        녹두 발아중 분획한 단백질의 전기영동 패턴의 변화

        Changes of protein contents and amino acid composition and SDS-PAGE pattern of protein of mung bean which were germinated in dark at 25℃ for 6 day. The total protein contents gradually decreased during germination and the contents of each fractionative soluble proteins were increased shortly after the soaking of mung bean and gradually decreased during the germination afterwards. SDS-PAGE of albumin fraction showed 18 bands, and during the germination the most of bands were diminished or disappeared. But protein bands at 24,000, 40,000, 45,000, 70,000 dalton position remained until 6th day of germination. SDS-PAGE of globulin fraction showed 6 discrete bands, and during the germination the protein band at 45,000 dalton position disappeard. But the protein bands at 14,000∼25,000 dalton position did not change during the period. SDS-PAGE of globulin fraction showed 10 discrete hands, and during the germination the bands of 45,000∼70,000 dalton become diminished or disappeared. But the bands of 30,000, 60,000 dalton did not change throughout the germination period.

        This study is on the Kyosan, Heo,Kyun who wrote the famous novel, Hongkildong Jeon in the Yi dynasty. He was born as the last son of the Kyeongsang Kamsa, Yeop's children, three sons and two daughters. Heo,Yeop came of a noble stock of the day and was the scholar, politician, diplomat and writer, who studied under Seo, Kyungdeok and Yi, Hwang. His sons and daughters were known as great writers and politicians of the day. Heo,Kyun from such a noble stock was greatly influenced in the thoughts and studies by the Songok, Yi,Dal who was called one of Sam Dang Si In and a friend of his father's. Yi,Dai, though erudite and well-informed, led such a poor life without an official life as he was a man of humble birth. So he spent lonesome life in the heart, and was discontented with the society of the day and must have controlled his anger. It is believed that Heo, Kyun might be influenced by his view of life with visibility or invisibility. It was in the 15th volume of the Toedangbyeoljip and The History of the Novels in Yi dynasty by Kim, Taejun which Heo,Kyun was introduced as the author of the Hongkildong Jeon. Heo,Kyun, during the splendid life of government service, ended his life on the gallows by his fellow student, Yi, Yicheom, deprived of his property because he rose in revolt against the King with Ha, Injun and Kim, Gae. Therefore, this study aimed at examining the spiritual world of Heo,Kyun who tried to pursuit his lofty ideal in order to make a radical reform against the ward-heeling politics of the age. In conclusion, the spirit of reformation in Heo, Kyun must be praised in a harbinger to advance modern thought.

      • 白鼠에 있어서 肝吸蟲感染에 대한 獲得抵抗에 관한 硏究

        The development of acquired resistance in clonorchiasis was studied in rats experimentally infected with Chonorchis sinesis. The induction of acquired resistance was attempted by first exposing adult rats to 15 or 50 metacercariae of C. sinesis from naturally infected Pseudorasbara parva and then treated with praziquantel prior being challenged. The reinfection was performed at 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks after elimination of flukes. Worm recovery rates and growth of the worms obtained from rats necropsied at 4 weeks after reinfection were compared to those of control group. End point titers of rat's serun were studied by ELISA at the time of reinfection and morphological findings of bile ducts were also studied by the light microscope. In other experiments, rats were infected repeatedly with 5 or 10 metscercariae at 1 week interval for 5 times. Animals were kills 4 weeks after the last exposure and the results were compared to a single infection of 25 or 50 metacercariae. Worm collection was failed in rats challenged with 50 metacercariae at 1 or 2 weeks after treatment. Worm recovery rates were 3.5 and 20.0% in rats reinfected at 4 and 8 weeks respectively after treatment, while 41.5% in control rats. In other experiment, 15.6%, 18.3% and 33.3% in worm recovery rates were obtained in rats, challenged with reinfections at 2, 4, and 8 weeks respectively after treatment of these rats initially infected with 15 metacercariae. Recovery rates were 50.0% in control group. Worm racovered in this experiment were found retarded in growth compared to control group. High end point antibody titers of the rat serum at the time of reinfections were presented by ELISA and it seemed too suppress maturation of the worms. Histopathological recovery of the bile ducts were not remarkable until 4 weeks after treatment and it may be contributed to reinfection as an another protecting factor. Multiple low dose repeated infection showed lower recovery rates compared to high dose single infection. Worm recovery rates of animals infected 5 times with 5 metacercariae were 11.0% and single infection on 25 were 53.0%. That of animals infected 5 times with 10 metacercariae was 13.0% compared to 41.5% of single infection of 50 metacercariae. In conclusion, the data presented in this study indicate that during the course of infection by C. sinesis acquired resistance is induced by preceding infection although complete protection may not be elicited.

      • 지방간의 병리학적 소견과 초음파검사의 연관성에 관한 연구

        BACKGROUND Fatty liver is a common disease characterized by diffuse accumulation of neutral fat(triglycerides) more than 5 percent in liver. Ultrasonography has used to be a diagnostic tool for fatty liver, because of cost-effective and non-invasive study. But the sensitivity and specificity of ultrasonography for diagnosis of fatty liver are variable. Thus, we conducted a retrospective study to investigate correlation between histology and sonographic findings of fatty change in liver. METHODS We collected data from 47 patients who were diagnosed as fatty liver by liver biopsy and ultrasonography from January, 1994 to December, 1997. We compared a sonographic finding with the histologic grade of fatty liver and analysed the data retrospectively by SAS program. RESULTS Major cause of fatty liver is alcohol. The mean consumption of alcohol during 1 day is 64.1 gram, and the mean duration of alcohol drinking is 16.5 years. Degree of fatty infiltration in ultrasonography was significantly correlated with degree of fatty accumulation of liver(p=0.001). But, though it was diagnosed as normal by ultrasonography, 19.1% of total patients was fatty liver by needle biopsy. CONCLUSION We think that liver biopsy is needed for further management and follow-up, if liver function test is abnormal, though the finding of ultrasonography is normal.

        우선권 부여기법을 활용한 무선 다중홉 중계 네트워크의 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제 해결

        In the future warfare, the instant sharing of battlefield information will be crucial factor to win against the enemy. The joint awareness between battle units about the states of friendly forces, enemies, and battlefield environments enables commanders and combatants to make a decision effectively and efficiently within a limited time. To secure continual communications in battlefield environments, the implementation of multihop relay networks must be considered to be applied to C4I system. In multihop relay networks, the most commonly adopted MAC protocol is IEEE 802.11 standard due to its autonomous and distributed manner. However, this standard doesn't work well in multihop relay networks, since there exist bottleneck and unfairness problem caused by the characteristics of IEEE 802.11 allowing nodes to have same opportunities of channel usages stochastically. In this paper, we analyze these two problems and suggest two priority schemes based on CWmin and TXOP respectively to resolve the problems. The simulation results of NS-2 will be given to validate our proposed schemes and discuss the comparison of two priority scheme. 전쟁을 효과적으로 수행하는 데에 있어서 핵심적인 요소는 필요한 전장정보를 실시간으로 인접부대와 부대원들과 실시간으로 공유하고, 가장 효과적이고 효율적인 결심을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 C4I 체계라고 할 수 있다. 한국군은 새로운 형태의 미래전쟁을 준비하기 위하여 차기 전술통신체계인 TICN을 개발하고 있다. TICN 체계에서 대대급 전투부대의 C4I 체계의 보강을 위해 TICN 체계에는 TMMR이라는 다대역 다기능 무전기를 개발 및 전력화 할 계획이다. TMMR은 산악지형에서 통신 생존성을 극대화하기 위하여 Ad-Hoc 네트워크를 지원함으로써 인접 부대 또는 부대원과의 다중홉 중계 네트워크를 구성할 수 있다. TMMR은 매체 접근 제어(Media Access Control, MAC) 방식으로 IEEE 802.11 표준을 사용하는데, 하지만 이 프로토콜은 다중홉 중계 네트워크에서 트래픽의 양이 증가할 경우 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제를 불러일으킨다. 이는 전투 국면과 같은 데이터의 양이 급격하게 증가하는 상황일 경우 지휘관 또는 지휘자의 중요한 명령이 제대로 전달되지 못하여 전투에 치명적인 피해를 초래할 수 있으며, 또한 통신에 필요한 제어정보, 예를 들어 라우팅 정보 등이 제대로 전달되지 못하여 통신 효율성을 감소시킬 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 다중홉 중계 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 병목현상 및 불공정성 문제를 해결하기 위한 CWmin과 TXOP에 기반한 우선권 기법들을 제안하고, 이 우선권 부여 기법들이 갖는 특징을 면밀하게 분석하고자 한다. 또한 이 우선권 기법들을 이용하여 병목현상 및 불공정성을 해결할 수 있음과 우선권에 적용에 따른 특징을 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 증명 및 분석하고자 한다.

      • PVI 개선된 전투기 옆 미끄럼 지시 시스템의 구현

        조종사와 항공기간의 상호 연관성(PVI, Pilot-Vehicle Interface) 설계는 항공기의 조종 성능과 안전성에 영향을 주는 요소이다. FA-50 항공기의 옆 미끄럼 지시 시스템은 대기 센서로 측정한 옆 미끄럼각(AOS, Angle of Sideslip)을 비행제어 컴퓨터에서 처리하여 옆 미끄럼 지시계(Sideslip Indicator)를 통해 조종사에게 시현한다. 설계, 장착, 보정 등으로 인한 누적 오차와 비행 중 대기조건에 의한 복합적인 요인으로 옆미끄럼각 대기센서의 측정오차가 있는 경우 실제 항공기의 자세와 다소 차이나게 지시되어 항공기 조작 및 상황판단에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 이러한 현상을 개선하기 위해 모든 FA-50 계열 항공기에 H/W 변경없이 적용 가능한 소프트웨어(Flight Control OFP)의 개선으로, 옆 미끄럼 지시계로 시현되는 신호 소스를 상대적으로 오차가 작으며 대기조건의 영향이 적은 측면 가속도 센서 측정 신호로 대체하는 설계개선을 구현하였다. 본 논문에서는 PVI 를 고려한 옆 미끄럼 지시계 설계 개선 설계 과정의 상쇄연구, 시뮬레이션 및 설계/검증결과를 제시한다. PVI(Pilot-Vehicle Interface) is a factor affecting the handling quality and safety of aircraft. The sideslip indicating system of FA-50 displays AOS(Angle of Sideslip) measured by airdata sensor and computed by FLCC(Flight Control Computer). The accumulated measurement error coupled with flight conditions cause the error of indicating system. This error can affect the situated cognition of pilot and the operation of aircraft. The OFP is changed by replacing the source signal to lateral acceleration without hardware changes to improve the sideslip indicating error. This paper provide the result of trade-off study considering PVI, simulation and HW/SW Integration test.
