        Omeprazol 과 β- Cyclodextrin , Hydroxypropyl -β- Cyclodextrin 의 포접화합물의 대한 적혈구 손상 및 변이원성시험 연구

        Inclusion complex of omeprazol with β-cyclodextrin and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin were prepared by coprecipitation and freeze-drying method respectively. Effects of these inclusion complex on RBCs were monitored with a spectrophotometer by the method of Kahan et al. and the mutagenic activity based on the Ames plate incorporation test in the presence and absence of liver microsomal enzyme(S9 fraction) using Salmonella typhimurium TA98 and TA100. The RBCs hemolysis and mutagenic activity of these complex were not detected.

        ATM switching software should be required high reliability, functionality, extendability and maintainability. After development of the software, it is verified and tested by analyzer whether the software is accomplished the characteristics of it or not. There are so many CASE tools in other area, but the CHILL testing tools that can verify ATM software have not various functions are not many. In this paper we develop the testing tool which can evaluate and test CHILL programmed ATM software. This Tool supports testing reports, debugging informations and maintenance informations including parallel process about CHILL original programs.

      • UV-A 조사에 의한 Phenothiazines의 돌연변이원성 비교 연구

        Phenothiazine류의 약물 중 UV-A(350 nm, 2.5mW/㎝)의 조사에 의해 광용혈 현상을 나타낸 chlorpromazine, perphenazine, trifluoperazine 및 thioridazine의 UV-A 조사 전후의 돌연변이원성 여부를 비교 조사하였다. Salmonella typhimurium TA98, TA100을 사용하여 Dorothy M. Maron 과 Bruce N. Ames의 mutagenicity test 중 plate incorporation test 방법으로 실시한 결과 각 약물과 UV-A에 의해 photo-excited된 물질 모두 직접법 또는 대사활성법에서 음성으로 나타났다. The mutagenic activity of four phenothiazine derivatives such as chlorpromazine, perphenazine, trifluoperazine and thioridazine in conjunction with UV-A irradiation or not based on the Ames plate incorporation test in the presence and absence of liver microsomal enzyme(S9 fraction). None of these compounds and their photo-excited were detected as mutagen in the Salmonella microsome assay with TA 98 and TA 100.

      • 가스크로마토그라피에 의한 Permethrin과 Fenitrothion의 分離 定量에 관한 硏究

        A application of gas chromatography for the determination of permethrin and fenitrothion in insecticidal preparations was investigated with 3% SE-30 on Chromosorb AW column, Recovery of permethrin and fenitrothion from mixed artificial preparations was 99.8% and 100.5% respectively. Also reproducibility tests showed very good. There was no interference with insecticidal preparation containing emulsifying agents and other ingredients. It was considered that gas chromatography with 3% SE-30 column could be greatly applied to the analysis of permethrin and fenitrothion in insecticidal preparations.

      • 신고송의 단막 희곡 「결실」 연구

        본 연구는 신고송의 단막 희곡 「결실」을 연구 대상을 하여 광복기 정국을 대변하고 대중성을 획득한 극작품임을 상기시키는데 그 목표를 두었다. 광복 초기, 남북한의 창작 환경은 남한에서는 ‘조선연극동맹’을 중심으로 소인극 운동과 연극 대중화를 중심으로 펼쳐 나갔다. 반면, 북한의 연극은 당성과 인민성, 혁명성에 기초한 사상적 무기로 전환되어졌다. 이 무렵, 창작·발표된 신고송의 단막 희곡 「결실」은 연극인들의 사상과 연극운동의 정치성을 드러내고 있으며, 광복 현실 속 농민들의 상황을 보여줌으로써 대중들의 호응을 불러일으키기도 했다. 그의 단막 희곡 「결실」의 특성은 첫째, 민중의 단결을 강조하며 작가의 사상성을 전달하고 있다. 미군정 아래에서는 조선의 완전한 자주 독립은 보장받을 수 없다는 작가의 정치적 신념과 각성된 인물을 통해 농민의 실상을 전달하면서 농민조합의 정당성을 차분히 설명하고 있다. 둘째, 공연을 지켜보는 대중들의 보편적 정서를 읽어내는 대중성을 획득하고 있다. 결말에서는 희극의 결말 구조와 같은 결혼식 장면을 넣어 농민들의 단결되고 응집된 힘을 보여준다. 그로 인하여 부로주아 봉건지주 대감의 계략이 무너지고 몰락하는 과정을 보여줌으로써 대리만족을 느끼게 하였다. 앞으로 신고송의 남북한 문학 활동에 대한 연속성에 관한 연구와 재북시기 그의 다양한 문학 활동에 대한 구체적 조명이 뒤따라야 할 것이다. A Study of Shin, Go-song’ one act play, 「fruition」, is the subject of study that aimed to remind about the work of play which accomplished popularity and to represent the independence political situation. Early after its liberation, the creative environments of South Korea focused on spreading through the theatre popularization and amateur theatricals centering around ‘Chosun play alliance.’ On the other hand, the play of North Korea is changed to the ideological weapon that based on the political party, publics, and revolution. Around this time, 「fruition」 the one act play of Shin, Go-song showed the idea of theatrical people and the political characteristics of a dramatic movement and in the reality of Gwangbok period, the play brought public response by showing the situations of farmers. His one act play, there are two characteristics in the 「fruition」. First, the play delivers the idea of the author by emphasis on civil unification. Author delivered his political thought of there will be no guaranteed of Chosun’s independence under U.S. Army Military Government and explained legitimize of farmers association by delivering the reality of farmers through the characters in the play. Second, his play have popular appeal which can represent public's universal sentiment. He put wedding ceremony scene at the end of the play to show the power of famers' unity and to show the collapse of feudalism a bourgeois and help public to get vicarious pleasure. In the future, the study of continuity about Shin, Go-song’s South and North Korea’s cultural activities and will need specific lighting have to follow in his various literature activities at the period of North Korea empire period

      • Rabbit Liver and Lung Microsomal Metabolism of $\beta$-Nicotyrine:Isozyme Specificities toward the Oxidation of $\beta$-Nicotyrine

        Studies on the biodisposition of beta-nicotyrine by lung and liver microsomes was examined in order to provide a better understanding of its fate in this tissue. beta-nicotyrine (100$\mu$M) was incubated with microsomes (1 mg/ml) prepared from New Zealand White rabbits. The rate of oxidation observed in lung microsomal incubations was 1.7 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized mg$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$ compared with 2.7 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized mg$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$ by the liver microsomal preparation. However, when these rates were expressed as a function of cytochrome P-450 content, the specific activity of the metabolic oxidation catalyzed by lung (8.3 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized nmole cytochrome P-450$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$) was approxiamtely 4 times greater than liver microsomes (2.3 nmoles $\beta$-nicotyrine oxidized nmole cytochrome P-450$^{-1}$ min$^{-1}$). Isozyme studies on the oxidation of $\beta$-nicotyrine employed several methods of altering activities of specific isozymes present in pulmonary microsomes, including the use of the isozyme 2 and 6 specific inhibitor $\alpa$-methyl ABT, metabolic inhibitor(MI) complex formation. The results of this inhibition study would appear to indicate the $\beta$-nicotyrine is metabolized predominantly by pulmonary isozyme 5.

        The Solvent-Independent Structure of Piroxicam

        The three-dimensional structures of piroxicam crystallized from two different solvents, toluene and toluene/hexane mixture respectively, are proved identical: $C_{15}H_{13}N_3O_4S,\;M\;=\;331.35$, monoclinic, a = 7.128(1), b = 15.146(2), c = 13.956(2) ${\AA},\;{\beta}=\;97.33(1)^{\circ},\;V\;=\;1494.37{\AA}^{3},\;Dx\;=\;1.472\;g/cm^{3},\;Z\;=\;4,\;space\;group\;P2_{1}/c,\;Mo\;K{\alpha}(\lambda=\;0.71073\;{\AA})$, F(000) = 688, T = 295 K, R = 0.0611 for 1993 unique observed reflections. The thiazine ring exhibits a half chair conformation. An amide group is involved in an intramolecular hydrogen bond to the hydroxy group, O(17)-H(17)${\cdots}O(15){\AA}$. The molecule is planar within 2 ${\AA}$ with the interplanar angle $127.9(4)^{\circ}$ between pyridine and benzene rings. A molecular chain parallel to [011] is formed by two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N(16)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$ and C(6)-H(6)${\cdots}O(11)$, and the molecular chains are held together by van der Waals forces.
