The purpose of this study is to analysis of risk factors in engineering, procurement, and construction phases for overseas plant project. The possible risk factors were carried out and classified into the three phases after a careful review of previous research and related papers. These risk factors were examined to evaluate its significance and effect on cost and schedule through AHP method after interviews with professionals. The results from the above described procedure are summarized as follows. 1) A total number of 32 risk factors were carried out. 2) The risk factors with the highest significance, the most effect on cost and schedule were derived for each phase as follows. In engineering phase, the frequent modification in design (E-08) had the highest significance; the errors in detail design (E-03) had the most effect on its cost; the errors in basic design (E-02) had the most effect on its schedule. For procurement phase, the material procurement delays (P-05), the price changes in main equipment (P-08), and the main equipment delivery delays were the factors recognized as the above. For construction phase, the subcontractors with low technical skills (C-08), the modifications in design (C-01), and the subcontractors with low technical skills (C-08) were the factors recognized as the above.

Objectives: The benefits of physical activity (PA) for breast cancer (BC) patients and survivors are well documented. Withthe widespread use of the internet and mobile phones, along with the recent coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, there hasbeen a growing interest in digital health interventions. This study conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluatethe effects of digital PA interventions for BC patients and survivors in improving PA and quality of life (QoL). Methods:We searched eight databases, including PubMed, CINAHL, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane Central Register ofControlled Trials in the Cochrane Library, RISS, and DBpia. Studies were included if they provided digital PA interventions, assessed PA and QoL among BC patients and survivors, and were published from inception to December 31, 2022. Results:In total, 18 studies were identified. The meta-analysis showed significant improvement in the total PA duration (five studies;standardized mean difference [SMD] = 0.71; 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.25–1.18; I2 = 86.64%), functional capacity (threestudies; SMD = 0.38; 95% CI, 0.10–0.66; I2 = 14.36%), and QoL (nine studies; SMD = 0.45; 95% CI, 0.22–0.69; I2 = 65.55%). Conclusions: Digital PA interventions for BC patients and survivors may significantly improve PA, functional capacity, andQoL. Future research should focus on the long-term effects of digital PA interventions, using objective outcome measures.

FIB (Focused ion beam) system is one of the most important equipments for the nano-scale machining. Various researches have been performed, since it can etch the material and deposit 3-D structure with high-aspect-ratio in the nanometer scale. In spite of those researches, the definite method for the reliability of FIB system has not been reported. In this paper, we proposed the reliability assessment method through nano-pattern fabrication. In the fabricated nano-pattern, the characteristics of FIB system are included. Using this effect, we tried to assess the FIB reliability. First, we suggested reliability assessment items and nano-patterns. And, to know the suitableness of the proposed method, we fabricated several nano-patterns using Nova200(FEI Company) and SMI2050(SEIKO) which are FIB apparatuses. The fabricated nano-patterns are measured with SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) and compared with designed dimensions. And the compared results showed that the proposed method is suitable for the assessment of FIB system reliability.
Feasibility Study on a Short-pulsed IR Wavelength for Effective Calculus Fragmentation
강현욱 한국물리학회 2015 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.66 No.10
Laser-induced lithotripsy has been used for a minimally-invasive surgery to treat kidney-stone disease associated with urinary obstruction. A short-pulsed Tm:YAG laser ( = 2.01 μm) was developed to improve fragmentation efficiency and was evaluated with a Ho:YAG laser ( = 2.12 μm) as to its ablation feature and mass removal rate. Application of a train of sub-microsecond pulses with a lower energy at a frequency of 500 Hz created multiple events of cavitation that accompanied strong acoustic transients. During Tm:YAG irradiation, both high light absorption and secondary photomechanical impacts readily fragmented the calculus into small pieces (< 3 mm) and removed them 130 times faster than photothermal Ho:YAG lithotripsy. The proposed short-pulsed Tm:YAG approach may be an effective lithotripter for treating calculus disease.

Purpose : A meta-analysis was conducted to identify the effectiveness of strategies designed to prevent the incidence and prevalence of pressure ulcers in intensive care units (ICUs). Method : The search strategy was designed to retrieve studies both published and unpublished between 2007 and 2017 including studies in English across PubMed and CINAHL, as well as in Korean across RISS, DBPia, NDSL, KISS, and NAL. All adult ICU participants were 18 years or over. Inclusion criteria were randomized controlled trials, quasi-experimental and comparative studies. Two independent reviewers conducted quality assessments of the included studies by Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network. A Review Manager 5 was used to analyze effect sizes and to identify possible sources of heterogeneity among the studies. Results : The odds ratio (OR) effect sizes were all statistically significant. The OR of total effect size was 0.30(95% CI: 0.19, 0.47), care bundle was 0.37(95% CI: 0.24, 0.57), position change was 0.45(95% CI: 0.10, 2.08), and a silicone border foam dressing was 0.14 (95% CI: 0.07, 0.29). Conclusion : The preventive interventions for patients in the ICUs have positive impacts on reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers.
