Systemic sclerosis (SSc), also called scleroderma, is a rare debilitating autoimmune disease of the connective tissue characterized by microvascular damage, specific immunologic abnormalities, and progressive fibrosis of the skin and internal organs. The disease may be associated with serious visceral complications involving the pulmonary, gastrointestinal, cardiac and renal systems, why early identification is important. Cutaneous telangiectasia was originally one of the diagnostic criteria of the CREST syndrome (calcinosis, Raynaud’s phenomenon, esophageal dysmotility, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasias), and is now included in the 2013 American College of Rheuma- tology/European League Against Rheumatism criteria for the diagnosis of SSc. We report herein three cases of SSc who presented our department for telangiectasia, because eruptive telangiectasia on exposed area associated with high titer of antinuclear antibody could be the first sign of SSc.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for making, operating and managing good golf practice place. So, we surveyed selection variable by questionnaire and analyzed selection variable by SPSS Windows Version 11. This study will give us qualitative envelopment of golf practice environment, This paper concludes with following points. First, Main customers were prospective goiter and people(management, professionalist, housewife) who have time and money to spare in their fories, and they usually came there with their friend or colleague. Facilities and practice environment to improve golf ability were main factors when they select golf practice place, Main purpose of going to golf practice place was to develop their golf ability. Second, The survey on the overall selection factor reveals that there are a significant difference according to gender, educational level, golf career, using time of driving range, using frequency of driving range, practicing time, using frequency of golf course, using purpose of driving range, And female in leisure factor, finishing high school in leisure factor, under six month(golf career) in leisure factor, (using time)pm 4-7 in popularity factor, (using frequency) more than sixth a week in ability improvement factor and less than once a week in leisure factor, (practicing time) over 3 hour in ability improvement factor, (using frequency of golf course) more than sixth a month in ability improvement factor and one or second a month in leisure factor, (using purpose) control fatness in popularity factor appear high selection reason value. Third, we measured selection reason value and user satisfaction value, the results can be summarized as follows. In selection reason, it appeared that help to improve golf ability and to practice golf variable was the largest value and help to train approach shot variable was the second value, and moderate prices in charge was the lowest value. Through this point, we can guess that pitching course user think that pitching course' has positive thing to improve golf ability and to practice golf. Through the whole value, we can guess that something to improve golf ability is the best one among the selection reasons of pitching practicing course rather than charge, distance, friendship, and overall user satisfaction value appeared positive value as 3.67.

공동주택 외부공간의 친환경 계획요소의 적용실태에 관한 연구

The study is to grasp the application status of eco-friendly elements in the outdoor space of apartment housing and to give the desired effect measures. The present study look the apartment housing with eco-friendly certification and the apartment housing not with eco-friendly certification as the target to make analysis and the comparison analysis was also applied. And got the following conclusions First, the plot ratio of apartment housing obtained eco-friendly building certification was approximately 30%higher than the plot ratio of non-certified apartment housing. To the landscape ratio , certified apartment housing has 50% landscape and non-certified apartment has 40% landscape, from this result we can know that the certified apartment is 10% higher than the non-certified apartment Secondly, to the application standard of eco-friendly elements of each apartment housing, it is shown that there are more eco-friendly elements in the certified apartment housings. Third , there were some elements introduced to the apartment housings in order to adapt to the eco-friendly certification , but some problems were existed. Grass block without connectivity was Partially introduced. In the ecological pond , the tap water was used and the habitat of living beings were not able to be formed. Because of the season influence in our country, in winter there are some problems in water space. Consequently, the application probability 01 assessment items in the eco-friendly building certification should be developed in depth. Though how much green space should be made is important, the assessment of plants about how to well grow up in different species and types of plants in plant space is also important to realize.

역사문화공간의 이용실태에 관한 연구 : 수원 화성의 방화수류정과 용연을 중심으로

The city equate to organism. It has historicity since born and grown. historical and cultural character of city are appear unique identity. And it was improved the quality of life over the rarity and particularity, appear vision and driving force that development and growth of city. This research is to take a look at Bangwhasurujung’s And Yongyeon’s components that historical and cultural character, to suggest Hwaseong’s historical and cultural character, of course, development of city’s identity. In the literature survey, the related materials were collected to obtain the most useful information for references, POE study of the Bangwhasurujung and Yongyeon in Hwaseong were conducted. The instrument for survey is a questionnaire that includes a portion of questions regarding Bangwhasurujung and Yongyeon. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS18.0 for Windows). Through the POE analysis the usage status, and variables which significantly affect users' degree of satisfaction with the spaces and facilities were investigated and the following problems have been found. It has been found that Bangwhasurujung and Yongyeon requires facilities security and noise or stink seem to be the most two problematic aspects in the park; facilities security should be particularly emphasized in the overall park design in the future.

중국 하천관련 법규에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to study the legal management system of Chinese rivers and the history of Chinese rivers to have a comprehensive understanding and analysis to make a foundation for the comparison with the Korean laws and regulations of rivers. This paper mainly uses the research method of literature and has a collation and research of the related regulations and laws to analysis the history of the rivers and the current status of the river development of China. China has experienced a few thousands years of farming history and until 1970, the late 70s of last century, it has ended the long time of farming and irrigation to the new time. After this, China has entered the industry time. The society has a rapid development, but the pollution of the water becomes more and more serious. Meanwhile, the surrounding environment of the rivers is severely destroyed. After the 80s of last century, the regulations and laws of the management of rivers have been issued. For example, the river course regulations of the People’s Republic of China, the Waters Safe Law, Water Pollution Control Act and the related laws have been issued, then in 90’s in last century some other laws were issued in succession to make the Chinese rivers management a certain sound. But China is still at the age of development and still has a long way to go comparing with the developed countries. Therefore, the river management in China still needs further improvement and reform.

도시근린공원 내 조명에 관한 선호도 연구

This study analyzes the interest, the preference and the attribute connected with the preference of night illuminations of urban parks users. For this, six parks in Seoul were chosen and researched with non-specialized random users. The result of this study is expected to serve the information about the park users which can satisfy the demand of users to urban designers and landscape architects as a basic data.

Simultaneously, it is important transition zone accomplishing a part of meeting, symbolizing, guiding and so on. The purpose of this study is to design an entrance space which represents a spirit and idea of the Kyunghee University with the gate. In addition, it can be judged for an excellent result that is expectated representating Suwon campus and giving confidence to students after completion.

This phenomenon caused a change of the concept of the streets from the emphases in cars to human. Therefore, streets need to have their own characteristics and beauty. In this study, i choose Joong-Dong Road maintenance and improvement Plan in Bu-Cheon to propose a street which is unique.
