      • 박강판(薄鋼板)의 Arc용접에서 일어나는 회전변형에 관한 고찰(Ⅰ) : 1.6mm 강판의 Butt 용접에 대하여

        The revolving strain occurring in the oxy-acetylene welding of a light sheet-steel has various deformations according to the width and length of welding things, which I have already carried out 3 experiments with in 1969, 1970 and 1976. Now I would like to set forth the results of the experiment on what quantity of deformation the revolving strain, which is occurring in the arc-welding of a light sheet-steel in thickness 1.6mm, shows according to the width and length of a welding things To my additional remarks I carried out my experiment with welding electric current of 50 amperes, welding rod in diameter 2.6mm and welding speed of 50cm/min The results are as follows : 1)The direction of the revolving strain occurring in the butt welding of a light sheet-steel ·became narrower in the oxy-acetylene welding and wider in the arc-welding. 2)In the oxy-acetylene welding, when the welding thing is 5-20cm in width and 1mm in thickness, the interval between the other ends became narrower to 1.8-4.5% of the length of the welding thing. On the other hand, when it is 1.2mm in thickness, it did to 1.25-3.95% of the length But this experiment shows that it became wider to 0.00-1.37% of the length.

        In making a gas welding of a light sheet-sheel, various deformations are taken place, and among them a few ways of a welding practice such as Backward, Symmetrical, and Jumping types have been utilized with a view to prevent the revolving strain. Hut these ways increase both the welding stress and the amount of work, and accordingly decrease the welding efficiency. Continued on the last study on the effective ways of a welding practice making a reverse use of the revolving strain by measuring the length of interval between the other ends of two sheets suitable to the butt welding of a light sheet-steel in thickeness of 1mm published in 1969, this thesis contains a study on the length of interval between the other ends of two sheets which have thickeness of 1.2mm. When we set 15cm/min at the weld speed, tip size 50 in a welding torch, the pressure of oxygen 2kg/㎠, and the diameter 3mm of a welding rod, the length of interval between the other ends of light sheets are shortened in 1mm when the thickeness of light sheet-steel is thickened in 1.2mm as a results of this experiment. And when we formularize these, the results are as follows; 1. 5cm to 15cm width sheets

        장·단기 비대칭성을 고려한 우리나라 통화정책의 파급효과

        본고는 우리나라 예금은행의 대출 및 예금금리에 대한 통화정책의 파급효과를 장기 및 단기 비대칭성을 고려할 수 있는 비대칭 ARDL(NARDL)모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 정책금리와 은행 금리와의 공적분 관계를 확인할 수 있었으며, 일반적으로 콜금리 변화 폭 보다 대출 및 예금금리의 변화폭이 컸다. 장기비대칭·단기선형 및 장·단기 비대칭 ARDL모형으로 추정한 경우, 금리가 인하되는 시기 보다는 인상되는 시기에 장기적으로 대출금리 및 예금금리에 주는 파급효과가 더욱 커 콜금리의 변동 방향에 따른 금융기관 금리의 비대칭적인 조정이 관측되었다. 한편, 콜금리 변화 시 대출금리의 변화 폭이 예금금리의 변화폭에 비해 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 조정속도의 경우, 콜금리의 변화시의 대출 및 예금금리의 조정속도를 보면 콜금리의 인상 시와 인하 시의 조정속도의 비대칭성을 발견할 수 없었다. 그러나 대출금리 및 예금금리의 조정속도를 비교하면 대출금리는 상당한 시간을 두고 조정되는 반면 예금금리는 이 보다는 상대적으로 신속하게 조정됨을 알 수 있다. The paper investigates the pass-through of the policy rate on the retail rates such as deposit and lending rates using the nonlinear ARDL model approach which could adequately capture the short and long run asymmetry adjustments. The empirical estimation results produced the cointegrating relationship between policy rates and retail rates. The changes in the retail rates were bigger than the changes in call rates. Overall, retail rates were more responsive to the call rates in the periods of interest rates hikes than interest rates cut which demonstrates the asymmetric adjustments of retail interest rates to policy rates. When the degree of response of lending and deposit rates to the call rate changes are compared, changes in lending rates were greater than the changes in deposit rates when the policy rates were changed. No asymmetric adjustments were found in the speeds of adjustments both for deposit and lending rates in the both periods of tight and loss monetary policy regimes. When the speed of adjustments of deposit and lending rates were compared, however, deposit rates were quicker than lending rates in their adjustments following the changes in the monetary policy.

        Engine torque, specific fuel consumption and MBT spark advance of a domestic automotive engine fueled with methanal-gasoline blends or straight methanal were studied under steady state condition and compared to those obtained with gasoline. The effects of adding methanal to gasoline on engine performance were studied with or without any carburetor modification. At first, the engine was operated without any modification. Next, the diameters of metering orifices in carburetor were modified to give the same excess air factor regardless of fuel type under each fixed engine operating condition. Finally, the diameters of metering orifices in carburetor were modified to give the same excess air factor for 15% mixture of methanal in gasoline by volume as for gasoline with standard metering orifices in carburetor. The effects of adding methanal to gasoline on engine torque, specific energy consumption and MBT spark advance can be explained on the basis of change in stoichiometry caused by the addition of methanal to gasoline.

        기계공업에는 기적이 없다. 차근차근히 기초를 다지면서, 기술을 축적하고 꾸준히 노력하여야 하며, 금시발복으로 단기일 내에 성과를 거둘 것을 기대하여서는 안된다. 다만 거쳐야 할 단계를 얼마나 빨리 단축해서 통과하고, 선진국과의 격차를 좁혀 가느냐가 문제이다. 그러므로 우리의 처지로서는 현시점에서 잠시의 정체도 허용될 수 없다. 과학기술이 일진월요하는 요사이 1-2년의 정체는 과법 수십년의 정체에 해당되기 때문이다. 최근의 심각한 국내외적인 난궁에 대처하여 정책수립자, 기업인, 기술인 모두 원대한 안목과 사명감을 가지고 일정협력하여 추호도 좌고 우 면함이 없이 더욱 굳은 결의와 각오로서 이난국을 슬기롭게 타개하여 이 땅에 기계공업을 확립 하고 공업국가를 건설하는데 계속 박차를 가해야 할 것으로 생각한다.

        When a light sheet-steel which has 1mm: thickness is made into various pipes such as funnels and tanks, the method of the oxy-acetylene welding is used for being faster and more efficient. First, the light sheet-steel needed for making pipe is ail·on to cut off according to the size by the squaring shear and to make it roll into a cylindrical shape by the slip roll forming machine. After that both sides of one end are fired slightly and let the other end have a suitable interval tailing account for the revolving strain, the abode welding is operated with weld speed 15mm/min, tip size 50, Pressure of oxygen 2kg/㎠, and diameter of welding rod 3mm. Here the several intervals(Imm) have been resulted in the following ; ***** D; Diameter of pipe. (cm) L; Length of pipe. (cm)

      • 엔진 밸브 스프링의 서어징에 관한 연구

        The surging stresses of the valve spring of over head valve 4 cycle engine, which is made is Korea, were computed from theoretical analysis and these values were compared with the experimental results. For calculating surging stresses of test engine valve spring. Kato"s equation should be corrected by the corretion factor C which is equal to twice rocker arm level ratio. Good agreement was found to exist between the theoretical analysis and the experimental results within.+-.5 percent differences. The stress amplitudes of test valve spring at each harmonic order were determined by the experiment and by using corrected equation, The safety considerations of test valve spring were discussed.

        The decision making problem is the course to select the best solution from feasible solution, all the alternatives considered, Recently, the above problem has been concerned about multiple objective decision making as the optimized course of the complicated decision making included multiple criteria or multiple objective and regared this thesis as the most active parts. This thesis has been studied interactive multiple objective decision making to get the most favorite preference solution, taking into consideration algorithm taken the efficent solution. Presenting the interactive algorithm which can get the optimization solution not to use preference funtion in the efficient solution groups, we have investigated the more reliable optimization in searching for the final solution. We have tried the application for transportation problem decision making model into having the capability and applicability for practical purposes. The interactive multiple objective decision making presented in this thesis, would be able to apply the decision making under the certainty and finite for the feasible alternatives, also in complianace with the preference on decision maker. In the merit problems, the above theme will be necessitated not for prior information but for progressive articulation of preference information. But the interactive approach in the general flaws would be troubled for the defect on preference information induced in the interactive changable process of the decision maker. Because of including the uncertainty for many decision making problems in the expected study, we would tried to have the application for fuzzy set theory and interactive method about the practical problems.
