A Research on the Prevention of Smartphone Addiction

In this study, we point out the problem of child and adolescent smartphone addiction, analyze the effects of these smartphone addictions on adolescents, and study how to prevent smartphone addiction. Most young people living in the current era of smartphone have adoption smartphones. Smartphone addiction among adolescents have caused a variety of problems including youth personality, sociality, interpersonal relationships, and depression. We do not only analyze the problem of addiction. We do analyze various problems such as academic stress, family discord, peer relationships, etc. Investigate is not only the situation at risk, but also, it considers its environment. In this research, we presented not only the problem of smartphone addiction in adolescents itself, but also the effects of some problems on adolescents and how to prevent smartphone addiction.

ICT 중소기업 정책융자금 수요와 지원기업 성공사례 연구 : ICT 융자사업 중심으로

본 연구는 ICT 분야 중소기업을 대상으로 유일하게 융자금을 지원하고 있는 ICT 융자사업 수혜기업을 대상으로 정책융자금에 대한 전반적인 수요조사를 실시하였으며, 특정 수혜기업을 대상으로 융자지원 받은 기술개 발과제의 연구배경 및 연구성과, 파급효과, 기대효과, 에피소드 등을 살펴봄으로써 융자금 지원이 실제적으로 얼마 나 ICT 중소기업의 기술적・경제적 성과 제고에 도움을 주고 있는가를 보여주고 있다. 실제로 ICT 분야의 중소기 업들은 더 많은 규모의 정책융자금을 요구하고 있으며, 안정적인 자금조달이 기술개발 성공의 핵심요인이자 가장 어려운 과제라는 응답결과를 보여주고 있다. 결과적으로, 기술경쟁력을 지닌 ICT 중소기업들의 기술개발 필요자금 을 융자해 주고 나아가 개발된 기술을 사업화함으로써 영세한 기업재정의 건전성을 회복할 수 있는 자금지원 정책 을 마련할 필요가 있음을 시사해 주고 있다. This Study conducts a survey of ICT SMEs participating in 'ICT Government Sponsored Loan Project' for researching general demands on Government sponsored loans and studies successful company case by inspecting background of R&D, performances, impacts, prospects, episodes, etc. Actually, survey results show that ICT SMEs demand more of Government sponsored loans and that stable financing is a core factor and the most difficult task for successful R&D. In conclusion, these results implicate that Government has to create new policies for competitive ICT SMEs to recover financial stability through developing and commercializing technologies.

스마트팜 데이터 공유플랫폼 설계

Data is called the new raw materials and new assets for business worldwide due to its importance and is being collected and utilized in various industries. As with the agricultural sector, the data will play a key role in creating new value along with solving future agricultural problems. Therefore, in this paper, we designed a smart farm data sharing platform service that can provide unified data format and diversity data for farms data collected through specifications, sensors, drivers, and agricultural machines and performs data sharing and data analysis functions. The main content of this paper is to present data collection items for each field and to design data management methods using major technologies such as Sensor data to File Transfer technology used in services provided by data collection devices and data sharing platforms and each functional configuration of the system. If the results of this study are applied to the field, farmers will be able to freely share agricultural know-how and induce user farmers' growth environment and farm management efficiency through monitoring of farm crops based on shared data and comparative analysis with other farms. In addition, it is expected that the standardized agricultural sector data will enable the continuous collection and management of data satisfying the diversity and quality of data to be used in various studies such as harvest prediction AI.

대학생 장학사업의 제도 개선 방안 연구

This study focuses on looking at the realities of the scholarship projects that need improvement due to changes in the environment both inside and outside the country, and to find out what kind of supplementary points are required. Specifically, many researches on the scholarship support system in Korea and abroad are analyzed, and the contents of the scholarship recipient's needs, the appropriate scale of the scholarship, and the scope of the scholarship are examined. The purpose of this study is to reveal the improvement points of the private scholarship project and to reveal the implications of the survey results. As a result of the analysis, the degree of needs for job-related scholarship was higher than that for grades or income related scholarship, and college students often found the scholarship information themselves. The goal of the scholarship payment policy was in the order of reducing college tuition fees, development of practical skills, and strengthening activities related to industry and academy. It was also found that there is a demand for scholarship system such as scholarship for living expenses, job-related scholarship, and performance-linked scholarship.

정책융자 지원 ICT중소기업 성공사례 연구

This study targets four ICT SMEs supported by policy loans related to ICT technology development and analyzes R&D background, contents and achievements, research utilization, ripple effects and the characteristics of CEO. Thus giving some suggestions on how important the characteristics of CEO to successful firms. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the history of the CEO and management commitment should be considered as important input factors in order to maximize the support effect of loans. Finally this paper will be helpful getting implications on firm characteristics relating to increasing performances of support loans and to select good companies with good characteristics among companies applying loan programs.

IT중소기업 R&D 융자지원사업의 파급효과 및 성공사례

This paper intends to look into social economic impacts of policy supporting loan for developing IT application technology that is one of businesses in IT fund for promotion and analyses contributions on growth of small & medium ventures by investigating IPO list and comparing with other institutions’ performances. And this paper analyse how to help their financing ability and technology competition power through policy supporting loan and how to change this world by studying three case of supported SMEs. Finally, this paper insists on perceiving importance of several impacts of policy supporting loan for IT SMEs and increasing budget of policy supporting loan for developing IT application technology.

수혜기업 사례분석을 통한 IT중소기업 정책융자금의 지원효과에 관한 연구

This paper includes several analyses on reason for application, developing technologies, derived performances, degree of application, impacts on company growth concerning 3 IT SME with government supporting loan funded by National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA). Using the diamond model and added value chain (Porter, 1990), this study intends to look into importance of CEO’s capability in IT companies and how these loans contribute to the competitive abilities and added value of IT companies. Through this, the study indirectly implies the government supporting loan contributes to the development of IT industry on the whole. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the need for budget raising of loan on IT SMEs.

IT중소기업 정책융자금의 지원성과 및 파급효과: 5개 기업 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 R&D 기술개발의 중요성에 비해 자금조달이 어려운 IT중소기업의 현 금융환경 하에서 정보통신응용기술개발지원사업의 유용성을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 지원받은 IT중소기업들에게 본 사업의 융자지원금이 얼마나 긴요하게 사용되었는가를 5개 지원과제 사례를 들어 접근하고자 하였다. 구체적으로 융자사업 참여를 통해 기술개발 연구에 매진하게 된 배경, 연구개발 내용 및 성과, 연구활용도 및 파급효과를 면밀히 검토하고 이들 수혜기업들의 성장이 우리들의 미래생활상에 미칠 영향들을 분석함으로써 정보통신응용기술개발지원사업과 같은 정책융자지원이 IT중소기업의 기술개발 및 기업성장에 이바지 하는 메커니즘을 이해하는 데에 도움을 주고자 한다.
