        고령임신에서 복합 선행요인과 연관된 자궁경관임신 2예

        자궁경관임신은 매우 드물지만 산모의 생명을 위협하는 자궁외임신의 한 형태이다. 정확한 원인은 잘 알수 없으나 몇가지 고려하여야 할 선행요인이 있다. 아마 여러 요인 등의 복합적인 조합으로 자궁경관임신이 유발된다고 보고되고 있다. 증례 1은 자궁적출술이 필요하였고, 증례 2는 자궁경부원주봉합과 흡입소파술 후 풍선 압박지혈법을 병행하여 치료하였다. 최근에는 자궁적출술의 상당한 감소와 함께 보존적치료가 발전되고 있다. 저자들은 고령임신에서 복합 선행요인과 연관된 자궁경관임신 2예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cervical pregnancy is a rare life-threatening form of ectopic pregnancy. The exact etiology of cervical pregnancy is not known, but several contributing factors have been considered. Probably a combination of factors leads to cervical pregnancy. The first case was required hysterectomy. The second case was successfully treated with a unique combination of precurettage cerclage, suction curettage and postcurettage balloon tamponade. Conservative treatment has evolved in recent years, with a considerable reduction in the number of hysterectomies. We present two cases of cervical pregnancy associated with multiple risk factors in elderly gravida, with brief reviews.

        육백번우타아와세의 신코킨와카

        Roppyakuban-Uta-awase was the base of an establishment of Shin-kokinshu. There are thirty four poets that have reference of Roppyakuban-Uta-awase. This paper analyzes a four-season song which is highly related with the author of Shin-Kokin-Shu; Yoshitune, Jien, Teika, Ariie, etc. Those thirty four poets in Shin-Kokin-Shu formed new style of Waka. Also those new type of authors, so called Miko Hidarike, had many of masterpieces based new style. Their poets took precious roles to form the foundation of Shin-Kokin-Shu style. As a result of the study, new authors who contributed to the Roppyakuban-Utaawase formed new style of poets. Their efforts are still existed in Shin Kokin Wakashu and glitters in the history of Japanese literature. They; the new style"s poets of Miko-hidari followed the footstep of Shunzei who the most wonderful poet in the rhythmical elements. At the same time, their rhetorical expression is colorful, sensible, and variable. Therefore, this is a truly new-appeared style.

        모듈형 복합재 전두부가 적용된 알루미늄 차체의 구조해석 연구

        In this study, an aluminum bodyshell with a modular front end made of composite materials is numerically evaluated applying the standard specifications for the urban EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train. Structural analyses under compressive load, torsional load and free vibration satisfy the standard specifications, but analysis under normal load doesn't. By the way, the aluminum bodyshell of the car except the modular front end is almost same to that of the Korean standard EMU, which satisfy the standard specifications. It is presumed that the stiffness of the modular front end made of composite materials has some influence on the strength of the aluminum bodyshell.

        소재대체를 이용한 철도 차량구조의 개념설계 연구

        본 연구에서는 기존의 철도차량구조에 경량소재를 적용하여 설계를 검토할 때, 각 소재의 성질이 차체구조의 경량화에 미치는 영향과 그 정도를 정량적으로 분석하여 개념설계단계에서 소재대체 설계 효과를 예측하는 방법을 개발한다. 전체 차체구조에 대해서는 굽힘변형, 압축변형, 비틀림 변형을 고려하여 소재를 변경할 때, 또 주요 골조 구조 부재에 대해서는 굽힘변형, 압축변형, 좌굴붕괴를 고려하여 소재와 단면형상을 변경할 때 경량화 특성을 분석할 수 있는 방법을 체계화였다. 차체구조 또는 골조부재의 변형 양상에 대한 강성 및 강도 조건을 경량화 지수와 연계하여 표현함으로써 각 재료와 부재의 형상이 가지는 기계적 특성과 장단점을 용이하게 분석할 수 있도록 하였다. This paper developed the theoretical method to predict structural performances and weight reduction rates of a carbody when its materials should be substituted. For the material substitution design of the carbody, the bending, axial and twisting deformations are evaluated under the constant stiffness and strength conditions. For the design of the primary structures such as the center beams, the cross beams and the cantrails, the bending and axial deformations are investigated under the condition of the constant bending stiffness, the constant bending or buckling strength by considering both the material properties and the cross sectional shapes. The developed indices to measure the weight reduction by the material substitution give good informations on the weak and strong points of a carbody design.

        THEORETICAL METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE WEIGHT REDUCTION RATE OF A BOX-TYPE CAR BODY FOR ROLLING STOCK BY MATERIAL SUBSTITUTION DESIGN

        In this paper, a theoretical approach is suggested for predicting the structural performances and weight reduction rate of a car body with a box-type section when its material is substituted with a lightweight material for weight saving. For the material substitution design of a car body for rolling stock, bending, axial, and twisting deformations should be considered at constant stiffness and strength conditions. To compare the weight reduction effects on different material applications, some new indices were derived from a structural performance point of view. The derived indices provide good measures to estimate weight reduction by material substitution design and can be effectively applied to the conceptual design of a car body.

        1920년대 나혜석의 농촌풍경화 연구

        In the liberal atmosphere of Taish? period of Japan during her studying in Japan, Hye-suk Nah(1896-1948), the first woman painter of the modern times of Korea and women’s liberation activist, formed her own artistic idea through accepting an aesthetic anarchism which was the trend. The engraving works she published in the magazines called the “Gyebuk(meaning The Dawn of Civilization in Korean)” and “Gongjae(meaning Cooperation in Korean)” such as “Gaechukja(meaning Pioneer in Korean)” and “Jojo(meaning Early Morning in Korean)” have visualized a new image of farmers based on the Tolstoyism of liberating and awakening of ego through sacred labor as well as a construction of a community through such and on the mutualism. As her husband, Woo-young Kim, was appointed to be a vice-consul of Andong Consulate in September 1921, Hye-suk Nah moved to Manchuria. Then, she grasped reflections of Korean residents who migrated to Manchuria to avoid the suppressions of Japanese Imperialism in her works such as 〈Nongga (meaning Farmhouse in Korean)〉(1922), 〈Bomi Oda(meaning The Spring Has Come)〉(1922), and 〈Bongwhangsan(meaning Mountain Bongwhang in Korean)〉 (1923). Her landscape paintings of farms has combined the cultivation which is a labor act that proves a life of farmer and the vitality of the nature(land) to present a new model of peasant art in the 1920s. Although the works of Hye-suk Nah during this period are distinguished from the landscape paintings of farms in the 1930s that are the pastoral and bucolic, they do not necessarily reflect the reality of the impoverished farms as the ones KAPF art advocated. What was important to Hye-suk Nah was not revealing the impoverished reality but having an awakening of ego and a converting of will as power to convert such an impoverished reality. And she captured the trend of new era of concept of labor of Tolstoy and mutal aid of anarchism in her landscape paintings of farms.

      • 고무차륜 경량전철의 충돌안전도 연구

        In the standard specifications for the urban EMU (Electric Multiple Unit) train, there are several items to ensure safety against accidents. The 21st to the 23rd items have much to do with the crashworthiness of the urban EMU train. In this study, a rubber-tired Automated Guide-way Transit (AGT) System under development by KRRI is numerically evaluated from the point of view of crashworthiness by applying the above crashworthiness items. The numerical results show that the design of the AGT satisfies the 22nd and 23rd items. But a design modification to adopt mechanical fuses is recommended to reduce impact accelerations with respect to the 21st item.
