대학도서관의 근로운영방식에 따른 근로학생 구전(口傳)마케팅 효과의 실증적 연구

본 연구는 대학도서관 근로경험에 따른 도서관 마케팅효과에 대한 연구(최윤희 2012)의 후속 연구로서, 대학도서관의 근로학생 운영 특성을 조직구조와 조직커뮤니케이션의 특성으로 구분하였을 때, 각 집단에 속한 근로경험자의 충성도 차이를 확인하였다. 또한 근로학생의 행동적 충성도로 나타나는 구전마케팅 효과를 파악하기 위해 근로경험자 지인의 충성도를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 이를 토대로, 대학도서관의 근로학생 운영이 대학 내 학생집단 전체를 대상으로 한 마케팅 활동으로서 가지는 의의를 논의하였다. As a follow-up of the study on the marketing effect of undergraduates’ work experience in university libraries(Choi 2012), this study aims to identify differences in the library loyalty of student employees by the managerial characteristics of student employees and analyzes the loyalty of the acquaintances of the student employees to identify the word-of-mouth marketing effect by behavioral loyalty of student employees. Based on the results from the analyses, we discuss the possibility of the management of student employees as a marketing activities in university libraries to the whole undergraduate student.

적응형 웹 사이트 구축을 위한 연관규칙 알고리즘 개발과 적용

컴퓨터의 보급과 인터넷의 발달로 인해 데이터의 유통은 증가하고 있으나 전통적인 방법으로는 가치 있고 의미 있는 정보를 획득하는 것은 어렵다. 또한, 정보화 사회에서의 많은 정보 중에서 자신에게 알맞은 정보를 탐사하는 데이터 마이닝의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한 사용자들의 편리한 인터넷 항해를 돕고 적절한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 적응형 웹 사이트에 관한 연구도 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 사용자들에게 연관성이 있는 웹 페이지를 연결해 주는 적응형 웹 사이트 구축을 위해 웹 로그 분석을 통한 웹 사이트 사용자들의 행동 패턴을 발견하는 연관규칙 알고리즘의 개발에 있다. 데이터 마이닝의 기법 중에서 연관규칙은 웹 사이트에 접속하는 사용자들의 행동을 파악하는데 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 웹 사용 마이닝을 이용하여 웹 서버의 로그 데이터를 분석하여 트랜잭션을 구성하고, 사용자들의 행동 패턴을 발견하기 위한 의미 있는 문서만을 추출하여 추출된 문서를 대상으로 발견한 빈발 항목으로 연결리스트를 구성하며, 빈발 패턴을 찾아 웹 페이지에 적용하는 일련의 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘의 특징은 첫째, 빈발패턴 발견을 위해 생성하는 연결리스트 이외에는 마이닝 과정에서 다른 중간생성물이 필요하지 않으므로 공간 사용면에 있어 효율적이다. 둘째, 기존의 연관규칙 알고리즘에 비해 데이터 베이스의 스캔 횟수를 줄이고, 시간복잡도를 개선하였다. Advances in information and communication technologies are changing our society greatly. In knowledge-based society, information can be obtained easily via communication tools such as web and e-mail. However, obtaining right and up-to-date information is difficult in spite of overflowing information. The concept of adaptive web site has been initiated recently. The purpose of the site is to provide information only users want out of tons of data gathered. In this paper, an algorithm is developed for adaptive web site construction. The proposed algorithm is based on association rules that are major principle in adaptive web site construction. The algorithm is constructed by analysing log data in web server and extracting meaning documents through finding behavior patterns of users. The proposed algorithm has the following characteristics. First, it is superior to existing algorithms using association rules in time complexity. Its superiority is proved theoretically. Second, the proposed algorithm is effective in space complexity. This is due to that it does not need any intermediate products except a linked list that is essential for finding frequent item sets.

A도서관 직영전환의 정책형성과정 분석: 정책옹호연합모형을 중심으로

This study analyzed the policy making process by finding factors of a back-in phenomenon appeared in contracting out of public library using advocacy coalition framework. The coalitions were divided into ‘agreement of direct management’, ‘opposition of direct management’ and ‘keep the contract out’. Considering their belief and activity, to share core belief could make a change of secondary belief. It suggests that activating public sphere is necessary for enforcement of their strategies throughout the library policy. 본 연구는 공공도서관 직영전환결정에 대한 정책적인 관점에서, 정책옹호연합모형을 적용하여 도서관 운영체제의 변동에 영향을 미친 요인을 분석하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 분석 결과, 해당 사안을 둘러싼 3개 연합(직영찬성, 직영반대, 위탁유지)의 신념체계와 이들의 활동을 고려하였을 때, 기본핵심신념을 공유하는 경우 정책지향학습을 통해 부차적 신념은 변화될 수 있었다. 앞으로도 도서관 정책 전반에서 공론의 장을 활성화시키는 것은 정책추진에 있어 전략적으로 필요함을 시사한다.

영상 특성에 적응적인 블록 DCT 기반 지각적 디지털 워터마킹

본 논문에서는 기존의 영상 압축 표준과 호환되며 영상 또는 비디오의 특성에 따라 워터마크를 삽입하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 워터마크를 최대의 강도로 삽입하기 위해 블록내의 DCT 계수의 계층구조를 이용한 가중치 함수를 정의한다. 이 구조를 이용하면 DCT 블록 내에서 공간-주파수 지역화 특성을 이용할 수 있다. 워터마크의 검출 단계에서는 통계적 분석을 통한 주어진 오검출 확률에 대한 최적의 사후 임계값을 계산하는 방법을 제시한다. 실험결과는 제안된 방법이 여러 가지 신호처리 공격과 널리 사용되는 JPEG, MPEG 부호화에 강인함을 보여준다. We present new digital watermarking scheme that embeds a watermark according to the characteristics of the image or video. The scheme is compatible with established image compression standard. We define a weighting function using a parent-child structure of the DCT coefficients in a block to embed a maximum watermark. The spatio-frequency localization of the DCT coefficients can be achieved with this structure. In the detection stage, we present an optimum a posteriori threshold with a given false detection error probability based on the statistical analysis. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust against various signal processing techniques. Especially, they are robust against widely used coding standards, such as JPEG and MPEG.

영어 뉴스와 자연발화에 나타나는 고성조 피치액센트의 차이점

This paper argues that news speech entails a distinct intonational pattern from natural speech, effectively reflecting that it primarily focuses on providing new information. We conducted a phonetic experiment to compare the tonal contours between news speech and natural speech, examining the distributions of pitch accents and the overall pitch ranges. We utilized 70 American Press (AP) radio news utterances and 70 natural utterances extracted from TV dramas. Results show that news speech involves 3.38 H*'s (including L+H* and !H*) within an intonational phrase (IP) or intermediate phrase (ip) whereas natural speech, 1.8 in average. The number of IP/ip's per sentence is 3 in news speech, which is shown in the highest rate of 32.07% of the news speech, but it is merely 1, taking up the highest 41.42% in natural speech. Next, declination tends to be prevented in news speech, and the pitch range is much greater in news speech than in natural speech. Finally, a secondary stress syllable is comparatively frequently given a pitch accent in news speech, explicitly distinct from natural speech. These results can be interpreted as stating that news has the particular purpose of providing new information; every content word tends to be given a H* or its related pitch accent like L+H* or !H* because news speech assumes that every word conveys new information. This definitely brings about more IP/ip's per sentence due to a human physiological constraint; that is, more H*'s will cause more respiratory breaks. Also, greater pitch ranges and pitch accents imposed on secondary stress may be attributed to exaggerating new information.

본 연구에서는 도스토예프스키의 작품 속에 등장하는 인물들이 사용한 관용구들의 어휘-문법구조 및 문체적 특징들을 중심으로 작가가 많이 활용한 관용구들의 특징들을 살펴보고자 한다. 등장인물들은 소설 속 인물들이지만 러시아적 사상과 문화, 삶이 응축되어 있는 러시아인들로 그들의 언어표현 또한 러시아인들의 일상적인 표현들이기 때문이다. 이 연구에서 도스토예프스키의 인물들이 구사하는 다양한 표현 방식을 통해 일반적인 관용표현뿐 아니라 작가가 작품의 주제 및 줄거리의 심층적인 예술세계를 위해 자주 사용한 관용구들, 그리고 그만의 함축의를 담은 관용구들도 알 수 있을 것이다. This study tries to figure out various features of Russian idioms in the literary works of Dostoevsky who was a representative Russian writer. As is well known the works of Dostoevsky have a very important place in linguistics as well as in the history of literature. He used a number of idioms in his works. But his idioms have not been thoroughly investigated. In this paper, I have examined idioms of Dostoevskywhich were used in his works of all genres. However, due to the vast amount of idioms in his works, first we will analyze the Russian idioms of Dostoevsky, mainly their lexico-grammatical peculiarities and functional- stylistic features. In this paper, among its many features I analyze features of idioms centering on the lexico-grammatical structures and style in his works. With respect to lexico-grammatical aspect, all types of idioms are represented in his works: nominal, verbal, adjectival, adverbial and interjectional idioms. The largest group consists of nominal, verbal, adverbial idioms and adjectival and interjectional idioms are a minority. In terms of functional-stylistic features of idioms, author uses informal (conversational), neutral, outdated, literary, colloquial idioms and idioms with different stylistic nuances. Conversational and neutral idioms are the largest group of idioms. Also widely used are outdated idioms for vivid, expressive effects. Literary idioms occur less frequently. They are generally used in official talks. Dostoevsky had a great influence on Russian literature, as well as on the Russian language alongwith Pushkin and Tolstoy. I think that trying to study the language of these writers is important for understanding Russian language. Through this study we will be able to show a new perspective on the Russian idiom, and to grasp the functions and the meanings of idioms in the Dostoevsky’s works.

여성관련 법규정들의 세계화 노력 및 그 과제

본고에서는 해방이후 우리의 여성관련 규정들의 세계화 노력 및 향후 바람직한 발전방향에 대하여 살펴 보았다. 여성관련 법규정이라 함은 크게 민사법과 노동관련 규정 및 형법외에도 사실상 모든 분야의 법 규정으로까지 확대될 수 있을 것이다. 하지만, 하나의 논문에서 모든 법규정에 대한 고찰을 한다는 것은 현실적으로 무리가 있다고 보아 본고에서는 그 연구범위를 일단 친족관계 및 고용관련 법규정으로 한정하였다. 먼저, 세계 각국의 여성관련 규정들의 기본헌장이라고 할 수 있는 유엔여성차별철폐협약과 이에 따른 유럽연합, 미국, 일본 등 주요국들의 여성관련 정책의 기본방향과 기본입법 등을 간략히 살펴 본 다음우리의 친족 및 고용부문의 여성관련 법규정들의 그간의 세계화 노력을 확인하고, 향후 필요하다고 생각되는 발전방향 내지 입법과제를 살펴보았다.
