations.
