본 연구는 웰빙 환경 조성에 적합한 습도센서, 온도센서와 기류센서를 이용한 쾌적도 측정시스템에 관한 것이다. 이 측정시스템이 나타내는 쾌적도는 기류와 온도에 민감하게 나타났다. 시스템을 위한 온도와 습도 일체형 센서와 기류센서를 설계 및 제작하고, 마이크로 컨트롤러에서 센서신호를 측정하여 ISO7730에서 나타내는 예상온열 감지수 (PMV)와 쾌적감 지수(CSV)를 계산하고, 각각의 계산 값을 LCD에 표시하도록 하였다. 인위의 환경에서 실험한 결과, 본 시스템이 공기조화시스템, 자동차 기류조정시스템, 가정과 사무실 병원 등의 많은 분야에 적용이 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다

As Central Europe countries joined Europe Union in 2004, the investment of multi-national countries on these countries are growing and the construction of plants are increasing. For the effective construction of plants in these countries, design and construction technology should be accumulated where long span precast concrete is widely applied to reduce construction duration, labor cost and assure quality requirements. The purpose of this study is introducing and comparing design and construction technology of precast concrete in Central Europe.
빗살전극형 정전용량형 습도센서와 그 신호처리회로의 설계 제작

For the purpose of developing capacitive humidity sensor having interdigital electrodes, interdigital electrode was modeled and simulated to obtain capacitance and sensitivity as a function of geometric parameters like the structural gap and thickness. For the development of ASIC, switched capacitor signal processing circuits for capacitive humidity sensor were designed and simulated by Cadence using 0.25㎛ CMOS process parameters. The signal processing circuits are composed of amplifier for voltage gain control, and clock generator for sensor driving and switch control. The characteristics of the fabricated sensors are; 1) sensitivity is 9fF/%R.H., 2) temperature coefficient of offset(TCO) is 0.4%R.H./℃, 3) nonlinearity is 1.2%FS, 4) hysteresis is 1.5%FS in humidity range of 3%R.H.~98%R.H.. The response time is 50 seconds in adsorption and 70 seconds in desorption. Fabricated process used in this capacitive humidity sensor having interdigital electrode are just as similar as conventional IC process technology. Therefore this can be easily mass produced with low cost, simple circuit and utilized in many applications for both industrial and environmental measurement and control system, such as monitoring system of environment, automobile, displayer, IC process room, and laboratory etc..

Currently, due to the serious world-wide air pollution by substances emitted from vehicles, emission control is enforced more firmly and it is expected that the regulation requirements for emission will become more severe. Anew concept combustion technology that can reduce the NOx and PM in relation to combustion is urgently required. Due to such social requirement, technologically advanced countries are making efforts to develop an environment-friendly vehicle engine at the nation-wide level in order to respond to the reinforced emission control. As a core combustion technology among new combustion technologies for the next generation engine, the homogeneous charge compression ignition (HCCI) is expanding its application range by adopting multiple combustion mode, catalyst, direct fuel injection and partially premixed combustion. This study used a 2-staged injection method in order to apply the HCCI combustion method without significantly altering engine specifications in the aspect of multiple combustion mode and practicality by referring to the results of studies on the HCCI engine. And it is investigated that the effects of the engine rpm and load(or A/F) to emission characteristics.
고용량 Insulin lispro 피하 주사 후 저 인슐린 혈증을 보인 지속적 저혈당성 혼수 환자 1례

Increased plasma insulin levels are often observed in exogenous insulin overdose patients. However, plasma insulin level may decrease with time. We report a case of low plasma insulin level hypoglycemia after insulin lispro overdose. The patient was a 37-year-old man with no previous medical history who suspected insulin lispro overdose. Upon arrival, his Glasgow coma scale was 3 points and his blood sugar level (BSL) was 24 mg/dl. We found five humalog-quick-pen (insulin lispro) in his bag. There was no elevation of glucose level, despite an initial 50 ml bolus of 50% glucose and 150 cc/hr of 10% dextrose continuous intravenous infusion. He also suffered from generalized tonic-clonic seizure, which was treated with lorazepam and phenytoin. We conducted endotracheal intubation, after which he was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU). There were recurrent events of hypoglycemia below BSL<50 mg/dl after admission. We repeatedly infused 50 ml 50% glucose 10 times and administered 1 mg of glucagon two times. The plasma insulin level was 0.2 uU/ml on initial blood sampling and 0.2 uU/ml after 5 hours. After 13 hours, his BSL stabilized but his mental status had not recovered. Diffuse brain injury was observed upon magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and severe diffuse cerebral dysfunction was found on electroencephalography (EEG). Despite 35 days of ICU care, he died from ventilator associated pneumonia.
직분식 엔진에서 연료공급 조건에 따른 CNG와 공기의 혼합 및 연소특성

It was investigated how fuel injection timing-early injection and later injection-in conjunction with throttle open rate effect the fuel-air mixing characteristics, Engine power, combustion stability and emission characteristics on a DI CNG spark Engine and control system that had been modified and designed according to the author`s original idea. It was verified that the combustion characteristics were changed according to fuel injection timings and Engine conditions determined by different throttle open rates and rpm. It was found that the combustion characteristics greatly improved at the complete open throttle rate with an early injection timing and at the part throttle rate with a late injection timing. Combustion duration was governed by flame propagation duration in a late injection timing and by an early flame development duration in an early injection timing. As the result, we discovered that combustion duration is shortened, lean limit is improved, air-fuel mixing conditions controlled, and emissions reduced through control of fuel injection timing according to change of the throttle open rate.
