사용자 중심의 웹 시스템 개발을 위한 진화적 방법론에 관한 연구

The rapid spreading of Internet technology have a great effect on the enterprises and the organizations, but they can't adapt internet-based environment for the information technology structure. To compensate the problems of existing systems and provide the user comfortability, the number of enterprises and the organizations which establish the web- based systems are increasing at the moment. By using this web-based system, they are able to free from the network structure, supply the real-time information, lower the cost of installation due to the decreased computing cost, and produce or manage the contents easily without special knowledge. In this paper, we suggest the web-based system development methodology for user oriented web applications. In contrast that the existing system development methodologies which used data relation oriented navigation, our system development methodology suggest on effective analysis method for the user requirements and mapping method which connects requirements and navigation.

It is not easy to find and apply an efficient cutting process for ball-end mill because of its geometric feature, that is, its end is hemispherical. This study determines cutting conditions including cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut which can affect geometric accuracy while processing semi-cylindrical surface of STD11 with ball-end mill by using a vertical machining center, employs a recently widely used response surface design, Box-Behnken designs, in order to find out machining errors and surface roughness which can impact on geometric accuracy and obtains following results.

The free-formed surface machining using a ball end mill is important and the geometric accuracy of a 3D workpiece is effected by the cutting characteristics. Machining error is defined by the normal distance between designed surface and actual tool path with tool deflection. This is inevitably caused by the tool deflection, tool wear, thermal effect and machine tool errors and so forth. The results will be useful as a guidance for cutting condition to improve the geometrical accuracy of free-formed surface in ball end milling.

In manufacturing process, the. free-formed surface machining using a ball end mill of CNC machining center is important and the geometric accuracy of a 3D workpiece is effected by the cutting characteristics. Machining error is defined the normal distance between designed surface and actual tool path with tool deflection. This is inevitably caused by the tool deflection, tool wear, thermal effect and machine tool errors and so forth. In this study, the geometric accuracies such as roundness in semi-cylinder, free-formed profile and surface roughness were measured using a Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM) and a contact type surface roughness measuring device. The results will be useful as a guidance for cutting condition to improve the geometrical accuracy of free-formed surface in ball end milling.

Inclined surface milling in the mould and die industries is one of the most commonly needed cutting process. For the variety and complexity of cutting characteristics in various cutting condition, it is difficult to select a optimal tool path orientation. The comparative results through FFT analysis in this study provide a guideline for the selection tool path orientation.
