        자동차 모듈조립공정에서의 효율적 MES 인터페이스 모형

        본 연구는 자동차 모듈조립 작업장에서 RFID 방식을 통하여 MES 서버와 POP 단말기 간의 상호작용과 인터페이스를 효율적으로 향상시킬 수 있는 특정 모형을 제시한다. MES 서버, RFID, PLC 및 POP 단말기 간의 실험결과, RFID에 의한 인터페이스 방식의 경우 기존의 근접센서에 의한 방식에 비하여 이동대차당 작업처리시간이 평균 10분에서 1분으로 대폭 감소하였고, 불량률도 평균 20%에서 1%로 대폭 줄어들었다. This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and POP(Point Of Production) Terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system in Automative Module Assembly Line. The proposed model shows that the new method by RFID can more efficiently perform to receive work order informations and transmit work performances, compared with the current approach by proximity sensor. As a result of the certain test among the MES server, RFID system, PLC(Programmable Logic controller) and POP terminal, it is noted in case of the automatic control by RFID that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per truck for carrying by the current method was 10 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 1 minutes. (b) While the error rate by the current method was 20 %, the error rate by the new method was 1 %.

        고무배합공정에서의 약품통 자동이송시스템 개발

        In this paper, it is suggested that the specific model can actually enhance and develop the efficient measurement control system. This model was implemented by using sensor and binary scoreboard. different from previous system. The model applies the automatic measurement of chemicals weight by integrated scale, the automatic transfer of chemicals vessels by PLC(Programmable Logic Controller), and the real time processing of work performance by POP(Point Of Production) terminal in the manufacturing works. As a result of the test between the POP terminal and the PLC, it is noted that the effects of proposed model are as follows;(a) While it took 5 minutes per batch in average for well-trained worker to measure chemicals, it took 3 minutes per batch in average for PLC. (b) While the error rate by well-trained worker was 2% in average, the error rate by PLC was less than 1% in average.

        의료사고 감소를 위한 환자안전관리시스템 모형 - 병원 입원 환자들을 중심으로

        This paper suggests a patient safety management system model for inpatients in hospitals to ensure the safety of patients who may be involved in medication, transfusion and acting. This system was implemented with a OCS / EMR Server, WEB Server, client PC, tablet PC, and bar code scanner to provide acting error prevention and convenience of nursing services. The proposed model shows that the new method by bar code based-recognition system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time for nursing service, compared with the current approach by verbal recognition system. To compare the effects of the system, the average processing time (elapsed time) from the check of nursing work list to the start of acting and the average error rate of the acting result were measured based on blood transfusion. It is noted in case of the method by bar code-based recognition system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the processing time per patient by the current method was 45 minutes, the processing time by the new method was 40 minutes. (b) While the processing error ratio by the current method was 0.5%, the error ratio by the new method was 0.2%.

        자동차 부품 제조공정에서 공정품질 정보의 효율적 인터페이스 모형

        The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient model for quality improvement that could actually develop process quality and acquire quality confidence by examining problems in the processes to remove inefficient factors through collection and analysis of quality data in automobile parts manufacturing processes. It could be performed the functions by interfacing a control computer and PLC to CNC (computerized numerical control) machine to support real-time communication among these machines. As a result of the test between the main Server and the PLC, it is noted in case of the automation by PLC that the effects of proposed model are as follows: (a) the handling time for quality data by current method was 30minutes, but (b) the handling time by proposed method was 10seconds.

        RFID를 이용한 출하 비전시스템 개발

        This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES (manufacturing execution system) server and PDA terminal through RFID (radio frequency identification) system and vision system in automative transmission assembly shop. The proposed model shows that the new method by RFID and vision can more efficiently perform to reduce waiting time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach. As a result of the certain test among the MES server, RFID system, and PDA terminal, it is noted in case of the automatic control by RFID and vision system that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the waiting time per truck for carrying by the current method was 30 minutes, the waiting time by the new method was 6 minutes. (b) While the loading time per truck for carrying by the current method was 20 minutes, the loading time by the new method was 10 minutes.

        소일정 부하조정 방법에는 대상기간을 결정하여 대사이간에 속하는 공정들에 국한시켜 부하조정을 하는 방법과 현재 기준일을 설정후 현재기준일 이후에 속하는 전체 공정에 대하여 부하조정을 하는 방법이 있으며 이들은 각각 장단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자의 경우에 대하여 고찰하였으며 특히 소일정 부하조정 루틴, 주요 처리 모듈 및 전제 조건 등에 대하여 구체적인 실례를 들어 분석, 고찰하였다.
