        초 , 중 , 고 학생들의 과학 정의적 특성 추이 분석을 위한 종단적 연구

        이 연구는 우리 나라 학생들의 과학의 정의적 특성의 성취 수준을 종단적으로 분석하여 국가 수준에서 과학교육 성과를 가늠해 봄으로써, 과학교육의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 과학교육 정책의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 1997년 2월에 초중고학생 3603명, 1999년 3월에 초중고학생 4737명을 대상으로 과학의 정의적 특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 학교급별 과학의 정의적 특성의 성취 수준이 초등학교에서 중학교까지 통계적으로 유의미하게(p<.05) 하락 한 후 고등학교에서 상승하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 남학생이 여학생보다 통계적으로 유의미하게 높게 나타났다(p<.05). 남녀간의 성취수준의 차이는 학년이 올라갈수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역별로는 소도시 보다 대도시가 높게 나타났으며, 시간이 지날수록 그 차이가 커지는 것으로 나타났다. 1997년과 1999년의 성취 수준을 비교해보면 1999년의 성취수준이 통계적으로 유의미하게 낮게 나타났다. 또한, 국가수준의 과학에 대한 성취도를 분석할 수 있는 모니터 과정이 계속적으로 이루어지길 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to longitudinally analyze Korean students' trend on science-related affective characteristics and provide descriptive data for improving the quality of Korean science education. In this longitudinal study, 3603 students and 4737 students were sampled in elementary and secondary schools, respectively in January 1997 and March 1998. The result showed that students affective characteristics were decreased with statistical significance(p<0.05) during elementary and junior high school periods, but students' affective characteristics were increased during high school period. Affective characteristics of male were significantly higher than those of females (p<0.05). Difference on affective characteristics between female and male students was being decreased by increasing grades. Students' affective characteristics in metropolitan areas were significantly higher than those in regional areas and difference between them was increased in 1999 comparing to 1997. The students' affective characteristics in 1999 were lower than those in 1997 totally.

        중학생들의 학습 양식과 과학에 대한 태도에 따른 한자기반 지구과학용어에 대한 이해

The study selected the eightstudents with the middle level of science achievement and divided into four groups: verbal-high attitude toward science,verbal-low attitude toward science, visual-high attitude toward science, and visual-low attitude toward science learners.Three types of questionnaires including Korean characters type, a picture type, and Korean and Chinese characters typewere developed to determine the students' understanding about the earth science terms written by Chinese characters. Theresults of data indicated that the 9th grade students' understanding showed no significant difference by their differentlearning style, and yet demonstrated higher level of understanding in Korean and Chinese characters type questionnairerather than Korean characters type only or a picture type.         산업안전보건법상 도급규제에 대한 비판적 고찰

        Industrial accident prevention developed countries such as the UK, Germany, Japan, and the United States do not take the view that poor safety and health management of work, whether directly managed or contracted, is a problem and that the work itself is bad. Therefore, no regulations such as contract prohibition and contract approval stipulated in the All-Revised Occupational Safety and Health Act in Korea are found. In addition, it is commonly found that developed countries for industrial accident prevention impose obligations suitable for the status and role of contractors on the premise that contractors do not have a direct employment relationship with contractor workers. Although safety and health regulations for contracts vary slightly depending on advanced industrial accident prevention countries, contractors are generally obligated to manage facilities, machinery and facilities, select qualified contractors, cooperate and coordinate with contractors, guide and supervise contractors, and guarantee sufficient cost and air. Like Korea's fully revised Occupational Safety and Health Act, no legislative example has been found that uniformly stipulates the same obligations as the contractor. Clearly establishing roles and responsibilities in industrial safety and health is a basic safety and health principle for the smooth implementation of industrial safety and health measures. This safety and health principle applies not only to the inside of the organization, but also to legal regulations. Even if safety and health regulations for contracts are strengthened outwardly, failure to faithfully reflect these principles in the legislation will only cause a lot of cost and confusion in the industrial field and make it difficult to operate as effective regulations. The reason why the Occupational Safety and Health Act has not achieved much in preventing industrial accidents for contractors despite strengthening safety and health regulations for contractors than any other country internationally is due to lack of content that does not conform to law principles and safety principles. Therefore, it can be said that it is very urgent to reorganize the legal system for contracting internationally in order to achieve practical protection and accident prevention for contractors.

        초등과학교육과정과 컴퓨터교육에 관한 연구

        Computer based instruction in the elementary science curriculum will be played an important role through the fifth curriculum reform from the 1989 school year. This is essential for the science instruction because the strategies on the problem-solvings and inquiry approaches can be utilized for the science classroom. Computer education can be thought as the education about the computer and the education using the computer. Of them the education using the computer means the computer assisted instruction(CAI) what is called all the possible activities using the computer in the classroom. Student achievement as the result of CAI depends on the learning activities of students and the instructional techniques and strategies of teachers using the computer. However, computer based education to enhance the student achievement is pointed out the lacks of the standardized Korean alphabet code and the compatibility of qualified software. These problems will be relieved according to the coding for the Korean alphabet of SUPER PILOT program language.

        중대재해처벌법의 안전보건상의 쟁점 고찰 - 도급⋅용역⋅위탁관계 문제를 중심으로 -

        Objectives: Given the real problems at industrial sites related to the Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA), it has become controversial as a particularly important issue in terms of occupational safety and health. I intend to examine in detail what are the problems and how to approach them. Methods: The contents of SAPA were reviewed focusing on whether its provisions conform to the principles of occupational safety and health, whether they fit the related legal theory, and whether they are effective for accident prevention. The purpose of this study is to examine whether there is a problem with SAPA from the perspective of the effectiveness of accident prevention by combining occupational safety & health management theory, and legal theory. Results: In order to ensure the effectiveness of SAPA, it should be revised to increase the predictability and implementation of safety and health measure standards. Otherwise, it is expected that there will be not only economic and social costs in the short term, but also side effects that disrupt the safety law system, resulting in a considerable number of post-mortem conditions in the mid- to long term. Conclusions: It is easy to see in comparative law that raising the legal punishment alone does not have the effect of preventing industrial accidents. SAPA should be revised as soon as possible in the direction of faithfully and elaborately reorganizing the standards for safety and health measures.

        The Effects of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and Electroacupuncture Stimulation Therapy on the Current Perception Threshold of Orofacial Region

        구강안면동통 환자의 치료법으로 널리 쓰이는 전기요법은 연조직과 신경계 구조물에 대한 치료 시 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 저자는 현재 구강안면동통의 치료법으로 널리 쓰이고 있는 전기요법들 중 경피성 신경자극(Transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation)과 전기침자극요법(Electroacupuncture stimulation therapy)이 각각의 신경섬유에 미치는 효과를 평가하고자 정상 성인 남녀 29명에게 경피성 신경자극 및 전기침자극을 시행하고 시행 전 및 시행 후 삼차신경 영역의 3가지 종류($A{\beta}$, $A{\delta}$, C fiber)의 신경섬유의 전류인지역치(CPT) 변화를 측정하여 그 차이점을 분석하였으며 이를 대조군과 비교하였다. 경피성 신경자극 및 전기침자극 모두에서 대조군에 비해 삼차신경 영역의 모든 신경섬유에 걸쳐 고른 전류인지역치의 증가를 나타내었으며, 경피성 신경자극과 전기침자극 후의 전류인지역치 변화량은 서로 유의할만한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 이는 경피성 신경자극 과 전기침자극 모두 3가지 종류($A{\beta}$, $A{\delta}$, C fiber)의 감각신경섬유의 전류인지역치에 영향을 미치며, 구강안면동통의 감소에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있으리라 생각된다.
