In the year book of Bridge Statistics published by The Ministry of Construction and Transportation of Korea, we can find the problem of Korea's Construction Situations, in these statistics, 49% of all bridges in Korea are Reinforced Concrete Slab Bridges. We can not deny that we sought not economic or rationalized types but fast construction methods. So, it is easy to see the same types of bridges throughout the Korean peninsula. As the labor cost is increasing and aesthetic values are gaining interest, new types of bridges, which show economic construction methods and beautiful shapes, are demanded. This study shows the behavior of the two girder bridge, which is an economic and effective method, trying to find the relation between the behavior of a crossbeam and the distances and locations of crossbeams. Additionally, the characteristics of the vertical bracings are evaluated.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the need functions in the larchiveum. For this purpose, Firstly, we studied about the complex trend. And through the comparison with Mediatheque, we established the concept of larchiveum. Secondly, we sought the function of museum, library and archive. And than classified the functions as core functions, common functions and linking functions. Thirdly, we proposed the suitable need spaces for each functions. Finally, we applied the results to the World confucianism cultural museum's space function program. The study is expected to contribute to the space program of larchiveum. And necessitating the next studies about the management, legal troubles and so on of larchiveum.

정책과정에서 주요 행위자들의 상호작용은 정책결정에 중요한 영향을 미치게 된다. 인터넷 내용등급제 도입과정에서 나타난 정책네트워크의 상호작용은 이러한 역학관계를 잘보여주고 있다. 부문내에서의 강한 응집력과 협력적 행동화를 바탕으로 부문간의 갈등에 대응하면서 이러한 영향은 구체화된다. 정부부문과 비정부부문으로 나누어진 정책네트워크 구조는 정책의제형성단계에는 갈등적 관계가 형성되고 힘의 균형을 위해 양자가 세력화하고 직접적인 충돌로 발전하고 있으나, 정책대안형성단계에서는 국회라는 공간으로 논쟁이 옮겨지면서 직접적인 충돌보다는 국회의원들을 통한 간접적인 갈등과 충돌로 나타난다. 그리고 정책결정단계에서는 정부부문의 갈등 회피로 충돌의 빈도나 강도가 많이 완화되어진다. 이러한 과정에서 네트워크의 특성은 수평적ㆍ집중형에서 수평적ㆍ분산형으로, 그리고 수직적ㆍ집중형으로 유형이 변화된다.

As entering the aging society, the elderly became interested a lot in natural healing and wellness and eco-friendly living, such as LOHAS or Well-Being for the quality of healthy life. Therefore, this paper sought to consider it as a kind of natural healing in the development of forest therapy program for improving the health of the elderly. Based on this, we propose a target-specific custom program that can be applied to practice. As a factor to consider when developing programs, a sense of purpose, there were residence time, a time of bathing, clothing, exercise, walking and breathing methods, observation and discovery, listening to the sound, derived relaxation and meditation, stretching and so on. Programs designed model was introduced Hydro Therapy to cure the intermediate region divided into active environments (Color Therapy, Aroma Therapy) and a non-active environment (Music Therapy, Exercise Therapy). Based on this, it was developing a program to aid healing and recovery To target specific non-disease and disease of the elderly (depression, stress, hypertension, diabetes mellitus).

사회복지의 지역수준 공공전달체계 변화에 관한 연구

복지수요는 급증하고 있는데 전달체계는 정체되어 있어 국민들의 복지체감도가 낮다. 복지의 제공은 지역수준에서 공공전달체계에 의해 결정되어지지만 이에 대한 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 지역복지 전달체계의 변화가 시대별로 어떠한 요인들에 의해 설명되어지는지를 역사적 제도주의 관점을 통해 설명하였다. 전달체계 변화에 영향을 미친 요인들을 공급과 수요요인, 지역특성, 외생요인으로 설정하였다. 분석의 결과, 전반적으로 지방정부의 역량이 강화되고, 사회복지 수요가 지역단위에서도 급격한 증가가 나타나고 복잡해지는 경향을 보여준다. 또한 경제상황이 좋지 않은 가운데 지역주민들의 복지부담은 오히려 증가하고 있었다. 이러한 요인별 특성들의 변화는 지역수준의 복지전달체계의 변화를 초래하고 있었다. 구조적인 측면에서 전달체계가 분권화를 통해 분절적인 구조로 진화되고 있었고 전달체계 내부에서의 조정도 진행되고 있었다.

한국의 민간사회복지자원 조사연구 : 기업의 사회공헌과 모금기관의 모금활동을 중심으로

This study is a research on the private social welfare resources of Korea in 2008. In order to do that, this research investigates social welfare resources of the corporate community relations and non-profit fundraising agencies by using the documentary survey, the second database analysis, survey research and focus group interview(FGI) etc. The result of the research is as follows. First, corporate donation expenditures accounted for 3.3785 trillion won, so it is about 8.50 million won per corporation. Among the types in donations, the largest proportion was designated donations, next to it, exceptional donations and legal donations has large proportion in sequence. Donation expenditures increases in proportion to the scale of corporation. Recent trends of corporate community relations are increasing scale of expenditures, being strongly influenced by political economic environment, and the appearance of new paradigm and identity of community relations. And internally, overall assessment and modifying is going along now. Second, the scale of the main fundraising agencies is estimated at 600 billion won. Among them, 45% is from 'the Community Chest of Korea', and the rest proportion is composed of 'World Vision', 'Korea Food for the Hungry International', and 'Child Fund' in sequence. Based in the result, this study suggested three things. First, to secure continuous and stable donors, it is important to make a clear goal and a plan carefully. Second, to develop the social welfare resources effectively by vitalization of donation, it is necessary donation marketing approach for development and management of social welfare resources. Third, to fill the number of those exclusively responsible for fundraising is required.

재한 중국동포들의 사회복지태도에 관한 연구

Welfare rights is recognized as a universal right for all citizens, but the Korean Chinese in Korea are treated as resident aliens which the principle of reciprocity is applied. However, these people do not recognize themselves as alien status which leads to exclusion resulting in the tendency to remain in the blind spot of welfare. As such, this study investigates the welfare attitudes of the Korean Chinese in Korea who occupy most of the resident aliens, in order to search for the implications of welfare policy for these individuals. The indices to measure the welfare attitude are responsible party of welfare problems and effect of the policy. Results of the analysis are as follows: welfare problems emphasized family responsibility for the elders, handicapped, and children whereas on the government, the emphasis was on the responsibility for solving unemployment. People neither displayed much positivity nor recognition of negative aspects of welfare ’ s social effect. Based on these results, we should enhance welfare system and facilities awareness at policy level, increase the effectiveness of the systems for the Korean Chinese in Korea while reviewing the welfare allocation and scope, and establish a basic welfare infrastructure. 복지권은 모든 국민들의 보편적 권리로서 인정하고 있지만 재한 중국동포들은 외국인 처우를 받음으로써 상호주의에 입각한 적용을 받는다. 그러나 이들은 스스로 체류 외국인신분을 인정하지 않음으로 인하여 그나마 배제되어 복지사각지대에 머무르는 경향이 강하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체류 외국인의 다수를 차지하고 있는 재한 중국동포들의 복지태도를 조사함으로써 이들에 대한 복지정책적 함의를 탐색해보고자 한다. 복지태도를 측정할 범주로는 복지 책임 주체 및 정책효과이다. 분석의 결과, 복지의 책임 주체에 대해 내국인들에 비해 정부보다는 가족 등 비공식부문의 책임을 강조하고 있고, 정책 효과에 대해서는 전체적으로 긍정적 기대가 크지 않지만생활안정에 대해 가장 높게 인식하며, 부정적 측면에서의 계층갈등이나 근로의욕 저하에대해서는 문제가 안된다는 경향을 보였다. 이는 중국동포들의 집단 특수성이 반영된 것이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과가 정책적 차원에서 시사하는 바는, 재한 중국동포들을 복지대상으로 수용하는 제도적 장치를 마련하고 수혜자격 및 범위에 대한 적극적인 검토를하는 등 재한 중국동포들에 대한 기본적인 복지인프라를 구축하여야 할 것이다.
