본 연구는 우리나라의 다문화여성의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 요인 중에서 문화적응스트레스와 가족건강성의 요인을 살펴보고 이에 대한 임파워먼트의 매개효과에 관하여 논해보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 서울과 수도권 지역의 다문화 여성에 대하여 2015년 3월 17일부터 2015년 3월 30일에 걸쳐 약 2주간 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통하여 220부의 설문이 수거되고, 불성실 응답본 및 누락본을 제외하여 총 187부에 대하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과의 요약은 다음과 같다. 구조모형의 경로 추정치를 통하여 분석한 결과 문화적응스트레스가 높을 수록 다문화여성의 임파워먼트에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 가족건강성은 다문화여성의 임파워먼트에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 문화적응스트레스는 심리적 안녕감에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 반면 가족건강성은 다문화여성의 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다문화여성의 임파워먼트는 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통하여 우리나라 다문화여성에 대한 상담에 있어서 이들을 임파워먼트하고 궁극적으로 이들의 심리적안녕감을 구현하는 것에 있어서, 문화적응의 스트레스를 점검하고 가족건강성을 점검하는 것이 우리나라 다문화여성을 임파워먼트하고 심리적 안녕감에 도움이 될 수 있음을 본 연구결과를 통하여 알 수 있었다. This study examines the factors of cultural stress and family health among the factors affecting the psychological well-being of Korean multicultural women and discusses the effect of importers on it. For this purpose, the study conducted a survey of multicultural women in Seoul and the metropolitan area for about two weeks from March 17, 2015 to March 30, 2015, excluding the total of 220 surveys collected and the missing versions. The results of this study are summarized as follows: Analysis of the structural model"s path estimation showed that cultural stress is high and has a negative effect on importers of multicultural women. On the other hand, it was analyzed that family health has a positive effect on the importers of multicultural women. Cultural stress also had a negative effect on psychological well-being, while family health has a positive effect on the psychological well-being of multicultural women.In addition, it was analyzed that the importers of multicultural women have a positive influence on psychological well-being. Through this process, in counseling on multicultural women in Korea, it was possible to recognize that checking their cultural adaptation and checking their family health could help Korean multicultural women through importers and psychological well-being.

비행 청소년에 대한 지역사회복지관의 개입과 사회복지사들이 겪는 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 : 의사소통의 접근과 가족사업의 필요성에 관하여

본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지관의 비행 청소년에 대한 효과적인 개입에 관하여 사회복지사와의 인터뷰를 통해 살펴보고, 이에 대한 현장의 실태 및 문제점에 대한 대안을살펴보고자 하는 취지아래 실시되었다. 본 연구의 의의로는 비행 청소년에 대한 사회복지관의 활동에 대한 접근체제의 효과성 및 개입사례를 통한 현장 실무자의 목소리를 담음으로써 지역사회에서의 청소년 문제를 점검해 보는 것에 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 K 사회복지관의 청소년 실무를 담당하는 사회복지사 두 명과 사회복지관의 행정체계 일반을 담당하는 한 명의 사회복지사와의 인터뷰를 통하여 작성되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역사회복지관이 담당하는 청소년 문제에 대한대처와 효과는 청소년 문제에 대하여 가족, 지역사회가 협동적으로 개입함이 필요함을인식하는 관점이 필요하다. 청소년들이 지역사회복지관의 지지자원을 적극 활용할 수 있는 긍정적인 경험 및 인식이 중요하며, 이에 지역사회복지관은 가족과 청소년의 욕구를파악하여 전문가로서의 지역체계의 구심점 및 중간역할을 담당해야 한다. 이를 위해 학생에게는 수용적인 자세가 학부모에게는 전문적인 상담역량도 필요하며 기관간의 연계성이 중요하다. 둘째, 지역사회복지관을 찾는 청소년들에게 실질적으로 필요한 지지로써 비행 청소년에 대한 사회의 수용적인 인식이 필요하며, 이들에게 지역사회의 건강하고 다양한 자원을 제공함으로써 그들 스스로 심리적으로 건강한 기능을 회복할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 청소년들의 지역 사회적 차원의 지지를 위하여 요구되는 대안으로 이들비행 청소년들에 대한 일시적 서비스가 아닌 지속적인 사례관리가 필요하다. 본 연구가사회복지관과 학교 및 제반체제와의 연계 활성화와 청소년들의 지역사회활동을 통한 사회교육과 성장도모에 도움이 되었으면 한다. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of intervention provided through local community welfare offices on problematic behaviors of troubled adolescents based on an extensive interview of relevant welfare staff in a local office. The interview is conducted to examine the status of and/or the problems faced by these officers in the field and to propose possible resolutions to these problems. The significance of this study is that the troubled adolescent problems in a community are re-examined focusing on the proposal based on the effect and case studies of access system for intervention on troubled adolescents provided through local community welfare offices. This study is completed through a series of interviews of two welfare officers responsible for Community Youth Affairs and of one welfare officer in charge of General Administration System in Kwachon Welfare Office. The result of this study is as follows: First, there is an apparent need for approaching from family and/or community perspectives in order to effectively respond to and manage the youth problems faced by the local community welfare offices. For these problems it is important that the youth have the positive experience and outlook so as to readily utilize the support resources available in the local community welfare offices, and that the local community welfare offices have the sufficient means to link and to facilitate the family and the youth demands. Second, to the youth coming to the local community welfare offices the community’s open and accepting attitude towards the troubled adolescents becomes important actually allowing them to utilize various resources and to participate in the community so that be they can be healed emotionally on their own. Third, there is a need for continued management of the troubled youth study cases as an essential response at the community level support. It is hoped that the studies such as this serve to improve the linkage among the local community welfare offices, the schools and other support systems and to enhance the social education and growth through the youth participation in community activities.

자원봉사활동이 노인의 자아통합감에 미치는 영향: 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study is on how the elderly's volunteer activities considering empowerment as a parameter affect the elderly's ego-integrity. In the current aging society, there exist problems such as elder abuse or suicide and aggravation of their economic activities. At this point, the elderly's ego-integrity possess a huge significance. Thus, this study is to look into the effects of the elder volunteer activities with a parameter of empowerment on the elderly's ego-integrity. This research project was conducted in M senior welfare centre in Jecheon-si , from April 8th 2011 to April 18th 2011 targeting 340 elder people who were in their 60s or older, and with the data from final 310 targets, we did path analysis using PASW 21.0 and AMOS. As a result, we can notice that elder volunteer activities themselves barely affect the elderly's ego-integrity, however when taking empowerment as a parameter their volunteer activities bring a significant influence on the elderly's ego-integrity. That is to say, we are able to find out that if elder people get empowered through doing volunteer activities, there will be possibly a positive effect on the development of ego-integrity. Finally, this indicates that it is necessary to establish policies to lead the elder people to be empowered in order to provide a positive influence on their ego-integrity, and also on the practical aspect it is essential to find ways to develope empowerment through participating volunteer activities. 고령화를 특징으로 하는 현대사회에서는 급속한 사회변화로 인한 노인학대나 노인자살, 노후 경제활동의 약화와 같은 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 이러한 시점에서 노년기의 자아통합감은 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이에 본 연구에서는 사회적 역할상실을 경험하게 되는 노인들의 개인 및 사회적인 활동으로써 노인 자원봉사활동 경험을 통해 형성되는 임파워먼트가 노년기에 획득되어야 할 노인의 자아통합에는 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 관하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 노인 자원봉사가 노인 임파워먼트를 매개로 자아통합감에 미치는 영향에 관하여 알아보았다. 본 연구조사는 2011년 4월 8일부터 2011년 4월 18일에 이루어졌으며, 제천시의 M 노인 복지관을 중심으로 60대 이상의 노인들 340명에 대하여 조사하였고 최종 310명의 자료를 분석에 적용하여 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS로 경로분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 노인 자원봉사활동이 노인의 자아통합감에는 적은 영향을 미치고 있었으나 노인의 임파워먼트를 매개로 하였을 경우에는 노인의 자아통합에는 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노인들을 대상으로 자원봉사가 진행된다면, 자원봉사 프로그램에 긍정적인 역동(임파워먼트)이 주어질 때에 노인의 자아통합감 함양에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있었다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노인자원봉사활동을 도입함에 있어 노인 인력이 보다 임파워되고 궁극적으로 자아통합에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있도록 하는 노인 자원봉사활동의 실천적인 방안과 제도적인 지원이 뒷받침될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

평생교육원 학습자 중심의 개선점 : 사회복지사 지망생을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 사회복지사의 지망생을 중심으로 평생교육원의 개선점에 관하여 살펴보았다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 우리사회에서 사회복지사에 대한 수요와 관심이 높아지는 가운데, 재전공으로써 사회복지학을 공부하고 있는 청소년을 비롯한 성인들을 중심으로, 이들이 학업과정에서 느끼는 제반사항을 인터뷰를 통해서 질적연구의 방식으로 조사하였다. 이를 통하여 사회복지사의 준비과정 가운데 이들이 느끼고 있는 바를 제언의 형식으로 살펴보았으며, 아울러 사회복지사의 특성상 처하기 쉬운 소진의 개념에 관해서도 조사해보았다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 문헌연구도 함께 병행하였는데 그 결과 사회복지사로서 인식해야 할 사항과 평생교육원의 개선점 및 소진에 관한 연구함의를 도출할 수 있었다. In this study we examine the needed improvements in continuing education institutions from the perspective of prospective social workers. Using interviews as a viable quantitative method of research, various related questions in their studies are asked to adolescent students as well as adult students, studying social welfare studies as their alternative major.Through this research we examine the students’ outlook while preparing to be social workers in the form of suggestions and investigate their perspectives on being burnt-out that is prevalent to social workers. For this study we also perform literature survey, through which we are able to deduce the significance of avoiding the state of being burnt-out, of improvements needed in continuing education institutions and of issues to be aware of by social workers.

다문화여성의 문화적응스트레스와 가족건강성이 사회적응력에 미치는 영향 - 임파워먼트를 매개로 -

본 연구의 목적은 다문화여성의 문화적응스트레스와 가족건강성이 사회적응력에 미치는 영향에 관하여 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구를 위한 설문조사는 2015년 3월 17일부터 2015년 4월 20일까지 약 1달간 소요되었으며 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문화적응 스트레스는 다문화여성의 임파워먼트와 사회적응력에 부정적인 영 향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화여성의 가족건강성은 임파워먼트와 사회 적응력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 다문화여성의 임파워먼트는 문 화적응스트레스와 가정생활건강성이 사회적응력에 미치는 영향에 대하여 유의미한 매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다문화여성의 가정생활건강성과 문화적응 스트레스가 사회적응에 영향을 미치며 이에 임파워먼트 역할의 중요성을 함의하고 있다. 이러한 결과는 다문화여성에 대한 정책적이며 실천적인 방안의 논의가 필요함을 보여주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to stress the cultural adaptation of multicultural health of women and families at the mediating effect of empowerment about the impact of social adaptability. Survey for this study was approximately one months from March 17, 2015 until April 20, 2015. The results of this study are as follows. First, acculturation stress was having a negative impact on women's empowerment and socio-cultural adaptability. Second, the Multicultural Women and Family Health castle was analyzed as having a positive impact on the empowerment and social adaptability. Third, the empowerment of multicultural women showed that acculturation stress and health of family life in a significant mediating effect with respect to the impact of social adaptability. The results and implications, and the importance of fostering a multicultural women's family health and empowerment, which shows the need for political and practical support measures for multicultural women.

노인의 여가만족이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 60대 이상의 노인의 여가만족이 그들의 심리적 만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 제천시에 소재한 노인복지관을 중심으로 60대부터 80대까지의 노인 310명의 자료를 본 연구의 분석에 활용하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 여가만족의 심리, 교육, 생리적 만족의 측면은 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 남성 노인의 경우는 노인의 여가만족의 하위요인 가운데 심리만족과 생리만족의 요인이 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 그리고 여성노인의 경우는 이에 추가하여 교육적 만족도 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 효과를 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이들은 연령별로 차이가 있었는데, 60대의 노인들의 경우는 여가만족의 사회적 측면과 심리적 측면의 요인이 심리적 안녕감에 효과적이었고, 70대의 노인에게서는 교육적 만족과 생리적 만족이 심리적 안녕감에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 80대의 노인들의 경우는 심리적 만족과 교육적 만족이 보다 효과적임으로 해서, 60대의 노인들에게는 사회적인 측면이 그 이후의 노인들에게서는 교육적인 측면이 보다 효과적임을 알 수 있었다. 그 밖에는 심리적 혹은 생리적인 여가만족이 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 효과적으로 나타나 연령별로 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 이러한 연구결과는 노인들의 건강한 여가생활을 위하여 프로그램제작이나 교육환경에 관하여 연령이나 성별을 고려할 필요가 있음을 함의하고 있다.

장애학 패러다임 변화에 따른 장애인 복지 개선방안 연구

본 논문에서는 우리나라의 장애학에 관하여 현재까지의 과정을 살펴봄으로써 사회모델로의 성장과 장애학의 새로운 변모 등에 관하여 논의하였다. 사회복지가 인간과 환경 을 고려하여 인간의 욕구에 부응하여 삶의 과정에서 성취되어야 한다는 관점에서 볼 때, 바람직한 모델은 ‘전인적인 재활’을 의미하며 이것은 의료적 재활, 심리적 재활, 교육적 재활, 사회적 재활, 직업적 재활이 보다 유기적으로 연계되는 장애서비스의 구현을 의미한다. 이것은 과거의 능력주의에서 비롯된 기능위주의 개념정의로부터 탈피하여, 보다 사회복지학적인 차원에서 장애인의 권리와 의사결정을 보다 존중하는 패러다임으로 나가야 함을 의미한다. 이에 현대사회적인 조류에서는 장애학에 있어서 사회적 역할강화 모델과 자립 생활론이 대두되고 있으며 장애인 문화역시 수요자 중심의 욕구 존중을 기 반으로 한 장애인 서비스가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 장애를 바라보는 우리사회에서는 기존의 이분법적 사고에서 탈피하여 향후 다원적인 패러다임으로 장애인도 문화도 새로이 정착되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 사회적 인 식이 수렴될 때 진정한 장애학의 진보가 이루어질 것이다. 결론적으로 장애인은 장애문화, 장애 정체성, 장애 개성을 지닌 새로운 이미지로 정착될 필요가 있으며 이러한 것은 사회적으로도 적극 권장되어야 할 것이다. 우리 사회에서 장애인은 신체적으로 잘못된 개념이 아니라 다름의 개념으로 수용되어져야 하며 인간으로서의 자부심과 위엄이 존중 되어야 할 것이다. 이렇게 될 때에 장애인은 자연스럽게 사회의 구성원으로 인정될 수 있으며 각종 장애인 인식이나 장애인 복지 역시 긍정적이고 평등한 개념으로 전환될 수 있을 것이다. We examined disability studies through this essay. A social atmosphere needs to be established where we, in pluralistic paradigm should socially and culturally respect the human rights of disabled people by not having a dichotomous view on them but considering them as the cultural producers and consumers in our society. This signifies that disabled people were recognized as objects in our cultural society, but now they have their own identities and need to become more independent members who can enjoy their own rights in the society. When this social awareness converges, we will be able to make real progress in disability studies in Korea. In other words, we need to establish a new image for disabled people who are not anymore considered as the objects of the old prejudices and sympathies, and this kind of disability culture needs to be strongly encouraged. There are currently various facilities regarding the disabled people which provide services and information to adults or children with intellectual disability. However, there needs to be a careful discussion at this point to check if the current delivery system provides effective services meeting the needs of the disabled people and their families in Korea. Also, it is true that there should be a social consensus between the different social views towards this system in order to establish an integrated and harmonious community for both disabled people and non-disabled people. This will be potentially a criterion that measures the maturity of our society as welfare country, and what “social support” means is providing a comprehensive coverage of the support including rehabilitation, education, job training, emotional support, encouraging social publicity in efforts to improve the social awareness, economic support and other system improvements. However, there are a lot improvements to be made for the services provided in Korea in terms of the delivery system due to the lack of segmentation and integration. Thus, there needs to be a consumer based discussion to find out if there have been improvements in the quality of living and the living standards of the disabled people and their families through the welfare system for the disabled in Korea.

경찰에게 조직이 가지는 의미 - 중년 경찰관을 중심으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 중년 경찰관을 중심으로 경찰에게 조직이 가지는 의미를 찾아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 40대와 50대 중년 남성 경찰에 대한 인터뷰를 통하여 조직이 지니는 의미에 관하여 근거이론을 통하여 살펴보았다. 이에 따라 경찰행정이라는 조직의 특성이 조직이해에 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이것이 직무의 특성에서 기인하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 구성원간의 관계 역시 조직의 특성을 결정하는 중요한 요인이 될 수 있으며, 구성원의 직무에 대하여 특수한 상황을 지속하는 요인으로 시간의 공유 뿐 아니라 사명감이나 책임감에 비중이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 다음과 같이 정리하여 제시할 수 있다. 첫째 조직에 있어서의 시간의 공유 뿐 아니라 조직에 종사하는 사명감과 책임감이 경찰행정에 있어 중요하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그 밖에도 공동체의 특수성을 이해하는 정도가 조직의 긍정적 인식에 도움이 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 조직 구성원간의 불화는 상사나 동료의 일방적인 지시나 의사소통에서 기인할 가능성이 크다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 다른 조직에서도 나타날 수 있는 현상이나 특히 협조적인 구도에서 긴밀히 연결되는 작업이 많은 만큼 신뢰와 책임이 중요하다는 것이 인터뷰 곳곳에서 나타나고 있었다. 그렇지 않은 경우에는 조직에 무관심하거나 부정적으로 조직을 인식하게 될 가능성이 많다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 조직 내에서 경험하는 일등이 조직의 결속력이나 관계성을 구성하는 요인이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같은 것은, 경찰의 조직에 대한 인식에 영향을 미치며 특히 가족의 지지와 지원이 중요한 부분임도 인터뷰를 통하여 나타났다. 이와 같이 조직의 성격은 조직의 질을 구성하는 것에 있어서 다양한 영역이 반영되고 있음을 알 수 있었고 개인이 조직을 인식하는 것에 특히 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 넷째, 조직에서 조직 구성원간의 긍정성과 유대감에 있어서는 시간의 공유와 관계성 및 의사소통적인 측면이 중요하며 이러한 것은 조직의 공통적인 모습과 크게 다르지 않았다. 다만 특징적인 것은 업무의 특성에서 오는 어려움을 극복해 나가는 것에 있어서 중심현상으로 책임감과 사명감이 중요하게 언급되고 있다는 것이었다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 이러한 결과는 경찰행정의 복지의 차원에서 직무의 분위기 쇄신에 있어서 조직구성원의 관계성이나 시간공유와 같은 정서적 개입도 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 경찰들의 업무의 특성이 가족의 지지나 지원 혹은 희생이 필요한 것으로 인식하는 부분이나 특히 불규칙하거나 긴박한 업무가 많다는 것은 조직에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들을 개선하는 노력이 조직적 측면에서 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. The results of this study can be summarized as follows presented.
