        지역관광 활성화를 위한 관광지 서비스품질 인식, 이미지, 선택 의도의 영향 관계 및 친숙도의 조절 효과분석: 강원도 남이섬을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 지역관광 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 관광지 서비스품질 인식, 이미지 및 선택 의도의 영향 관계와 친숙도 조절 효과를 분석하였다. 자료수집은 강원도 남이섬을 방문한 관광객을 대상으로 2017년 5월 24일~26일까지 현장설문 조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료 분석을 위해 다양한 통계분석 기법(예: 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 그리고 신뢰도 분석)을 실행하였으며, 연구의 가설검증을 위해 최소 자승 추정법 구조방정식 모형화 기법(PLS-SEM)을 활용하였다. 본 연구는 연구변수 간의 영향 관계에 “지역 친숙도”의 조절 효과를 분석하는 데 초점을 두었고, 변수들의 측정오차와 잠재변수 간의 예측 오차를 최소화하여 경로계수를 추정하므로 오차 최소를 통한 예측력의 극대화를 위해 PLS-SEM 모형분석을 실행하였다. 연구 결과는 관광지 서비스품질과 이미지 그리고 이미지와 선택 의도 변수 간에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 서비스품질과 선택 의도의 영향 관계는 미미하였으나, 지역 친숙도 변수에 의해 그 영향 관계의 강도가 높게 나타났다. 따라서 연구 시사점은 변화된 국내외 관광객 동향에 기초하여 개인 욕구에 맞는 지역의 관광명소 방문과 자신이 원하는 활동이 가능하도록 관광지 서비스품질을 강화한다면 관광객의 선택 의도는 더 높게 나타날 것이다. 또한, 관광지역의 실제 경험과 익숙함에 노출된 관광객들은 그렇지 않은 관광객들에 비하여 관광지 이미지에 유의한 영향을 미치므로, 관광지역 친숙도 강화에 초점을 둔 마케팅 기반 조성에 역량을 기울여야 할 것이다.

        PLS-SEM을 활용한 감각유산 인식, 관광지 이미지, 만족도, 재방문 의도의 영향 관계에 관한 동·서양 관광객의 비교분석: 베트남 관광지를 중심으로

        This study examined the difference between east and west tourists regarding the influence of sensory heritage perception on tourism destination image, tourism satisfaction, and intention to revisit Vietnam as a tourism destination that recently emerged as Asia's new tourism destination. To accomplish the purposes, data were collected by conducting on-site survey for tourists who visited Da Nang and Hoi An areas, which are the representative tourist destinations of Vietnam from October 31 to November 3, 2018. To analyze the data many statistical tests were used such as descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, PLS-SEM, and Multi-Group Analysis(MGA). This study reveled that the relationship between variables (i.e. the perception of sensor heritage and tourism image and satisfaction, tourism image and satisfaction) have significantly related each other. However, there was no significant relationship between variables (i.e. the sensory of heritage and revisit intention(RI), tourism image and RI, tourism satisfaction and RI). The results also showed that the difference in the relation among the study variables between east and west tourists partially. Thus, these findings suggested that the differentiated products and services should be developed by reinforcing with tourists’ perception of the sensory heritage. The experts and professionals of tourism development should essentially be trained to understand tourists' specific character based on nationality or culture areas to secure tourism competitiveness.

        관광경험에 따른 관광지의 위험지각, 선호도, 방문의도의 영향관계 차이 분석: 대구광역시를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in the influence relationship between perceived risk, preference and visiting intention according to tourism experience. To accomplish the purpose, data were collected using on-line and on-site survey by tourist consumers from June 22 to July 2, 2020. Several statistical techniques (i.e. exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, ANOVA with a post hoc Bonferroni, multiple liner regression and univariate analysis of variance) were used to analysis the data collected. The results revealed that the sub-variable (e.g., physical risk) of perceived risk was not significantly related with tourism preference, but the other sub-variables (e.g., functional risk, economic risk) of the perceived risk were found to have a partially significant effect. Moreover, the relationship between the sub-variable (e.g., functional risk) of perceived risk and preference was partially significant, and also their relationship was moderated according to the types of tourism experience. Thus, these findings suggest that it is necessary to establish a promotional strategy that can provide utility and value for tourists' time investment and expenditure by re-introducing tourism products and services that can renew their aspect as a tourist destination. Also, it is important to minimize negative emotions and attitudes toward tourist destinations to induce tourists' tourism behavior. To do so, local autonomy and governments make more efforts not only to develop tourism products that can satisfy the needs of tourist consumers, but also to provide information about tourism destination that can promote the psychological stability of tourists.

        의료관광객 수요증가를 위한 한국의료관광 포지셔닝전략 수립방안에 관한 연구

        This study aimed to establish the positioning strategy for korea medical tourism to increase medical tourism demands. Data were collected from Chinese tourists who visited to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Korea between October 3 and 5, 2014. The data were analyzed by such statistical tests as descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability test, and covariance structural modeling. The results revealed that selection attributes of medical tourism insignificantly affect selection intention to the medical tourism, but significantly influence their preferred tourism activity. Also, the study results confirmed that the higher level of preferred tourism activities is, the more positive attitudes toward selection intention to Korea medical tourism tourists have. The findings suggested that the differentiated and diverse contents of medical services(i.e., easy visa procedures, consistent treatment processes, etc.) and tourism services(i.e., shopping, K-pop festivals, etc.) would be run for the first to set up the positioning strategy, as well as to gain competitive advantages over the competitors as one of medical tourism destinations in the world.

        청소년의 스트레스, 여가불만족, 고독감의 영향관계 분석

        스트레스는 일생 동안 인간이 성장함에 있어 만연된 특징이며, 청소년기 역시 예외는 아니다. 청소년들의 웰빙과 건강을 이해하는데 있어 스트레스의 중요성은 광범위하게 연구되어지고 있다. 스트레스를 받은 경험과 스트레스에 대처하기 위한 노력들은 청소년기의 심리적 고통과 정신이상학을 이해하는데 중요하다. 이러한 관점에서 많은 연구가 오랜 기간 동안 청소년의 스트레스와 부정적인 감정 간의 영향관계를 조사하는데 집중하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청소년기의 스트레스, 여가불만족, 고독감 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 영향관계를 분석하기 위하여 본 연구는 광주광역시의 고등학교에 재학 중인 17-18세 청소년을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 2018년 7월 1일부터 7월 15일까지 실시되었으며, 총 323개의 설문지를 수집하여 분석에 사용할 수 있는 307개 설문지를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 구조모형 분석 결과, 스트레스의 하위 요인들인 학업, 부모관계, 친구관계, 경제적, 외모 스트레스는 여가불만족에 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 청소년의 여가불만족은 고독감에 정(+)의 영향관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 분석결과들은 다양한 여가활동들을 통해 청소년들의 부정적 감정과 반사회적 행동을 최소화하는 정책과 프로그램이 시행되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

        Community Residents’ Support for Cause-Related Tourism Marketing Activities: Using the Theory of Reasoned Action

        This study examined residents’ intentions to support cause–related tourism marketing activities by utilizing the theory of reasoned action. Data were collected across three destination areas at different levels of tourism development. This study confirmed that beliefs and attitudes were positively related to support for “cause–related tourism marketing.” Residents held a higher level of acceptance in tourism marketing that emphasizes sustainability of natural amenities in a county. The relationship between attitudes and intentions differed by community representing resident attitudes and destination life-cycle. The findings were consistent with McCool and Martin’s(1994) suggestion that the demands or wants of local stakeholders about marketing activities differ between communities. As Butler(1980) and Doxey(1975) stated, the least developed county held the strongest relationship between attitudes and intentions compared to high or middle staged tourism development. These results offer a platform for a better understanding of residents’ intentions to support future “place–based” marketing and provide background knowledge for the marketing of communities for tourism.

        2018 평창 동계올림픽 참여의도의 영향요인에 관한연구 -지역주민과 내국인 관광수요자를 중심으로-

        This study explored the determinants influencing participation-intention to 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, as well as the differences in the relationships between residents and native tourism users on such study factors as economic, environmental, socialㆍcultural impacts on tourism industries, perceived importance of tourism service quality, and participation-intention to the Olympic. For the purposes, data were collected by residents and tourists in three cities of Gangwon province, where the Olympics will be held. The data were analyzed by utilizing reliability test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Results revealed significant differences between residents and native tourism users on the principal factors such as impacts on tourism industries and perceived importance of tourism service quality that influence participation-intention to the Olympics. The study also found the remarkable results as follows. The higher degree of economic and socialㆍ cultural influences of tourism business is, the more positive participation-intention to t e Olympic the groups have. Such factors as main tourism facilities, the quality service of n employee, and tourism condition around the host cities are significantly important to make a decision to participate on the Olympic to the groups. So as to improve the potential demands f the Olympic, the findings suggest that governments and experts related with the Olympic shou ldinput more investments and efforts to build substantial marketing strategies based on touri m users`` needs and wants for the Olympic, and also expel attractive tourism programs and syste s in particle.

        호텔·관광분야 교육과정에 대한 대학생 인식이 학습몰입과 학업성취도 및 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향관계 분석

        The purpose of this study was to identify the influences of College students’ recognition of hotel and tourism curriculum on learning flow, academic achievement, and career decision-making self-efficacy. To collect data, on-site survey was conducted by students majoring in hotel and tourism studies at several Universities in Korea from October 05 to 10, 2020. The data were analyzed in using various statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, reliability test, PLS-SEM along with bootstrapping techniques. The results revealed that the relationship between the variables, recognition of curriculum(RC) and learning flow and RC and career decision-making self-efficacy(CDS), have significantly related with each other. Students’ learning flow was also positively related with career decision making self-efficacy. However, RC was insignificantly connected with academic achievement, and there was no significant relationship between the academic achievement and CDS. Thus, these findings suggest that universities should come up with a plan for structural reform of the curriculum so that students can cultivate new skills required by companies or industries in the future era (e.g., the Fourth Industrial Revolution). It is necessary to clarify the type of department that the department aims at (e.g., research-centered vs. practical training-centered), and reinforce differentiation in the curriculum according to the characteristics of the department type. This provides students, an education consumer, with empirical motivation for learning activities that lead to expand opportunities for career decisions and choices along with academic achievement.
