발자크의 인물묘사에 대한 고찰 : Pons를 중심으로

Dans cette essai, nous avons e´tudie´ l'art descriptif du portrait balzacien. D'abord, nous avons examine´ la relation entre le portrait balzacien et le don de seconde vue. Le don de seconde vue consiste a` voir les chasses mate´rielles aussi bien que spirituelles dans leurs ramifications originelles et conse´quentielles. Balzac est dote´ du don de seconde vue auquel rien ne re´siste: il voit, il comprend, il juge et il classe avec une capacite´ e´tonnante. Il lui suffit de regarder fixement un homme pour deviner l'histoire de sa vie, pour le saisir dans le passe´ comme dans l'avenir en s'appuyant sur le pre´sent. Balzac fait de son observation une intuition, voire une communion, il se met dans la peau d'un homme pour mieux discerner les causes dont cette physionomie n'est que l'effet. Le portrait balzacien ne reproduit pas le corps humain, il organise non pas en vue d'imiter son mode`le naturel mais bien en vue d'instituer un contexte se´mantique.

독일은 미국식 신경제모델에 수렴할 것인가

The purpose of this paper is to study the character and the current changes of Rhine model. How have German public corporations been coping with the stockholder value orientations in the financial globalizaion? What is the future of Rhine model? Will Rhine model converge to Anglo-American model? This paper insist that German public corporations will not unilaterally accept the neoliberalist labor exclusive stockholder value orientations because of the path dependency and institutional embeddedness. Germany may be developing a novel hybrid model of governance characterized by the institutionalized participation of labor within an increasingly open capital market.

船荷證券의 發行과 관련한 破損貨物補償狀에 관한 硏究

The L/I shall give damage or loss to bank, buyer or bona fide holder who just believes the clean B/L which at result, contains different shipping detail. Therefore the validity of the document is hereafter examined on chapter Ⅲ and Ⅳ in view of cases and decisions made before. Chapter V shows there is some relationship between the parties relating to L/I issue. Chapter Ⅵ is a conclusion. Admittance of necessary existence of L/I is either recognized or not recognized until now. Some people who regard the necessity of it believe that there might happen inevitable situations to the shipper without their intention. Other people who disregard the necessity of it believe that the genuine essence of the Bill of Lading might be ruined. As of now we are not in a position to regard or disregard one hundred percent the L/I and it is, for the time being, hard to decide on. We need to keep considering simultaneously both usefulness and misuse.

십이지장 궤양 출혈에 대한 색전술 후 궤양 저부에 노출된 코일 1예

Endoscopy has been the method of choice for the initial diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding. However, in the case of difficult localization or endoscopic failure, angiographic or surgical alternative may be recommended. The role of angiography has been emphasized recently to control upper GI bleeding. We experienced a case with deep ulcer displaying exposed vessel along the duodenal bulb, which imposed serious rebleeding risk. Although, active bleeding was controlled by the epinephrine injections in that patient, rebleeding risk was still high. So the patient underwent emergency angiography with embolization of the pancreaticoduodenal artery and gastroduodenal artery using multiple microcoils. Follow-up endoscopic examinations showed a coil protruding into the lumen from the ulcer bed, and the exposed coil at the ulcer base was completely by the regenerated epithelium three months later. Here in, we describe the rare case of a endodcopically exposed coil after embolization for bleeding duodenal ulcer which is the first case ever reported in Korea. 내시경적으로 지혈이 어려운 상부 위장관 출혈에 대해 경도관 동맥 색전술의 역할이 최근에 커져 가고 있으며 시술에 따른 여러 합병증이 보고되고 있다. 55세 남자 환자가 토혈을 주소로 내원하였다. 상부위장관내시경 검사 결과 깊은 궤양이 십이지장 구부에 발견되었으며 궤양 저부에 노출된 혈관을 관찰할 수 있었다. 급성 출혈은 조절이 가능하였지만 재출혈의 위험성이 높아 응급 색전술을 시행하였다. 혈관촬영에서 가성동맥류의 파열에 의한 출혈을 발견하고 미세코일로 색전술을 시행하였다. 재출혈은 없었으나 추적 내시경검사에서 궤양 저부의 노출된 혈관에서 코일이 돌출된 것이 관찰되었다. 3개월 후의 추적 내시경 검사에서 노출된 혈관에 보였던 코일은 자연적으로 상피화되어 더 이상 보이지 않았다. 저자들은 십이지장 출혈에 대한 치료로 동맥 색전술을 시행한 후 코일이 궤양 저부로 돌출되었던 아주 드문 예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.

스마트폰 중독 경향집단의 스마트폰 관련 자극에 대한주의 편향: 비교맹시 과제를 활용하여

We examined whether attention is biased toward smartphone-relevant visual cues in smartphone addictive tendencies. Based on a survey of Smartphone Addiction Scale(NIA, 2011), participants (n=42) were categorized into either normal control or addiction tendency group. Participants of each group carried out comparison blindness task which consisted of three classes of different stimulus combinations(smartphone changed(SC), neutral changed(NC), & smartphone absent(SA) visual stimuli). Then, we measured response time and accuracy while accomplishing a comparison blindness task, and we compared performance (change detection) of participants between SC and NC condition. As results, the tendency-group showed significantly faster response time under SC condition than NC condition. Next, the tendency-group showed significantly faster response time than control-group under SC condition, and the tendency-group showed significantly slower response time than control-group under NC condition. Consistent with (Similar to) previous studies, relevant-stimuli give rise to attentional bias in smartphone addictive tendencies. Consequently, the results suggest that addiction characteristics are manifested in smartphone addictive tendencies. 본 연구는 스마트폰 중독 경향집단이 스마트폰 관련 자극에 주의 편향을 보이는지 확인하고자 하였다. 참가자에게 스마트폰 중독 자가진단 척도(Smartphone Addiction Scale)를 실시하였고, 총 42명의 참가자를 통제집단과 중독 경향집단으로 분류하였다. 참가자들은 세 가지 그림자극 유형으로 구성된 비교맹시 과제를 실시하였다. 그림자극 유형은 ‘스마트폰 포함+스마트폰 변화’ 유형, ‘스마트폰 포함+중립 자극 변화’ 유형과 ‘스마트폰 미포함+중립 자극 변화’ 유형으로 구성했다. 스마트폰 관련 자극과 중립 자극의 변화 탐지에 대한 반응시간과 정반응률을 측정하고, 통제집단과 스마트폰 중독 경향집단 간의 차이를 비교하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중독 경향집단은 세 가지 그림자극 유형 중 스마트폰의 변화에 반응시간이 가장 짧았다. 둘째, 중독 경향집단은 스마트폰이 변하는 그림자극 유형에서 통제집단보다 반응시간이 짧았으나 중립자극이 변하는 그림자극 유형(스마트폰 포함)에서 통제집단보다 반응시간이 길어졌다. 이 연구결과는 스마트폰 중독 경향집단이 스마트폰 관련 자극에 대한 주의 편향을 보이며, 통제집단과 구분되는 주의 특성을 가짐을 나타낸다.

국민연금 장기 재정 추계와 재정 운용 전략의 문제점과 개선 과제

NPS forecasted the third long term financial projection in the wrong model which male-female wage difference would be continued although female career discontinuity would decrease. It is desirable that the government correct the NPS fourth lomg term financial projection model because male-female wage difference may decrease in the long run. NPS act require that government achieve NPS long term financial equilibrium. Government must propose the concrete long term financial target and the comprehensive financial management plan to maintain NPS log term financial equilibrium. NPS financial income is composed of insurance fee and return on asset. Therefore NPS should build up the long term financial target and comprehensive financial management plan for fundamental interest of NPS members. NPS should vote stockholder’s rights for fundamental interest of NPS members. 2018년에는 국민연금 제4차 장기 재정 추계가 발표된다. 국민연금 3차 재정 추계는 기존의 남녀 간 임금 격차가 향후에도 지속된다고 가정하는 논리적 모순을지닌 모형에 기초해 장기 재정 전망을 하였다. 국민연금 4차 재정 추계에서는 이런 것을 고려해 수정한 모델로 장기 재정 전망을 할 필요가 있다. 「국민연금법」 은 장기 재정 균형을 유지하도록 규정하고 있다. 국민연금의 장기 재정 균형을유지하는 종합 운용 계획이 구체화되려면 먼저 국민연금의 장기 재정 균형을 달성하기 위한 장기 재정 목표가 구체적으로 제시되어야 한다. 국민연금의 재정 수입은 보험료 수입과 자산 운용 수입으로 구성된다. 그러므로 국민연금공단은 재무적 관점의 자산 운용 전략을 넘어서 국민연금 가입자의 장기적 이익이 무엇인가에 대한 보다 근원적 목표를 설정하고 자산 운용 전략을 세워야 한다. 국민연금 의결권 행사 원칙도 가입자의 장기 이익이란 관점에서 세워져야 한다.

정보통신산업의 인력부족 원인 및 숙련내용의 성격 변화 : 정보통신기기산업과 통신서비스산업을 중심으로

통신서비스산업의 인력부족은 인력공급의 절대적 부족 때문인데 반해, 전기·전자 산업은 상대적 저임금이 인력부족의 한가지 원인이 되고 있었다. 따라서 전기·전자 산업릉 인력양성 정책만으로는 인력부족 문제를 해결할 수 없는 것이다. 정보통신산업 인력의 숙련이 추세적으로 어떤 변화를 했는지를 분석했는데, 전기·전자 산업의 경우 認識熟練은 증가, 對人熟練과 運動熟練은 감소했고, 통신서비스산업의 경우 認識熟練과 對人熟練은 증가, 運動熟練은 감소했다. 따라서 정보통신산업의 발달에 따라 구상 및 설계가 가능한 認識熟練이 중요해지고 있는 것이다.
