China, based on the independent, autonomous and peaceful foreign policy, is performing her diplomacy toward all over the world and wants the peace and stability of her neighboring countries, Korean Peninsula as well. Accordingly having the long, friendly and traditional relations with North Korea as the same socialist state, China has helped North Korea for a long time in political, economic and military aspects regarding her as an advanced base against the pressure of America. On the other hand, China has also entered into diplomatic relations with South Korea in need of her economic development, but she has been improving her relations with South Korea as an overall cooperative companion relations in political and military aspects, too. Therefore China has maintained and developed friendly relations with both South and North Korea, that's the result of long, historical ties. However, China has insisted on the denuclearization in Korean Peninsula and been against North Korea's nuclear development program. In fact, if North Korea made nuclear weapons, Japan would join this program and South Korea, too. Then, there will be produced a great strained relations around Korean Peninsula and that will break the peace and stability in Korean Peninsula, leading both South and North Korea into a disadvantageous situation. In conclusion, U.S.A. should cooperate with Japan, China and South Korea to check North Korea's nuclear development program, here is the great role of China. It is necessary that Korean Peninsula should be denuclearized for a long time. And Korean Peninsula should be a center to bloom the union of civilization as a geopolitical zone of interchange between the East and the West. China should strongly uphold this goal for the peace and stability of the surrounding.

중국공상당 제11기 3중전회 이후 중국의 국가건설은 현대화 건설사업에로 옮겨지면서 개혁 개방이 주요한 정책으로 등장하였고, 중국의 민족문제도 소수민족과 민족지구가 발전하지 못할 경우 국가 전체가 발전에 저해를 받게 된다는 점에서 소수민족구역의 정치 경제건설은 배전의 관심을 끌고 있다. 한민족(漢民族)을 제외한 55개의 소수민족은 대부분 변경지대의 문화가 낙후한 빈궁한 지역에 살고 있으나 경제건설에 있어서 불가결한 미개발 자원이 풍부하다. 중국은 생활습관ㆍ언어ㆍ종교ㆍ사상ㆍ역사 등이 서로 다른 소수민족 사이에 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위해 「소수민족구역 자치제도」를 택하고 있다. 장기간의 탐색과 실천을 거쳐 민족구역자치를 중국의 민족문제 해결을 위한 기본정책으로 확정한 것이다. 이렇게 하는 것은 소수민족의 특수성과 지역의 특수성을 잘 고려하고 돌보아 줌으로써 그들의 합법적 권리를 보장하고 소수민족 지구의 정치ㆍ경제발전을 촉진하는데 있어 중대한 의의가 있는 것이다. 그러나 소수민족이 민족내부의 문제를 해결하고 국가의 주인으로서의 역할을 다하자면 관건은 민족간부의 존재여부에 달려있다고 말할 수 있다. 왜냐하면, 소수민족 인민이 그 지역과 국가의 주인으로서의 역할을 행사하자면 소수민족 간부를 통해서만이 발휘될 수 있기 때문이다. 중국의 조직원칙이 「민주집중제」(民主集中制)이므로 군중의 요구와 의견은 민족간부를 통하여 반영되고 또 민족간부를 통하여 채택되기 때문이다.

이명박 정부가 출범한 이후 중국에 대한 외교전략은 어떠해야 하나? 한중이 다방면에 걸쳐 발전해가고 있는 상황에서 한국은 미국과의 ‘전략적인 동맹’에 의존하여 중국과의 관계를 심화․확대해가야 할 것이다. 이런 맥락에서 우선 중국의 기본적인 외교전략과 전술 및 이웃 국가들에 대한 외교관계를 살펴보고, 김대중․노무현 정부의 대중 외교전략을 살펴보았다. 이때까지 양국은 경제를 중심으로 외교관계는 ‘전면적인 협력 동반자관계’(全面合作伙伴關係)로까지 발전했다. 한중관계를 보면, 1992년 수교이후 16년 만에 놀라울 정도로 적대관계를 거의 깨끗이 청산하고, 각 분야에서 교류․협력이 크게 발전했다. 앞으로 양국은 모두 민족의 통일문제에 직면해서 중국과 대만의 통일, 한반도의 남북한 통일, 동북아의 평화와 번영의 달성이라는 목표를 위해 서로 긴밀하게 협력해야 할 필요성을 느끼고 있다. 북한의 핵문제를 포함해 쌍방이 협력할 수 있는 잠재력은 매우 크다. 이명박 정부는 2008년 5월 중국과의 외교관계를 ‘전략적인 협력 동반자관계’(戰略合作伙伴關係)라는 최상급의 관계로 발전시켜 한중 양국은 경제를 중심으로 다방면에 걸쳐 한층 더 긴밀하게 교류․협력할 수 있게 되었다. 하지만 중국이 추진하는 동북공정(東北工程)과 탈북자 문제 등으로 갈등을 빚고 있는데, 특히 동북공정은 중국의 중화주의(中華主義) - 문화민족주의(文化民族主義)의 표현으로 한민족(韓民族)의 경계와 저항을 받고 있고, 한중관계의 암운이 되고 있다. 이에 대한 우리의 외교전략은 중국과 협력하여 통상마찰․북핵문제․탈북자문제를 해결하는 한편, 남북한이 상생공영(相生共榮)할 ‘한반도 민족공동체’를 형성하여 부상하는 중국에 함께 대응해야 한다. 동시에 중국 내외의 소수민족(소위 ‘오랑캐’)과는 우리 정부의 지원 하에 민간차원의 학술교류를 통해 그들의 민족의식과 역사의식을 일깨워 우리와 협력하게 하면서 한민족(韓民族)이 다수 거주하고 혈통이 유사한 남북한-만주-연변-몽골공화국-시베리아의 소수민족(소위 ‘오랑캐’)을 하나로 잇는 거대한 ‘역사․경제․문화공동체’ 벨트를 형성해야 한다. 그렇게 해서 동류의식을 심화시키고 상생공영하는 새로운 길을 개척해나가는데 집중해야 할 것이다. 이것이 동북아에서 부상하는 중국에 맞서 살아갈 우리의 대중외교전략이다. Since Lee Myung-bak government was launched, how should Korea hold the diplomatic strategy toward China? Under the developing circumstances of Korea and China in various aspects, Korea has to keep and expand the deep and strong relationship with China depending on 'the strategic alliance' with America. In this context this paper, first of all, examined not only the basic diplomatic strategy and tactics but also her diplomatic relations with neighboring countries; and researched those of Kim Dae-joong and Noh Moo-hyun governments. Until then two countries' diplomatic relations centering on economy had been developed into 'the strategic cooperative parter relations'. Looking around two countries, they almost cleanly put an end to their hostile relations at an alarming degree in 16 years since they formed a good friendship in 1992, and their interchange and cooperation have been greatly developed in each field. In the future two countries, facing the problem of national unification ― the unification of China and Taiwan, South and North Korea, are in need of cooperation to accomplish the peace and prosperity of Northeast Asia. Including North Korea's nuclear problem, the potential energy to cooperate between two countries is very great. In May, 2008, Lee Myung-bak government improved the diplomatic relations with China into the supreme relations ― 'the strategic cooperative partner relations'. Thus two countries , centering on economy, came to be able to exchange and cooperate more closely in many aspects. China, however, is causing complications with two problems: one is the problem of Northeast Construction Progress, the other is the problem of defectors. Especially the one, as an expression of Chinaism ― cultural nationalism, has been kept strict watches and taken strong resistances by Koreans and would be a dark cloud in the relationship between two countries now and in the future. Accordingly, our diplomatic strategy for the confrontation of this problem is to form a 'National Community of the Korean Peninsula'. At the same time, through the academic exchanges of civilian levels with minority races (so-called 'barbarian') around China, we have to waken them to national and historical consciousness to form a great 'historical, economic and cultural community' which connects the minority races as one: South and North Korea-Manchuria-Yanbian-Mongolia-Siberia where many Koreans (whose bloods are similar) reside. And we have to inspire them with the consciousness of being the same nation and improve a new way of co-existence and co-prosperity by uniting mutual power. This is our diplomatic strategy toward China that is rising in the Northeast and with which we have to live together.
치매환자의 보호자가 인식하는 작업치료사 주요 직무의 구조적 관계 분석

Objective : This study identified the structural relationship between evaluation, planning, treatment and education and training, and case management among the main job sub-domains of occupational therapists perceived by caregivers of dementia patients. The main purpose of this study is to provide basic information necessary for various intervention strategies of occupational therapists' main duties to enhance the satisfaction of caregivers of dementia patients. Through this, it was intended to provide basic data on the management plan of occupational therapists for caregivers of dementia patients. Methods : The subject of this study was a survey conducted from February 2021 to March 2021, and was conducted for caregivers of dementia patients in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam. A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed through direct visits as a self-report questionnaire method through a convenient sampling method. A total of 324 copies, excluding inappropriate questionnaires, were used as final analysis data. The statistical processing method of the data collected for this study was analyzed using SPSS 25.0 program and AMOS 25.0. Results : First, among the sub-domains of the occupational therapist's main job recognized by the caregivers of dementia patients, the structural relationship between evaluation, planning, treatment, and education and training was found to have a statistically positive (+) effect. Second, among the sub-domains of the occupational therapist's main job recognized by the caregivers of dementia patients, case management was found to have a statistically positive (+) effect on the structural relationship between evaluation, planning, treatment, and education and training. Third, the structural relationship between evaluation, planning, treatment, and education and training, which are the main job areas of occupational therapists perceived by the caregivers of dementia patients, was found to have a statistically positive (+) effect on the whole. Conclusion : It was judged that the caregivers of dementia patients were aware that occupational therapists were not providing adequate services to meet their needs. Above all else, there were many requirements to establish the conditions for an independent life. Accordingly, this suggested the need for an environment where medical services can be provided in an appropriate time for various problems of dementia patients in case management among the main duties of occupational therapists. Above all, considering that domestic occupational therapy is expanding from primary rehabilitation services centered on medical institutions to universal rehabilitation services, it can be judged that the importance of case management among the main duties of occupational therapists can be emphasized above all else.
