        JOHN CALVIN의 생애와 저작

        신영일 연세대학교 신과대학 1953 신학논단 Vol.1 No.-

        Calvin은 14세 나던해에 파리에 나가서 The Callege de la Marche에서 문법과 수사학을 석학 Marthurin Cordier에서 배웠으며 동시에 라전어의 사색법과 작문법도 습득하였다. 그는 다시 엄격한 교회학교인 montague대학에서 철학과 신학을 공부하였고 1528년에는 Romanism의 대표자라고 할 수 있는 Lgnatius Loyola와 같은 방 같은 선생밑에서 같이 공부하였다니 16세기이 정반대되는 두개의 종교운동의 지도자가 이렇게 한 학교에서 공부했다는 것은 흥미있는 사실이 아닐수 없다. Calvin은 야심있는 부친의 소원대로 법률공부를 하고저 Orleans 와 Bourges대학에서 청강하였고 부친의 서거후에는 하고 싶었던 고전문학과 신학공부에 전심하였다.

        요양보호사의 소명의식과 조직성과의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과

        최근 장기요양보험제도에 도입된 시장화와 공급주체 다원화의 영향으로 조직성과에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 장기요양시설의 조직성과에 요양보호사의 소명의식의 영향을 분석하고 그 경로에서 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하기 위하여 서울시와 경기도의 요양보호사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 다중회귀분석으로 소명의식이 직무만족과 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고 위계적 회귀분석으로 직무분석의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 소명의식은 조직성과와 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 직무만족은 소명의식과 효과성 사이에서 완전매개효과를, 소명의식과 효율성 사이에서는 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 이를 바탕으로 직무만족 관리를 통하여 효과성을 제고하고, 직무만족과 소명의식을 관리하여 효율성을 관리할 필요성을 논의하였다. Recently, interest in organizational performance has been increasing due to marketization and diversification of supplier introduced in long-term care system. To analyze the effects of caregivers' calling on the organizational performance of long-term care facilities and to examine the mediating effects of job satisfaction on the path, data were collected from caregivers in Seoul and Kyonggi-do. Multiple regression analysis was used to examine the effect of caregivers' calling on job satisfaction and job performance, and the mediating effect of job analysis was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result, caregivers' calling had a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction, and the job satisfaction showed full mediation effect between caregivers' calling and effectiveness and partial mediation effect between caregivers' calling and efficiency. Based on this, we discussed the need to improve efficiency through job satisfaction management and to manage efficiency by managing job satisfaction and vocation awareness.

        추나요법을 시행한 특발성 척추측만증 환자 30례에 관한 임상적 고찰

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to inspect the effect of Massotherapy on idiopathic scoliosis patients, utilizing Cobb's angle to determine the degree of curvature progression in the thoracic and lumbar regions. Methods : To obtain this result, we examinated 30 case of parents who visit Dept. of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Oriental Medical Hospital. Taejon University. with idiopathic scoliosis. We observe their age, sex, symptoms and Cobb's angle. Results : As a result of this examination, we detected the fact that it's difficult to treat isiopathic scoliosis fundamentally. But, Their symptoms are improved. So it is necessary to treat scoliosis actively with massotherapy . Conclusion : We want to be put this knowledge to practical use on treating Scoliosis and think the study like this must be go on continuously.

        요추 추간판 탈출증의 재발에 관한 통계적 연구

        Objective : This study had been done to develop treatment and preventation on HIVD by using this result. Methods : To obtain this result, we examinated 51 case of patients who visit Dept. of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Oriental Medical Hospital. Taejon University. diagnosed HIVD. Results : As a result of this examination, we detected the fact that reattack rate is 3.9% and it is important to exercise physically to prevent growing worse symptoms. And we develop further method of treatment to treat people more effectively. Detailed contents are as followed. Conclusion : We want to be put this knowledge to practical use on treating HIVD and think the study like this must be go on continuously.

      • 三國時代 醫學에 關한 文獻的 考察

        I have felt seriously a desire to study and analyse the medicine of the period of th eThree Kingdoms when I thought and studied the ancient medical history. Therefore in Chapter Ⅱ Ⅰ inquired into the background of Politico-social and the currency of thought. In the Chapter Ⅲ inquired into the system of Medical politics in the period of the Three Kingdoms. In the Chapter Ⅳ inquired into the general view of the period of the Three Kingdoms. In the Chapter Ⅴ inquired into the writings of Medicine and Doctors. Form this study, I reached at following conclusion. 1. The Three Kingdoms are politically opposed to each other, but socialo culturaly cooperated, connected each other to import the technique and thought which developed in China, so generally their system and life pattern are alike. 2. On the system of medical politcics Goyuryeo(高句麗) had the system of court phisician, Baek jeo(百濟) had medical doctor and collector in the Ministry of Drug which took charge of teaching and medical treatment and specially had spellchanting doctor who treat epidermic and psychological diease untreated with herb and acupuncture, Shilla(新羅) had the system of Yak chun which was charge of teaching and treatment, and had the Chimbang(針房) which assist doctor in the systme of Yagchun(藥典制度). 3. The medical interchange with China made the Three Kingdoms to import the medical books. So the theory of medicine was systematized and the art of treatment developed. In the aspect of Herb the Three Kingdoms and China actively exchange their own district product. 4. The medicine of Three Kingdoms accommodated Yin Yang Ohang theory (陰陽五行說), the theory of body compose with four element(四大 : 地水火風) and the theory of life cultivation and breathing(導引費生說) with Therefore in many aspect of oriental medicine basic theory and treatment would imporved. 5. The epidermic diease occurred in period of Three Kingdoms, is represented Yeok(疫), that is after all Ohn Diease(溫病), and epidermic diease, is reflected by earthquake, heavy rain, terrible droughty and eclipse of sun. The treatment of this diease did not developed in that time, we presume that there are many persons killed. 6. As the record of five star(五星), comet(彗星) and eclipse of sun was showed, the astronomy of oriental medicine in the Three Kingdoms was high level and it became the mothers womb of Korean astronomy. 7. The medicine of the Three Kingdoms, concreted with Chinese medicine and their own ancient one, was reflect on Japanese medicine to improve the medical theory and treatment. 8. The Three Kingdoms peculiarly published Korea Nosabang(高麗老師方) Baekjyeo Shinjipbang(百濟新集方), so this independent medicine reflected on the development of natural hurb(鄕約) of the period of Korea(高麗).

        Literatual Study on We Jeung was a study from the viewpoint of the reason, symptoms, therapeutic Herb-Medication of We Jeung in literature. And the results were as follows. 1. We Jeung is a disease that has a symptoms like a releasing muscle, atropy of extremities, and in severe cases, dying with it. 2. The reason of We Jeung is various in literatures, in most of those, heat on the lung has been thought. 3. Ho Jam Hwan has been used most frequently, Sa Mul Tang, Chung Jo Tang have been used many time. 4. Hwang baek has been used in most frequent rate, Woo Seul, Chang Chul, Bok Ryung have been used many time.

      • 鄕藥救急方에 對한 考證

        Hyang-Yack-Ku-Keup-Bang(鄕藥救急方) is our own, medical work written about the middle of the time of Korea Dynasty. I restored and researched this book because it needed to be illuminated about its medico-historic value and then I came to some conclusions as follows. 1. Hyang-Yack-Ku-Keup-Bang was published in Dae-jang-do-kam(大藏都監) of Kanghwa island(江華島) about the middle of Korea Dynasty. Choi Ja-ha(崔自河) republished it on original publication around in Euiheung(義興) of Kyungsang Province(慶尙道) in July, Taejong's(太宗) 17th year of Chosen Dynasty (A.D. 1417) and this book was published again in Chungcheng Province(忠淸道) in Sejong's(世宗) 9th year(A.D. 1427). The book published in Taejong's daus was in the possession of books department of Kung-nae-cheng(宮內廳) in Japan and was the oldest medical book of existing ones. 2. Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu(方中鄕藥目草部) of this book was originally intended to be adjusted in each division with the title of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock (方中鄕藥目). But Herb part(草部) only followed editing progress of Jeung-Lew-Bon-Cho(證類本草), the rest is not divided into each part and is together arranged at the below of Herb part with the title of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu. The Korean inscription on some drugstuffs in this book are different between Native Name(鄕名) of three volumes of provisions and general-spoken of Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu. In this, it is estimated that the publishing time and editor of the volume of provisions and Bang-Jung-Hyang-Yack-Mock-Cho-Bu are different. I think Choi Ja-ha complied this behind three volumes of provisions when he published. 3. This book picked some prescriptions which considered of obtainable drugs with ease in Korea in the books of Chen-Keum-Yo-Bang(千金要方), Oi-Dae-Bi-Yo(外臺秘要), Tae-Peong-Sung-Hye-Bang(太平聖惠方), Ju-Hu-Bang, Kyung-Hum-Yang-Bang(經驗良方), Bo-Je-Bon-Sa-Bang(普濟本事方), Bi-Ye-Baik-Yo-Bang(備預百要方) and so on and got together our own prescriptions. On the whole Bi-Ye-Baik-Yo-Bang was a chief reference book. On this, other books were referred to and corrected. 4. In provisions quoted from Hyang-Yak-Jip-Sung-Bang(鄕藥集成方), there are seven provisions; leg-paralysis part, coughing part, headache part, pgstetrics part etc. don't show in this book. This is why Choi Ja-ha published only certain texts on Dae-jang-do-kam edition his own posession. So we can think the existing edition has a little misses compared with original edition. 5. This book recorded only names of drugstuffs in animal drug department like fowls, crab, goldbug, earthworm, etc. and didn't tell us ways of taking those. This is effect of Buddhist culture on medicine. This is efforts to practice "Don't murder"; one of Five Prohibition of Buddhism. 6. Because this book was published an the time, when our originative medicine would be set forth. This followed the Chinese ways in Theory, Treatment, Prescription and used 'Hyang Yack' in Medication out of theory of Korean medicine, which was a transitional form. SO this is an important material which tell us aspects of development of 'Hyang Yack' since the middle of Korean Dynasty and this is also the beginning of originative, medical works like Dong-Eui-Bo-Kam(東醫寶鑑), Dong-Eui-Su-Se-Co-Won(東醫壽世保元). 7. There are few contents based on "Byen-Jeung-Lon-Chi(辨證論治)" in this book. So we can see this book is not for doctors who study medical thoughts but for general public who suffer from diseases resulted from war. Because this book was written for a first-aid treatment, this is an index of medical service for the people those days. And this is also an useful datum for first-aid medicine or military medicine in these modern days. 8. Nowadays, parts of learned world of Korean medicine disregard essential theories and want to explain Korean medicine only by the theories or the methods of Western medicine. Moreover they don't adopt Chinese and Japanese theory & thoughts about Oriental medicine in our own style and just view in there level. What was worse, there is a growing tendency for them to indulge in a trimming policy of scholarship and to take others' idea. I think these trends to ignore our own medical thoughts involving growth of 'Hyang Yack' in the middle of Korea Dynasty, Dong-Eui-Bo-Kam and Dong-Eui-Su-Se-Won. So we, as researchers of Korean medicine, must get out of this tendency, and take over brilliant tradition and try to develop originative Korean medicine.
