This study was conducted to evaluate the physiological and ecological characters of rice cultivars suitable for low fertilized condition. 5 rice cultivars(Jinmibyeo, Sobibyeo, Hwayeongbyeo, Nagdongbyeo and Junambyeo) were cultivated for selection under 3 different nitrogen application levels, and 1 cultivars were selected. The results obtained are summarized as follows ; High yielded rice cultivars under low N application level were Junambyeo, Jinheng and Sobibyeo. Also these cultivars were yielded highly under conventional level(11kg/10a). Milled rice yield under conventional level(11kg/10a) was positively correlated with them under low N levels. Milled rice yield was most affected by no. of grain/m<sup>2</sup>. Rice cultivars that were high crop growth rate(CGR) before heading stage were Junambyeo, Sobibyeo and Nagdongbyeo. Grain filling rate was increased mostly until 20 days after heading, and decreased after this stage. Nitrogen use efficiency was higher under low N level(5.5kg/10a) than conventional level(11kg/10a). Especially, Junambyeo was most low in Apparent recovery of applied N(AR) under low N application level, but most high in Agronomic N use efficiency(ANUE). This characteristics of Junambyeo will to be useful for selection of variety suitable for growing under low fertilized condition.
Preparation of micron-size PMMA/clay hybrid nanocomposite by dispersior polymerization.

Polymer/clay nanocomposites (PCN) have attracted much interest over wide range of scientific and practical viewpoints. This type of PCN can potentially show hybrid properties synergistically derived from both the host (clay) and the guest (polymer). Most of the popular synthetic PCN strategies known (so far) monomer intercalation, monomer modification, covulcanization, common solvent and polymer melt intercalation method. However, preparation of PCN are limited because the hydrophilic nature of the montmorillonite (MMT) surface impedes the insertion of organic materials into the gallery of MMT, and therefore many efforts have been made to overcome this problem, mainly by the modification of the silicate surface to become organophllic. Very recently, PS and PMMA/Na+MMT nanocomposites were prepared by a one-step emulsion polymerization. However, researches on polymer/MMT nanocomposites by simple one-step dispersion polymerization haven't been reported. Herein we report a preparation of micron-size PMMA/MMT nanocomposite by dispersion polymerization, and the morphological, thermal, mechanical and rheological properties were analysized.

2010년 5월 정종현 군과 2012년 10월 강미옥 씨의 안타까운 의료사고 사망에 대한 반성에서 비롯된 「환자안전법」이 2016년 7월 29일 시행되었다. 「환자안전법」은 환자안전사고에 대한 국가 차원의 체계적 인 관리시스템 구축을 기본 목적으로 한다. 환자안전사고에 대해 보건의료인 및 환자와 환자 보호자가 자율 적으로 보고한 내용을 분석하여 보건의료기관 및 보건의료인 전체를 학습시키는 `보고·학습시스템` 구축을 핵심으로 국가 차원에서는 환자안전기준, 환자안전지표, 환자안전종합계획, 국가환자안전위원회 등을 마련하고 보건의료기관 차원에서는 환자안전을 위한 위원회 및 전담인력 등을 마련하여 전 국가적인 유기적 환자안전 관리시스템을 구축하는 것이다.

Objectives : This study aimed to develop and test a structural model for sleep quality in Shift Working Soldiers. The hypothetical model was constructed on the basis of Spielman’s 3P model of insomnia and previous research related to the sleep quality of Shift Working Soldiers. Methods : The model of the hypothesis is established based on 3P Model of Insomnia and previous studies. A total of 498 subjects are surveyed anddata are analyzed using SPSS 26.0 program and AMOS 23.0 program. Results : The verification result of the fitness of the hypothetical model shows that it meets recommended levels showing χ2=189.33(p<.001), χ2/df=2.67, GFI=0.95, TLI=0.94, NFI=0.93, CFI=0.97, AGFI=0.92, SRMR=0.19 RMSEA=0.06 and the main factor of Shift Working Soldiers’s sleep quality is sleep hygiene as Direct Effects and Total Effects, followedby Perceived Shift Work Status and Job Stress and Depression and Fatigue giving an approximate 47.5% confidence level. Conclusion : The development of a intervention program that canimprove the sleep quality of Shift Working Soldiers is needed using factors verified in this study.

최근의 정보화 장비와 멀티미디어의 소형화 추세는 생산 설비중 반도체 패키지 기술레 힘입은 바 크다. BGA(Ball Grid Array types of package)와 CPS(Chip Scale Packages)는 QFP(Quad Flat Packages)를 대체하는 기술로 인정되고 있다. 볼을 탑재하는 장치는 기존에 진공 - 흡입장치가 많이 사용되어 왔다. 시소 타입 로더에서는 플래이트의 각도와 카트리지의 속도가 중요한 요소로 간주된다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 최적 속도와 각도를 제안하였다. With the trends of the recent micro-miniaturization of mutimedia and information equipment, electronic components packaging technology is playing a key role in production technology. BGA(Ball Grid Array thpes of package) and CSP(Chip Scale Packages) are replacing QFT(Quad Flat Packages). Vacuum-suction type loader is a popular loading device. For the seesaw type loader, the velocity fo cartridge and the angle of plate are very important elements. In this study, the optimal values of the velocity and the angle are proposed for the seesaw type loader.
