본 연구는 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업에 대한 논의를 진척시키고, 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업을 육성하기 위하여 노동시장 통합형 장 애인 사회적기업의 이론적 토대를 제시하고자 국내 사회적기업가 양성 교육 기관의 교과과정을 분석하고 정량조사와 전문가 포커스 그룹 인터뷰 결과를 바탕으로 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적기업가를 양성하는데 적절한 교과과 정 개발하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 문헌연구와 노동시장 통합 형 장애인 사회적기업가 의견조사와 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 연구결과를 도출하였다. 국내 교육과정 분석결과 및 수요조사 결과에 따라 5가지의 요소인 사회적 기업가 정신, 경영 및 재활기초지식, 윤리적 기질, 기업가 정신, 실무능력을 골고루 갖춘 노동시장 통합형 장애인 사회적 기업가 교육과정 Curriculum 운영방안을 설계하였다. This study aimed to progress a discussion about the Work Integration Social Enterprises for disabled person, and to present the theoretical basis of the Work Integration Social Enterprises in order to promote them so it is analyzed the curriculum of education organization to train domestic social enterprisers and developed an appropriate curriculum that based on the result of quantitative research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) to train Work Integration Social Enterprisers. For the purpose, it is drawn a conclusion from literary research, survey research focused on Work Integration Social Enterprisers, and FGI. Based on analysis results of domestic curriculum and demand survey, The curriculum for Work Integration Social Enterprisers was designed whose has a five elements –social entrepreneurship, Basic Knowledge about management and rehabilitation, ethical disposition, entrepreneurship, executive ability-.

축제방문객 만족도가 재방문 의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 2006 구례산수유꽃축제를 중심으로

The study aimed to discover the relations among the festival evaluation factors, visitors` satisfaction and the behavior intent based on the analysis of the satisfaction felt by the visitors of Gurye Sansuyu Flower Festival. Based on the survey of 279 visitors of Gurye Sansuyu Flower Festival, the study conducted Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. As the evaluation factors for the festival, 4 factors have been extracted: F1(prize and food), F2 (PR and guidance), F3 (contents of event), F4 (convenience facilities). It became certain that the 4 factors also had considerable impact on the festival satisfaction, visitors` re-visit intent and their positive will to recommend the festival to others. The study examined standardized coefficient β to fathom the impact that festival satisfaction has on their re-visit intent and positive will to recommend, which showed strong correlation with the re-visit intent(.672) and positive will to recommend.

본 연구는 영화를 매개로 하여 표현되어지는 보호관찰 청소년의 정서를 고찰하고, 보호관찰 청소년들의 보호, 관리 및 재 비행의 감소를 위하여 정서적 조절을 위한 영화치료프로그램 개발의 기초를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 영화 <똥파리>는 용역소 깡패로 욕설과 폭력을 일상으로 살아가는 주인공의 삶 뒤에 숨겨진 외면하고 싶은 가족에 의한 상처와 아픔들이 묻어 있으며, 본 연구 대상자인 보호관찰 청소년들이 정서적으로 많은 부분을 공감할 수 있는 영화로 그들의 가슴깊이 파고들어있는 자신도 외면하고 싶은 분노에 직면할 수 있는 용기를 주었다고 사료된다. 무분별한 폭력이 자행되면서도 폭력의 본질에 대해 직면하게 하는 영화 <똥파리>를 통하여 대상자들은 먼저 주인공의 분노에 이입되는 경험을 할 것이고, 수용 받지 못하고 그늘진 삶을 살아가는 그들의 공감을 불러일으켰을 것이며 자신들의 부정적 정서에 대한 이해 및 분노가 일어나는 상황을 인식하였다. 또한 점차 인간적으로 변해가는 주인공의 모습을 통해 자기 자신을 성찰할 수 있는 기회가 제공되었다고 생각한다. 본 연구는 J지역 보호관찰 중인 청소년을 대상으로 2012년 3월부터 6월까지 매주 1회 자료를 수집하였으며, 먼저 설문지를 통한 일반적 질문과 분노 및 자아 존중감을 측정하여 참가하는 대상자들의 일반적 특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구과정은 먼저 편집된 영화를 감상한 후 구조화된 질문을 통하여 영화 속 인물들과 연결시켜 자신의 정서를 표현할 수 있도록 진행하였다. 자료 수집 후 총 95부의 자료를 분석하였다. 회귀분석 결과 참가 대상자의 자아존중감은 분노에 의해 영향을 받고 있었고(R²=.299, F=2.843, P=.000), 구조화된 질문에 의한 활동지 작업 결과 보호관찰 청소년들은 자신들의 감정을 적극적이고 능동적인 모습으로 표현하였으며, 자신의 분노에 대해서도 성찰하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과, 영화를 활용한 보호관찰 청소년들의 정서 조절을 위한 프로그램의 개발이 절실하게 필요하다고 생각하며, 향후 본 연구는 그에 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine juvenile probationers" emotion expressed with the cinema as a medium and provide basic information on the development of cinema therapy programs for emotional control to protect and manage them and reduce their repeated delinquency. <Breathless> used for this study is about one of criminal gangs who lives with curses and violence but hides hurts and pains by his family he wants to avoid behind his life. It could arouse juvenile probationers" great empathy and gave them courage of being faced with their deep anger they wanted to avoid. The subjects empathized the lead role"s anger, sharing their feelings of not being accepted and living in the shadow through <Breathless> that confronts us with the nature of violence despite acts of senseless violence. They also understood their negative emotion and angry situations. Also they had an opportunities to reflect on themselves through the lead role becoming humane. This study collected data from juvenile probationers once a week in the J area from March to June, 2012. First of all, subjects" general characteristics were investigated by the questionnaire such as general questions, anger, and self-esteem. The study proceeded by watching an edited movie and having the subjects express their emotion connected with movie characters through structured questions. After data collection, a total of 95 questionnaires were analyzed. The regression analysis suggested that the subjects" self-esteem was influenced by anger(R²=.299, F=2.843, P=.000). The action sheet by structured questions helped juvenile probationers reveal their emotion actively and reflect on their anger. Therefore, the results of study suggest that it is urgently needed to develop programs to control juvenile probationers" emotion using cinemas. This study will contribute to providing its basic information.
