Short Channel MOSFET I-V 특성 해석을 위한 해석적 모델

To establish an analytical model for the static Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics of short channel MOSFET, the related two-dimensional Poission equation within the p-type substrate and the oxide is solved fully analytically. This solution is based on considering the boundary conditions at the depletion layer edge and the gate-oxide interface. From the obtained two-dimensional potential profile, various short channel effects, such as the threshold voltage shortening, the body bias effect, and the DIBL effect seem to be explained in a unified manner.

MOS Transistor의 1/f 雜音特性

1/f雜音에 대한 새 理論으로 提案된 Suh의 總電子數 fluctuation 모델을 적용하여 MOSFET 素子의 channel 短絡電流 spectral density를 數式化하였다. 算出된 表現式은 MOSFET 素子의 1/f雜音特性을 잘 묘사하여, 최근 그 理論的 解明에 있어 論難되고 있는 1/f雜音特性, 즉 드레인전압이 작게 걸린 MOSFET에 있어 드레인전압 fluctuation 스펙트럼의 相對密度가 채널抵抗이 큰 영역에서는 채널저항에 比例하고 채널저항이 작은 영역에서는 채널저항의 세제곱에 비례함을 명확히 설명할 수 있음을 보이고 있다.

자기희생적 리더십과 조직몰입: 국내 벤처기업 CEO의 리더십을 중심으로

This study aims to investigate hypotheses for the effects of CEO`s self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and employee`s organizational commitment of 50 Korea venture firms registered in Korea Venture Business Associations. To understand the importance of followers` characteristics in recent leadership studies on venture CEOs, it is proposed that self-sacrificial leadership behaviors will positively effect on organizational commitment. And it is also proposed that the follower`s need for achievement(N-Arch) moderates in the relationship of self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and organizational commitment. After descriptive survey, research model setup, and field survey, this empirical study investigated the above mentioned hypotheses thru SPSS for Windows 12.0. It involved linear regression analysis to reveal the significant main effect of the self-sacrificial leadership behaviors. It also revealed moderating regression analysis to reveal the significant moderating effects of need for achievement between the independent variables(self-sacrificial leadership behaviors) and dependent variable(the organizational commitment). Results revealed that CEO`s self-sacrificial leadership behaviors positively affected to its employee`s organizational commitment under change-oriented and innovative new technology drive, self-developing environments of venture business in Korea. However, positive moderating effect of N-Arch was not supported between leader`s self-sacrificial leadership behaviors and follower`s organizational commitment in Korea venture firms.

HEMT의 DC특성에 대한 양자론적 고찰

In this paper, an analytical model for I-V characteristics of a HEMT is proposed. To take into account the gate-bias dependence of 2DEG variation, due to nonlinear charge control mechanism, we solve one-dimensional Poisson's equation including the depletion width of GaAs layer. In addition, we derive analytically Schroedinger's equation by new qauntum well approximation in order to include the broadening effect of the quantum well in the cutoff regime. The depletion width and conduction band energy level of GaAs can be described very well by the analytic model and the simple analytical expression make the model very suitable for CAD applications. The resulting I-V characteristics describe quite well the effect of GaAs doping concentration over a wide range of operation.

목회자의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십과 성도의 목회자에 대한 정통성 지각간의 관계

기존의 교회조직 리더와 리더십에 대한 연구는 대부분 성경을 바탕으로 한 에세이식의 연구와 성경적 인물(예수 그리스도 사도 바울, 모세, 다윗왕 등)에 대한 연구가 많이 수행되었고 대부분이 신학분야에서 신학적으로 접근하여 연구된 것이 대부분이다. 본 논문은 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십 연구의 대상이 영리조직의 리더 및 추종자에 대하여 치중된 기존의 연구들과는 달리 비영리조직인 한국 기독교 조직의 목회자와 성도들을 대상으로 하였다. 또한 기존의 리더십 연구에서 도외시 되어왔던 추종자를 구체적으로 연구하여 추종자특징(독립-비판성향)이 리더십 효과에 있어서 조절작용을 하는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구모델에 사용한 독립변수로서 목회자 리더십 행위로는 Bass(1985)의 변혁적 및 거래적 리더십 행위인 카리스마, 개별배려, 지적자극. 상황보상 변수들을 사용하였다. 목회자 리더십 행위의 결과변수로써 성도들의 반응을 측정하기 위하여 Choi(1995)의 리더에 대한 정통성 지각 변수를 사용하였고 리더십효과를 조절하는 조절변수로는 Keller(1994)의 독립-비판성향 변수를 사용하였다. 연구 결과 독립-비판성향이 낮은 성도들은 목회자의 카리스마와 지적자극 행위에 대하여 독립-비판성향이 높은 성도들보다 목회자에게 정통성을 더 많이 지각하는 것으로 나타났다. 다시 말하면, 목회자에 대하여 비판적인 성향을 가지지 않는 성도들이 목회자가 교회의 리더 또는 개인적인 목자로서 인정을 더 많이 하는 것으로 이해할 수 있다. 그러나 본 연구에서 목회자의 개별배려와 상황보상행위에 대한 독립-비판성향의 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다.

熱刺激電流에 의한 誘電體의 誘電特性 測定에 關한 硏究 : A Theoretical Extension of Thermally Stimulated Currents due to Dipolar Relaxation of Dielectric Films 雙極子分極에 의한 TSC 理論의 擴張

This study was aimed for a theoretical extension of thermally stimulated current (TSC) due to dipolar relaxation of dielectric films. The results obtained are as follows. 1. TSC formulae for the nonlinear heating process was derived. The formulae indicates that the temperature of peak TSC is independent both bias temperature and bias voltage. 2. A new method for calculating the activation energy was presented. This method is not by traditional graphical methods but by direct arithmetic method. 3. The expression of the value of saturated polarization was modified considering Lorentz's models. 4. The variance of polarization by temperature change during the cooling process, which was neglected by Bucci and Hino, was discussed, and accordingly the TSC formulae was rearranged. 5. Finally, the effect of thermal deformation of dielectric films on TSC was considered.

성도의 독립-비판성향이 목회자의 리더십 효과에 미치는 영향

In this study, pastoral leadership model in Korean church settings is composed of charisma, individual consideration, intellectual stimulation, contingent reward behaviors(Bass, 1985). It is proposed that pastors' leadership behaviors will positively effect on the Congregations' responses. It is further proposed that these effects will be moderated by the followers' independent critical thinking level(Kelley, 1994). Results revealed significant main effects of charisma, individual consideration, and contingent reward to organizational citizenship behaviors of congregations. Results also revealed significant main effects of charisma and intellectual stimulation to attribution of legitimacy to attribution of legitimacy of congregations. The interactions of independent critical thinking level were negatively significant for charisma onto followers' organizational citizenship behaviors. This means when a pastor behaves his/her charismatic leadership for followers(the Congregations), the low independent critical thinkin are expected to execute more organizational citizenship behaviors than the high independent critical thinking. The interactions of independent critical thinking level were negatively significant of charisma and intellectual stimulation onto followers' attribution of legitimacy. This means when a pastor behaves his/her charismatic leadership for followers(the Congregations), the low independent critical thinking are expected to perceive more attribution of legitimacy toward the pastor than the high independent critical thinking; when a pastor behaves his/her intellectual consideration leadership to followers(the Congregations), the low independent critical thinking are expected to perceive more attribution of legitimacy toward the pastor than the high independent critical thinking 본 연구에서는 목회자의 리더십 행위(카리스마, 개별배려, 지적자극, 상황보상)는 성도들의 조직시민행동과 정통성 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이며 종교조직에서 추종자인 성도의 독립-비판성향에 따라 목회자가 발휘하는 리더십 행위의 효과가 다를 것이라는 연구과제를 설정하였다. 연구결과 목회자의 카리스마, 개별배려, 상황보상 행위는 성도의 조직시민행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 그중 카리스마가 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 독립-비판성향의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 독립-비판성향이 낮은 순종적인 성도들은 목회자가 카리스마 행위를 할 때 비판성향이 높은 성도들에 비해서 주위의 성도들을 돕고 교회를 위해서 봉사하려는 조직시민행동을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 목회자의 카리스마와 지적자극 행위는 성도들의 목회자에 대한 정통성 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 카리스마, 지적자극 순으로 정통성 지각에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 독립-비판성향의 조절 효과를 살펴본 결과, 독립-비판성향이 낮은 순종적인 성도들은 목회자가 카리스마 행위와 지적자극 행위를 할 때 비판성향이 높은 성도들보다 목회자에 대하여 정통성을 더 많이 부여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로부터 교회조직 안에서 목회자(리더)를 따르는 성도들(추종자)은 목회자나 교회에 대하여 독립적이고 비판적인 태도보다는 순종적인 태도를 가질수록 목회자의 리더십 행위에 더욱 긍정적으로 반응하는 것을 알 수 있다.
