노인인구의 급속한 증가에 따라 한국도 머지않아 심각한 노인문제에 직면하게 된 것이다. 이러한 상황변화에 따라 노인들의 주거환경과 생활 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 주거시설의 개발은 매우 필요하며 그 의의 또한 높다고 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 미래의 노인인 중년층을 대상으로 주요구의 차이를 조사, 분석하여 봄으로서 노인가구를 위한 주거시설 계획시 필요한 기초적 자료를 구하고 나아가 이들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 계획방향을 제시하고자 하였다. The elderly population has been increasing rapidly and Korea will be facing a serious elderly problem in the near future. By the change of given condition like this, development of housing for the elderly that improve the residential environment and the life satisfaction is very necessary and meaningful. In this point of view, we attempted, in this paper, to survey and analyze the difference of residential demands of middle-aged who could be clients in the future by the situation of the old-aged, and gripped the several point at issue. Going a step forward, We propose the planning direction for betterment of quality of life.
農村地域類型別 自然發生的 生活便益施設의 分布特性에 관한 硏究

It is a matter of common knowledge that the level of all facilities in rural areas is not a patch on urban areas and the decrease of population in rural areas have been brought about serious difficulties in maintaining the existing facilities. This study aims to propose the allocation model for each facility in rural areas, by stepped composition of rural settlement zone, and to draw out the planning data for the purchasing and service facility from architectural planning point of view. In this point of view, I attempted, in this paper, to analyze and evaluate the present level and distributional characteristics of facilities based on the typological classification of the rural area. The result of this study will be expected to be a reference to the desirable facility planning for rural areas.

In our daily life, housing is one of the most important problem with clothing and food. But in the 60's the korean government did not pay much attention to housing sector. As a result, the housing shortage of our nation has been severe that is, 45 per cent of the total number of house holds in kwang-ju city were inadequately housed. The housing problem is far more serious in urban areas, especially in big cities, than in rural areas. There fore, in this study, we analize the present situation of housing and the actural housing problems of kwang-ju city. Based on the result of the problems analysis the housing needs and land required fro the house construction for 19 years from 1982 to 2001 are estimated.

The growth of the Computer science has had a profound influence on many areas, with the most dramatic impact probably in the area of management science. This is evidenced by the evolution of computer-based planning models. This evolution has resulted in new development of network computer implementation techniques. This development has reduced the cost of solving networks and network related problems. Recent breakthroughs in specialized methods and mathematical programming software systems that are capable of solving in only f few minutes problems that require many hours of computing time with commercial LP package are reported. The purpose of this paper is to 1. describe the power of each of these techniques 2. demonstrate advantages of network model and computer network code Many real world problems stransform into network models with some constraints(fixed charge, integer variable, arc gain parameter). On characteristics of network model, network model is devided into pure network model, generalized network model, and network-with gain-model. Network problems occur with remarkable frequency in practical mathematical programming applications. It's natural that operations researchers and computer scientists concentrate on the development of new mathematical programming software that is computationally efficient for solving such problems, together with specialized techniques for transforming seemingly general linear of integer programming problems into one of these problems. On capital rationing, investment decisions, and portfolio management problems, network algorithm is a efficient way to solve these problems. On increasing in use of network model, the outcome of more extensive development will be reported in the near future. In order to solve these problem with efficiently, a great deal of efforts should be given in the area of mathmatics of operations research and computer science. Further studies must focus on improving and developing and developing a solution algorithms of fixed charge, integer network problems, and network with-gain model.
