        교통시설 민간투자사업 재구조화 개선방안 연구

        The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) successfully restructured its PPP (Public Private Partnership) project of Seoul Metro Line 9 into BTO-CC (Cost Compensation) contract under which government takes full demand risk in return for reduced investment return. The restructured contract has saved substantial financial burden of SMG and relieved the pressure of annual fare increase due to the relevant clause of the existing PPP contract. The BTO-CC contract, however, may cause moral hazard of private operator because there is no incentive scheme for revenue increase and cost savings. The purpose of this study is to explore the applicability of new risk sharing scheme of BTO-adjusted (BTO-a) under which government takes the substantial demand risk to guarantee stable operation of the project by its private partner. Taking the case of Seoul Metro Line 9, the performance of BTO-a is compared with those of BTO-CC and BTO-MRG in terms of fiscal burden and fare increases. The simulation results shows that the BTO-a has high potential as an alternative contract to restructure conventional BTO projects having MRG clauses.

        이산 웨이블릿 변환 기반 디-노이징 필터를 이용한 향상된 음원 위치 추정 연구

        In this paper, a study of advanced sound source localization is conducted by eliminating the noise of the sound source using the discrete wavelet transform. And experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed system that the mobile robot follows sound source stably. In addition, we compare the position estimation performance by applying a discrete wavelet transform to improve the reliability of the sound signal. The experimental results reveal that the de-nosing filter which removes the noise component in sound source can make the performance of position estimation more precisely and help the mobile robot distinguish the objective sound source clearly.

      • 소도시 학생의 의료비지출에 관한 조사연구 -공주군내 초등학교 아동을 중심으로-

        In order to study Medical care expenditures spent by elementary school students of Gong Ju-gun on sickness, surveys conducted on the elected 4 schools consisting of 625 students during the 9 month period from March 1 to December 20, 1973. The following results have been obtained. 1. The average number of pers persons ons per household were 6.24. 2. OF all the households of students surveyed, 47.2 per cent were for agricultual] occupations and 20.5 per cent were clerical workers. 3. Illiterates constituted 13.4 per cent, primary school graduates 36.6 per cent, high? school graduates 18.5 per cent, and colleg graduates 13.9 per cent. 4.The average monthly income per household was 34.000 won. (47,000 won out of A area and 21;000 won out of B area) 5. The monthly average Number of absences from school due to sickness were 423.9’ case. April. June. October were the Highest months of the sickness ratio which total's 3,815 case, and which means 1,008 times of absence of each sick student. 6. The sickness of most students who needed medical care was cold, tiredness, and sto-- mach ace, etc. 7. The average monthly amount of medical care spent were 1,930 won for a households expendkures and 302 won per person. (373. 4 won out of A area and 236.8 won out of B area)

        온라인 설문조사 사용자 경험 연구 -구글과 네이버 폼을 중심으로-

        This study is an online survey user experience study. The purpose of this research is user experience research to make use and development of online surveys. In-depth interviews were conducted with 8 native Koreans who were not experienced with Naver and Google, and were surveyed using Peter Morville's Honeycomb model. In addition, we performed evaluation through tasks and think-aloud. Naver is highly useful, usable, desirable and findable, and Google can confirm its superior accessible and flexible. Research has shown that improvements in usability and ease of functioning are needed by reclassifying and moving menu categories. Online survey user experience that has not been studied previously can predict the direction of usability improvement and can help the user side. We hope that this research will improve the usability of online surveys, and will lead to various related research. 본 연구는 온라인 설문조사 사용자 경험 연구이다. 온라인 설문조사의 활용과 발전을 위해 사용자 측면의 연구를 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 네이버와 구글의 사용 경험이 없는 피험자 8명을 대상으로 사용자 경험에 영향을 미치는 요인을 태스크를 통한 수행 평가, 씽크얼라우드, 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형을 이용한 설문, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 네이버는 유용성, 사용성, 매력성, 검색성이 높으며 구글은 접근성과 유연성이 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 인터페이스 메뉴 카테고리의 재분류와 이동으로 사용성을 높이고 기능을 쉽게 찾기 위한 개선안이 필요하다는 시사점을 도출했다. 본 연구는 기존에 연구되지 않았던 온라인 설문조사 사용자 경험으로 사용성 개선의 방향을 예측하고 사용자 측면에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 추후 온라인 설문조사의 사용성이 개선되고, 다양한 관련 연구가 진행될 것을 기대한다.

        화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 사용자 경험 연구 -줌, MS 팀즈를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to present measures to enhance non-face-to-face communication platform services by measuring the user experience elements of major videoconferencing platforms in the non-face-to-face era. As a method of research, the platform of Zoom and MS Teams was selected, and the factors affecting the user experience were evaluated in combination with task and Think Aloud, and seven Honeycomb models of Peter Mobil were reconstructed to be analyzed through surveys and in-depth interviews for each paragraph. Studies have shown that Zoom has high usability, usability, accessibility and searchability, and MS Teams have excellent attractiveness. Therefore, based on the results of this study, the guidelines for video conferencing platform services and the improvement of the interface were presented. Based on this study, we hope that the usability of videoconferencing will be improved, and that various related studies will proceed as follow-up studies. 본 연구는 비대면 시대의 주요 화상회의 플랫폼의 사용자 경험 요소를 측정하여 비대면 커뮤니케이션 플랫폼 서비스를 제고하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법으로는 국내에서 사용이 많은 줌과 MS 팀즈의 플랫폼을 선정하고, 사용 경험이 없는 피험자 8명에게 사용자 경험의 영향을 주는 요인을 태스크와 씽크얼라우드를 병행하여 수행 평가를 진행하였고, 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모형 7가지를 재구성하여 각 항문 별 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 줌은 유용성, 사용성, 접근성, 검색성이 높으며 MS 팀즈는 매력성이 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 화상회의 플랫폼 서비스의 가이드라인 제공과 인터페이스의 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 화상회의의 사용성이 개선되고, 다양한 관련 연구가 후속 연구로 진행될 것을 기대한다.

      • 새만금 방조제 끝막이 구간의 사석 및 돌망태의 안정성 평가

        The hydraulic stabilities and the applicable range of the rock and gabion analyzed from the hydraulic physical modeling were synthetically evaluated relating with the successful final closing of Saemanguem Sea Dike. In the modeling the critical velocities of gabions are changed depends on the gap position, and they are as great as 1.22~1.38 times of those of rock. And the more the mixed ratio of gabion increase, the larger the critical velocity linearly. In the analysis 10% increasing of the mixed ratio of gabion effectuates the increasing of critical velocities in 0.24~ 0.29cm/s in average. From these results the rocks and gabions designed and used for the final closing of Saemanguem Sea Dike could preserve the stability during the closing work. In conclusion, the use of gabion for the final closing of dike gives greater positioning and interlocking so that it made increasing of resistance to the flow velocity, and gave assurance of the stability of structure.
