문화예술교육과 노인 심리적 복지감의 관계 연구: 정보화 활용, 문화예술관심, 여가활동만족을 중심으로

본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 한 문화예술교육이 행복감, 생활만족과 연관이 있는 심리적 복지감과 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 60세 이상 문화예술 교육프로그램 수강자와 수료자 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하여 문화예술교육의 중요 요인인 정보화활용, 문화예술관심, 여가활동만족 3개 요인과 심리적 복지감의 관계를 요인분석, 기술통계, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 방법으로 조사하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정보화활용, 문화예술관심, 여가활동만족, 심리적 복지감은 유의미한 상관관계가 확인되었다. 둘째 정보화활용, 문화예술관심, 여가활동만족 3개 요인은 심리적 복지감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 여가활동만족은 심리적 만족감에 상관관계와 영향력이 가장 높은 요인으로 나타났다. The study attempted to investigate the effects of art & culture education for elderly people on psychological welfare concerning happiness and life satisfaction. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed against a total of 114 senior citizens aged 60 or order, who were taking (or took) an art & culture education program. Then, the relations between the three factors of art & culture education (use of information technology, interest in art & culture, satisfaction with leisure activities) and psychological welfare were analyzed, using factor analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, and the results found the following: First, all three factors revealed a statistically significant correlation with psychological welfare with statistical significance. In particular, ‘satisfaction with leisure activities’ was the highest in terms of correlation and influence on psychological welfare.
