고쳐쓰기 활동에 대한 비판적 고찰 및 개선 방향 탐구 -2015개정 초등학교 3~4학년, 5~6학년군 교과서 분석을 바탕으로-

이 연구는 2015 개정 초등학교 3~4학년 및 5~6학년 교과서에 수록된 고쳐쓰기 활동을 비판적으로 분석함으로써, 차기 교과서 개발 시 고려해야 할 개선 방향 탐구를 목표로 한다. 고쳐쓰기 활동 분석 결과, 두 개 학년군 모두 ‘고쳐쓰기 수준’과 관련해 ‘글>문장>단어’ 순으로, ‘고쳐쓰기 요소’와 관련해 ‘통합>형식>내용’ 순으로 나타나, 형식과 내용 요소의 통합적 활동 비중이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 교과서 내 고쳐쓰기 관련 활동 개발 시 앞으로도 글 전체에 대한 점검과 더불어, 형식과 내용 요소의 통합적인 고려가 중요함을 시사한다. 다만, 다음과 같은 개선 방향도 찾을 수 있었다. 첫째, 학습 내용 측면에서 글쓰기 과정 중 고쳐쓰기 단계의 위상과 기능을 강조해야 하며, 고쳐쓰기에 대한 안내를 생략하거나 어떻게 고쳐 써야 하는지를 구체적으로 안내하지 않은 채 그냥 지시만 있는 활동을 지양하는 등 실제적 전략에 관한 보완이 필요하다. 둘째, 학습 순서 측면에서 고쳐쓰기를 본격적으로 학습하는 시기와 단원 제시 순서에 관한 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 셋째, 고쳐쓰기 활동을 촉진하고 지원할 수 있도록 공공 플랫폼이나 에듀테크 도구 등과 연계한 활동도 필요하다. This study critically analyzes the revision activities included in the 2015 revised elementary school textbooks for grades 3-4 and 5-6. The goal is to explore directions for improvement that should be considered in the development of future textbooks. The analysis of revision activities revealed that for both grade groups, the 'level of revision' followed the order of 'text > sentence > word,' and the 'elements of revision' followed the order of 'integration > form > content.' This indicates a high proportion of integrated activities involving form and content elements. This suggests that in the development of textbook revision activities, it is important to continue to check the entire text and to integrate the elements of form and content. However, the following improvement directions were also identified: First, in terms of learning content, it is necessary to emphasize the status and function of the revision stage during the writing process and to avoid activities that merely instruct without providing guidance on how to revise or omitting guidance on revision, thus requiring supplementation with practical strategies. Second, from the perspective of learning sequence, a systematic approach is needed regarding the timing and order of introducing revision lessons. Third, activities linked with public platforms or EduTech tools are necessary to facilitate and support revision activities.

Magnetization Transfer Contrast Angiography for Organized Thrombosed Intracranial Aneurysm in TOF MR Angiography: a Case Report

A 66-year-old woman was referred for treatment of incidental detection of two intracranial aneurysms. Time-of-flight MR angiography (TOF MRA) revealed two aneurysms at the M1 segment of the right middle cerebral artery, and clinoid segment of left internal carotid artery, respectively. On digital subtraction angiography, there was a saccular aneurysm on the left internal carotid artery, but the other aneurysm was not detected on the right middle cerebral artery. Based on comprehensive review of imaging findings, organized thrombosed aneurysm was judged as the most likely diagnosis. In the presented report, magnetization transfer (MT) pulse to TOF MRA was used, to differentiate aneurysm-mimicking lesion on TOF MRA. We report that MT technique could be effective in differentiating true aneurysm, from possible T1 high signal artifact on TOF MRA.

Antioxidant effect of Lonicera Caerulea on heat stress-treated male mice

Lonicera caerulea (Honey berry, HB) has been used in medical treatment in Russia, Japan, China and Korea. It has high level of vitamin C and polyphenolics. Polyphenolics can improve anti-inflammatory effect and prevent cancer, diabetes mellitus type 2. Also, Vitamin C is a representative anti-oxidant. however, it is still unknown what effect it will have on the oxidation stress of the reproductive system. In previous studies, ROS can be produced when it is exposed to heat stress and has negative effect on sperm’s maturation, capacitation, hyperactivation, acrosome reaction and fusion of egg and sperm. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the antioxidant effects of L. Caerulea on the sperm and mice. At first, it conducted using ICR mouse (n = 20) for 4 weeks. There are four groups of mice (n = 5 per group). Also, L. Caerulea was taken by oral gavage. Group I (control) kept at 23℃-27℃ and administer D.W (0.5 mL/day), Likewise, Group II (HB) kept at room temperature but gave HB (250 mg/kg, 0.5 mL/day), Group III (HB + HS) received heat stress (40℃) using hyperthermia induction chamber and gave HB at same dose. and Group IV (HS) exposed heat stress only. Mainly, we showed degree of gene expression using Western blot in SOD, HSP 70, 17β-HSD and Real-time PCR. It can find correlation between intracellular activity like steroid hormone, apoptosis under ROS and antioxidant activity of L. Caerulea.

자판입력기록을 활용한 작문 연구

이 연구에서는 작문 현상을 탐구하기 위한 연구 방법으로 자판입력기록에 대한 연구 현황을 살펴보고, 작문 연구를 위한 자판입력기록의 활용을 탐구하였다. 자판입력기록은 ‘컴퓨터를 활용한 글쓰기에서 필자가 입력한 모든 자판에 대한 기록’을 말한다. 최근에 세계 여러 나라에서는 작문 현상을 체계적으로 연구하기 위한 방법으로 여기에 많은 관심을 기울이고 있다. 그리고 Scriptlog, Inputlog, Translog, uLog 등의 다양한 프로그램을 개발하고 있다. 이를 활용하면 작문 과정의 과학적인 분석을 위한 기초 자료를 얻을수 있다. 또한 시선추적기록과 실시간 회상적 사고구술 등의 방법과 통합적인 분석으로 더욱 체계적인 연구가 가능하다. 따라서 이를 활용하여 작문 현상에 대한 과학적인 접근을 해야 할 것이다. Present study investigated the research status of research on keystroke logging as a research method for exploring writing phenomenon and explored the use of keylogging data for writing research. Keystroke logging data means ‘records of all keyboards typed by writer in computer-based writing.’ More resently, many countries around the world have been paying a great deal of attention to how to systematically study writing phenomena. To do this, we are developing various programs such as Scriptlog, Inputlog, Translog, and uLog. This can be used as a basis for scientific analysis of the writing process. In addition, more systematic research can be done through methods such as gaze tracking and real-time, recalled thinking, and integrated analysis. Therefore, it is necessary to make a scientific approach to writing phenomenon.

The isolated unilateral aplasia of the submandibular gland (SMG) is an extremely rare condition, because most cases of congenital absence of the major salivary glands are associated with other anomalies and several major salivary glands. Worldwide, only 15 cases of isolated unilateral SMG aplasia have been reported. Here, we report a case of a 35-year-old woman with isolated unilateral SMG absence. The ipsilateral parotid gland was hypertrophied at the time of initial diagnosis, but this gland showed significant atrophy during the subsequent 3-year follow-up. This phenomenon may be associated with ipsilateral SMG aplasia, and we report this unique case along with a literature review in this paper.

이산사건시스템의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션에 사용되는 상태 기반의 모델링 형식론을 지원하는 시뮬레이션 도구는 많이 개발되었지만, 대부분은 모델 정의에 프로그래밍 언어가 사용됨에 따라 비전문가들은 어려움을 가진다. 또한 시뮬레이션 모델개발 과정을 지원하기에는 기능이 제한되며, 개별 도구들로 제공되어 습득 및 이용에 어려움을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 통합 환경에서 모델링, 실행, 데이터 수집 및 분석, 모델 검증을 제공하는 상태 그래프 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 상태 그래프 시뮬레이터는 상태 기반의 모델링 형식론인 상태 그래프의 신속한 모델개발을 추구하며 시각화된 모델링 기능을 제공하여 프로그래밍 전문지식 없이도 모델정의가 가능하도록 한다.
