Scutellaria Radix, the dried roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (Labiatae), has been used in oriental traditional medicine for treatment of fever urine disorder, diarrhea, inflammation. Present study was carried out for the gastroprotective effect of chrysin, baicalein, baicalin, wogonin from Scutellaria baicalensis. This reports evaluated antioxidant effect, antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori and HCI-ethanol-induced gastric lesion in rats and showed the significant effectiveness. It may be regarded that the antigastritic effects and antibacterial activity of baicalin, baicalein from Scutellaria baicalensis are originated from acid-neutralizing capacity, free radical scavenging effects and the antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori.

여성장애인 사회참여지원사업 분석 -프로그램 및 사업의 개발방향을 중심으로-

Public programs and undertakings of disabled women's social participation have rapidly extended in a short period of time. As its results, values embedded on the welfare policies have been changed from the viewpoint of benefits to that of rights and, centralized welfare system has also been changed into the form of decentralization. It is true that these changes have produced positive impacts in many aspects but, on the other side these have reduced effectiveness of policy due to the lack of sustainability. This study makes some points on the resolution of the problem mentioned above and for further development of integration policy of disabled women including public programs and business of social participation. First, public programs and business of disabled women's social participation are to be considered from the viewpoint of human resource development thus short-term and segmental programs have to be altered into long-term and continuous programs. Second, it is necessary to settle a reasonable role-division between central and local governments as well as the public and the civil, and to make up for the support programs of low income group. Lastly, it is also necessary to improve professionality on the programs, reflecting disability characteristics and group attributes so that quality of the programs can be increased.

장소성 형성을 위한 역사인물의 활용방안

지금까지 축적된 역사인물콘텐츠의 수만 보더라도 ‘지금, 여기’에 있지 않더라도 역사인물이 개인과 공동체에 미치는 영향력은 적지 않아 보인다. ‘역사’로 불리는 먼 과거를 살았던 인물이, 어떤 이유로, ‘지금, 여기’를 살아가는 우리에게 각광받고 있을까? 이에 대한 답은 개인과 공동체로 거칠게 나누어 생각해 볼 수 있다. 전자의 경우, “當代를 살아가는 독자들이 삶의 의미를 음미”하고, “우리 삶의 한 전형적인 인물의 삶이 이야기”하는 인류 보편가치를 환기한다는 점에서 논의를 전개할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 공동체의 입장에서는 지역에 산재한 유 · 무형의 역사문화자원과 연계해 정체성을 강조 · 확산하고 향유자의 방문을 유도할 수 있는 대상으로 여기는 경향이 크다고 판단된다. 논자는 이와 같은 흐름과 입장에 적극적으로 동의하는 동시에 역사인물이 밈(meme)을 형성하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있고, 지역에 산재한 유 · 무형의 문화자원과 연계될 때 새로운 장소성을 형성할 수 있다는 가정을 마련하였다. 이상의 가정을 검증하기 위하여 ‘역사인물을 활용한 장소성 형성방안’이라는 연구주제를 마련하였으며, 구체적인 연구대상으로 충무공 김시민 장군과 그의 고향인 충남 천안시를 선정하였다. 충남 천안시는 김시민의 고향이지만 “다소 의아심이 들 만큼 구체적인 계승과 발양의 흔적이 없었고, 이를 아쉬워하는 사람들이 많았고”, “대규모 개발사업, 혹은 정신과 역사의 계승이 축소된 모습들이 재현되지 않았다”는 점에서 논의의 필요성이 있다고 여겨진다. 논의의 진행을 위하여 충남 천안시의 충무공 김시민 장군(이하, 김시민) 유적 및 유물을 총체적으로 검토하였으며, 그중에서 이야기가치(story value)가 높다고 여겨지는 1) 생가터와 사사처를 중심으로 천안시의 김시민 유적과 관련 스토리, 키워드를 검토하였다. 또 2) 김시민 콘텐츠의 방향과 활용방안을 제시하고, 3) 장기적인 측면에서 고려해야 할 내용을 논의하였다. It has been pointed out that cultural contents based on historical characters can be arbitrarily divided. Nevertheless, it has attracted local governments′ attention because it is possible to acquire universality and peculiarity at the same time, improve cultural awareness, and ultimately revitalize the economy. However, there were many cases in which there were no practical measures or directions. As a result, there are many cultural contents that can be avoided not only from visitors but also from local residents. Therefore, let`s look at the direction and method of cultural content that can invoke universal values through the remains and relics of Chungmugong Kim Si-Min. Through this process, Kim will not be a historical figure remaining in a particular time and space, but will arouse a spirit of objectivity that is recognized in society by acquiring universality beyond time and space.

장애인차별금지법 제정의 장애담론 분석: 시행령 제정과정의 쟁점을 중심으로

This article focuses on the analysis of disability discourse in Korean society through the points of issue emerging from the process of enactment of Code of Practice(Disability Discrimination Act: DDA). Through this study, it has been explored that the disability discourses exist in various forms and that they collide or compete with one another in a differnt context. As a conclusion it is emphasised that most importantly Disability Discrimination Act should play a key role in spreading counter-discourse of disability in a legal system. For doing that, DDA should be a legal mechanism through which the ways to gurantee the rights of disabled people can be positively developed.

오정보와 심상 재연 단서가 아동의 회상 정확도에 미치는 영향

In this test for the effect of misinformation and mental reinstatement on accuracy of recall in children, misinformation or neutral informations was presented to each of 80 five- and 80 nine - year - old children(Total : 160). Two days later they were asked to recall original information in one of two conditions; free recall or mental reinstatement. For 5-year-old children, mental reinstatement enhanced memory performance and increased the accuracy despite the presentation of misinformation. For 9-year-old children, there was no significant difference between free recall and mental reinstatement condition. For younger children, mental reinstatement may be an effective way of enhancing memory performance.

재가 장애노인의 품위 있는 노화와 좋은 죽음 인식에 대한 질적사례연구

본 논문은 재가 장애노인이 생각하는 ‘품위 있는 노화’와 노화의 종결점인 ‘좋은 죽음’의 의미를 알아보고자 시도된 연구이다. 장애인의 노화 경험에 있어 차이점이 있다면 장애를 얻게 된 시기 및 장애의 중증도, 그리고 경제적 여건 및 함께 생활하는 가족 유무 등 현대사회에서 생활의 질 차이를 만드는 중요한 요인들이라고 생각하여, 이 요소들을 중심으로 참여자들과의 심층면접 내용과 이들이 쓴 글 등을 분석한 후 사례 간 공통점과 차이점을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 노화의 경험은 ‘통증과의 싸움’, ‘친숙했던 장애의 낯섦’, ‘외로움이 잠식하는 일상’, ‘낮아지기만 하는 삶의 질’, ‘무너져 내린 자존감’으로 정리되었고, 품위 있는 노화의 의미는 ‘자유와 초월’, ‘적응과 수용’, ‘성찰과 성숙’, ‘희망’, ‘향유’로 정리되었으며, 좋은 죽음의 의미는 ‘고통 없는 죽음’, ‘나를 정리할 수 있는 죽음’, ‘폐 끼치지 않는 죽음’, ‘존중 받는 죽음’, ‘도리를 다하는 죽음’으로 정리되었다. 이후 이를 다시 사례 간 상황분석을 실시하여 이론적, 정책적, 실천적 제언을 기술하였다. This study begins with the question of ‘how old people with disabilities perceive getting old and dying with dignity’. It tries to analyze commonalities and differences among the participants, considering that the participants would live a different life in a different conditions such as severity of impairment, time of disability-onset, economic environment, existence and nonexistence of family member living together. Indepth-interview, essays and diary which are written and permitted by participants for this study, study notes are used for analysis, and case study has been employed for methodology. The result of analysis has been organized into three themes: ‘The experience of getting old’, ‘Meaning of aging’, ‘good death’. ‘The experience of getting old’ has been arranged with ‘struggling with pain’, ‘becoming unfamiliar with his/her own disability’, ‘everyday life encroached by loneliness’, ‘decreasing life quality’, ‘collapsed self-esteem’, ‘Meaning of aging’ with ‘liberty and transcendence’, ‘adaptation and respectiveness’, ‘hope’, ‘enjoyment’, ‘good death’ with ‘death without pain’, ‘death after sorting the life’, ‘death not to cause trouble’, ‘death esteemed ’, ‘death after fulfilling duties’.

고소설을 활용한 문학관의 운영 방안 검토 - ‘김광순 소장 필사본’을 중심으로

문학 공간은 크게 문학 작품 내에서 작가의 상상력으로 창조된 공간과 실재하는 공간으로 나눌 수 있다. 그중 후자에 속하는 문학관은 문학적 유산을보관하고 전시하여 기억을 유지함은 물론, 지역의 유의미한 문화자원으로서도그 의미가 또렷하다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 논자들은 ‘김광순 소장 필사본’ 의 문화콘텐츠화 방안의 일부인 ‘김광순 고소설 문학관(가칭)’의 운영 방향을모색하고자 한다. ‘김광순 소장 필사본’은 ‘김광순 소장’이 학자적 면모와 스승으로서의 소명으로 오랜 시간에 걸쳐 수집해 온 필사본 한국고소설로 “필사자가 필사하는과정에서 작자의 세계관과 인생관에 따라 변모 서술되면서 첨삭된 경우가 많기 때문에 필사자의 개성이 잘 반영된 독특한 異本의 성격을 지니고 있”고, “기존작품과 대비해 보면 같은 제목의 작품이라도 다른 개성을 지니고 있”으며, “경우에 따라 변모 첨삭되어 이본으로서의 성격을 지니고 있어” 국문학사적 가치가 높다. 또, 이를 수집한 ‘김광순 소장’은 “한국 고소설 연구자 중에 택민(澤⺠) 김광순(⾦光淳) 선생 연구의 도움을 받지 않은 사람은 없”는 칭송을받을 정도로 “고소설 수집과 교육, 연구에 매진한 김광순 교수의 노고와 헌신, 식지 않는 열정을” 가진 인물이라는 점에서 선양의 가치가 충분하다고 판단된다. 구체적인 논의를 전개하기 위하여 ‘김광순 소장 필사본’과 ‘김광순 소장’의현재적 가치를 도출하고, ‘필사본 고소설’이라는 독특한 문학자원을 활용한 문학관의 가능성을 타진하며 방문객의 체험과 향유를 강화하는 방법을 모색함으로써 학술적·문화산업적 가치를 획득하고자 한다. Literary spaces can be categorized into those conceived by the artist's imagination and those that exist as tangible entities within literary works. The latter category, particularly the literary hall, serves not only as a significant cultural resource within the region but also plays a crucial role in preserving memory by archiving and showcasing literary heritage. In light of this context, the commentators aim to investigate the operational direction of the Kim Gwang-soon Ancient Literature Museum (tentative name) as a component of the “Literature Content Literature Museum. on the “Kim Kwang Soon's Collection of 100 Manuscripts of Korean Classic Novels,” which has been meticulously collected over a n extended period, reflecting both its a ca demic significance and the dedication of its compiler as an educator. The “Kim Kwang Soon's Collection of 100 Manuscripts of Korean Classic Novels” represents a classic Korean novel that has been curated by Kim Kwang-soon, embodying a distinctive character that effectively conveys the personality of the scribe. This is largely due to the fact that the manuscript is frequently described and amended in accordance with the author's worldview and philosophical outlook during the transcription process. As noted, to existing works, even those sharing the same title exhibit differing personalities. value in the history of Korean literature, as it has been altered and refined to embody the characteristics of a copy. Furthermore, Kim Kwang-soon, the curator of this collection, is regarded a s a figure of significa nt merit due to his pa ssion a s a professor dedicated to the collection, education, and research of ancient novels. academic and cultural industrial value, as it explores the potential of a literary museum utilizing the unique literary resource known as seeks to enhance visitors' experiences and enjoyment while deriving the intrinsic values of “KKim Kwang Soon's Collection of 100 Manuscripts of Korean Classic Novels” and establishing foundational directions for the literature museum based on these insights.

문학공간의 스토리텔링 방안 연구 -권정생을 중심으로-

To create a way of storytelling with authors, works, and the literary space can have the advantage of transmuting the literature as a cultural industry. In addition, It makes the consumers feel nostalgia for the culture. Especially, nowadays people are highly interested in using the local culture and ``cultural welfare``. So, cultural contents based on the literature receive a great deal of attention. There may be the reason that they make the basis to force up the mental and physical value to the consumer and can be used as resources of the local culture as well. In this article, we``ll look through the life of ‘Gwonjeongsaeng``, his works, and his literary space. Then, based on this, we find a small unit to make the story and present the storytelling methods. Gwonjeongsaeng is called “the pride of Korean juvenile literature.” His life and literary work gain the empathy from many people because they show “our rocky history”, therefore can be highly evaluated as a subject of study. And the literary space around the area of Andong Iljikmyeon also has a high value as a use of storytelling. The thrift over whole his life, his love about nature and life, his deep affection for people can be also possibly used as storytelling. And the storytelling created from his life could be used as a means to increase the utility value of ``Gwonjeongsaeng fairyland``, established in 2014.

지역문학자원의 문화콘텐츠화 방안 -천안의 지역문학을 중심으로-

In the world, more and more nations are recognizing culture and the cultural industry as a driving force of economic growth. Korea is not an exception to this trend. The Korean government has determined the administration`s direction: cultural enrichment based on the value of culture. It is making various efforts to lead the global trend. In spite of this interest, it actually needs to be more passionate about seeking a way to realize better national and regional competitiveness by using culture. Hence this thesis intended to extract the contemporary meanings of Cheonan-si, focusing on its regional literature and literary spaces, and discuss how we can use the city. The area is appropriate for this discussion since the area itself aims to become an attractive city as tourist destination where the citizens enjoy together and its residents genuinely want the city to be revitalized through the literature resources. In addition, as regional literature connotes writers`` connections, the backgrounds of literary works, and local feelings, it is something that can express both cultural universality and local identity. Through the discussion, the contemporary meanings of the literary spaces of Cheonan were extracted - first, the historic spaces where the past and the present meet; second, the spaces of traditional arts and love; third, the spaces of awakening patriotism. Based on these meanings, 3 things were suggested for realizing the creation of the street environment - first, suggestion of theme district where people can know how commoners in the past lived and the relevant merchandises (the district and merchandises that have possibilities of being tourism products); second, development of cultural heritage linked walking tour course, for promotion of the cultural enjoyment right of the local residents; third, management plan of traditional cultural arts education. I hope that this discussion will act as a stimulant to development of the regional literature as cultural contents.
