Reaction Sintering 에 의한 ZnO : Al2O3 합성물의 구조 및 광학적 특성

ZnO and Al₂O₃ powder were weighed in 1 : 1 mole ratio and ball-milled in ethanol for 3 h. Dried mixture were pressed and then sintered at 900 ℃ ∼ 1200 ℃ for 3 h in vacuum(3 X 10^(-5) Torr). According to XRD, remnant ZnO and Al₂O₃ not converted to ZnAl₂O₄ were observed up to 1100℃, which were completely changed to ZnAl₂O₄ ternary compound at 1200. Optical bandgap is calculated at 4.75 eV. With increasing sintering temperature, PL spectrums shifted to shorter wavelengths and are appeared 430nm at 1200 ℃.

ZnO and Al2O3 powders were mixed in 1:1 mole ratio and ball-milled with ethanol for 3h. After the pressing process, the mixtures were sintered at 700°C~1300°C for 5 h in air to form ZnAl2O4. Structural properties were analyzed by X-ray diffraction patterns : optical properties by sbsorption spectra with UV-VIS-NIR Spectrophotometer : microstructural properties by SEM : photoluminescent properties by using PL Measuring System. In result, ZnAl2O4 phosphor is crystallized at 1100°C and optical bandgap is calculated at 4.65 eV. PL spectra were shifted to longer wavelengths with increasing temperature and was appeared around 780mm at 1300°C. Additionally, the peak intensity was very strong at 800°C and was declined with increasing temperature.
G/T 250톤급 양방향 차도선의 차량갑판 구조 최적설계에 관한 기초연구

본 논문에서는 Goal-Driven Optimization(GDO)을 바탕으로 한 양방향 차도선의 차량갑판의 구조설계에 대하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 차량갑판의 강도와 변형에 대한 영향을 검토하여 경제적 비용을 절약할 수 있는 최적점을 결정하였다. 실험계획법(DOE)과 반응표면법을 바탕으로 한 갑판두께를 110% 증가시켜 차량갑판의 강도와 강성을 높일 수 있었다. 이 결과에 대한 회귀분석을 수행하여 3차 다항식 모형인 최적 회귀모형식으로 제안하며 결정계수 $R^2$ 0.98정도로 나타내어 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있었다. In this paper, It was performed to optimize for the deck's structural design of a double ended car ferry ship respect to Goal-Driven Optimization (GDO). It was examined for the strength and deformation of the deck and determined to save economic cost the optimal point. The deck thickness based on the Design of Experiments (DOE) and response surface method was increased to 110%. and can improve the deck's strength and stiffness. By performing the regression analysis respect to the result, we propose the optimal regression model formula as a third degree polynomial regression models. The coefficient of determination $R^2$ was about 0.98 and reliability could be obtained.

We are currently in the actual circumstances to be lost as 30 percents our country leakage. A surrounding environment of the water pipe was infected, and increased quality of water pollution phenomenen in conduit pipe by water leakage. And, by water leakage, caused huge economical damage. Is ceilinged in leakage of water detection to using leakage of water detection method in our country now. As well as can not search correct position even if water leakage happens, because leakage of water detection is impossible by real time. In this paper we solved difficult of existent product and difficulty of existent sensing method and maintenance through research of leakage sensing system DB and S/W design in leakage sensign system. And, at the same time, we simulated leakage sensign system and implemented of DB and S/W design.

Population's city centralism phenomenon happened by continuous increase in population and ancient city industry socialization development. According to this, increased demand of capital is state been accelerating radually. Specially, source of a stream security by water lack phenomenon and quality of water change for the worse is difficult. There is the limit in a leakage of water detection method which is using in my country. Therefore, water leakage detection monitoring system that use TDR can search for water leakage point of small quantity as well as correct water leakage point and enforce repair. In this paper we solved difficult of existent product and difficulty of existent sensing method and maintenance through research of special leakage sensing pipe and leakage sensing system. And, we did system of correct most suitable simulation in our country real condition using TDR.
증강현실을 이용한 지하매설물 모니터링 어플리케이션 개발

According to the development of society and infrastructure, effective facility management is growing more important them ever. In this paper, monitoring systems are studied and developed. Most of all, the underground facilities monitoring technique advances and the Augmented Reality (AR) is developed and applied in civil engineering field. Existing facilities management is server-based management system. It accomplishes the monitoring using specialized equipment. So, there are disadvantages which demand a professional knowledge of monitoring control. In order to solve this problem, this study builds an androidbased mobile system and implements an underground facilities monitoring system using AR.
