      • 雄黃製劑 投與後의 殘留砒素量과 肝의 酵素活性化에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this work is to review the absorption and accumulation of Arsenic and the effect of liver function by GOT, GPT activities after oral administration of Realgar Preparation to rats. Experiments were carried out for the assay of accumulated Arsenic in blood, heart, lung, liver, brain and kidney. The Arsenic concentration was determined by H.Gutzeit method and Silver diethyldithiocarbamate method. Activities of GOT and GPT in serum were measured by Reitman-Frankel method. The experimental results were as follows; 1. Realgar preparation decreased Arsenic accumulation after once administration than Realgar. 2. Realger Preparation decreased Arsenic accumulation after continuous administration than Realgar. 3. Activities of GOT and GPT in serum were increased but Realgar Preparation almost unchanged to liver function than Realgar.

        The purpose of this study is to develop the estimation model of 'Environmental Satisfaction'. A questionnaire survey was carried out for the study area of Taegu-Kyungbuk region. Sampling size was 838 residents(427 in Taegu and 411 in Kyungbuk) selected by stratified sampling of each sampling area's population. The survey was done from Sep. to Nov. 1996. The proposed model was composed of four estimation categories and 16 indicators. The four categories were 'Clenness & Quietness', 'Naturalness & Harmony', 'Beauty & Comfort' and 'Environmental Conservation Efforts'. And each category has several individual indicators. Means of environmental satisfaction by indicators were different by sampling areas. In 'Total Satisfaction', Suseong-gu(3.01), Nam-gu(2.82)(Taegu), Kimcheon(3.32), and Cheondo(3.31) (Kyungbuk) showed high environmental satisfaction, but Dong-gu, Seo-gu(Taegu), Youngcheon, and Pohang(Kyungbuk) showed lower environmental satisfaction. According to weighting values by each indicator, 'Cleanness of Air' (X1), 'Familiarity to Green Areas' (X6), 'Comfort of Traffic' (X12), and Env. Protection Efforts' (x15) were the most important indicators in each category.

      • 혐기성 유동상법에 의한 축산폐수의 처리

        The treatment of livestock-wastewater have to considered because of composition of livestock-wastewater is high-concentration organic matter, ammonia nitrogen. In this research, substrate to the reactor was synthetic on the basis of livestock-wastewater through the experiments. The experiments was carried out to study the characteristics of organic matter removal, the change of VFA production, and the amount of gas production, influence on bacterial activity in the reactor with respect to the change of COD loading rate using anaerobic fluidized bed, which is an anaerobic biofilm process. To analysis, the HRT and operation temperature, ammonia nitrogen concentration were 1 day and 35±1℃, 3000㎎/ℓ, respectively. It was operated by COD loading rate both 10 kgCOD/㎥·day and 20 kgCOD/㎥·day. The results obtained were as follows; According to pH, COD removal rate and glucose removal rate, the treatment efficiency was generally stable for the varing COD loading rate. Process stabilization had 20∼30 days in the early period of the operation and pH was 7.34, 7.39 at 10, 20 kgCOD/㎥·day conditions. COD removal rates were not significantly changed as values of 87%, constantly maintained. Gas productions were proportionately presented as changed COD loading rate such as values of 3700, 7400㎖/ℓ·day, respectively. Throughout the whole period of experiment, remaining VFA(as COD base) in the effluent was over 90% of remaining COD and glucose removal rate was over 99%. Thus, this result indicated that no inhibitory effect on acetogenic bacteria was almost occured.

        변연골 흡수가 내측연결 임플란트 매식체의 응력분포에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The change of the marginal bone around dental implants have significance not only for the functional maintenance but also for the esthetic success of the implant. The purpose of this study was to investigate the load transfer of internal conical joint type implant according to marginal bone resorption by using the three-dimensional finite element analysis model. Materials and methods: The internal conical joint type system was selected as an experimental model. Finite element models of bone/implant/prosthesis complex were constructed. A load of 300 N was applied vertically beside 3 mm of implant axis. Results: The pattern of stress distribution according to marginal bone resorption was similar. The maximum equivalent stress of implant was increase according to marginal bone resorption and the largest maximum equivalent stress was shown at model of 1 mm marginal bone resorption. Although marginal bone loss more than 1mm was occurred increasing of stress, the width of the stress increase was decreasing. Conclusion: According to these results, the exposure of thin neck portion of internal conical joint type implant is most important factor in stress increasing. 연구 목적: 지금까지 성공적인 임플란트 치료를 위해 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔으며, 임플란트 주변 골 흡수 현상에 대한 연구는 매우 관심이 높은 분야 중 하나이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 삼차원 유한요소응력분석을 이용하여 변연골 흡수가 내측연결 임플란트 매식체의 기계적 안정성에 미치는 영향을 간접적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 재료 및 방법: 악골에 식립된 내측연결 형태의 임플란트 매식체에 티타늄 소재의 임플란트 지대주를 지대주 나사로 연결하고 상부에 금합금관을 장착하는 삼차원 유한요소모형을 설계하였다. 0, 1, 2, 3 mm의 변연골 흡수 상태를 적용하고, 교합면 중심에서부터 3 mm 편측에 300 N의 수직 하중을 가하여 임플란트 매식체에 발생하는 최대 주응력을 계산하였다. 결과: 유한요소분석결과 변연골 흡수에 따른 임플란트 매식체의 최대 주응력 분포는 유사한 양상을 보였으며, 임플란트 매식체 상단에서 가장 높은 응력 집중이 나타났다. 최대 주응력은 처음 1 mm 변연골 흡수를 가정하였을 때 가장 크게 증가하였고, 이후 변연골 흡수가 증가할수록 응력은 증가하였지만 응력 증가의 폭은 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 결론: 이러한 결과로부터 내측연결 임플란트에서 매식체 두께가 얇은 경부의 노출은 변연골 흡수로 인한 응력 증가에 가장 큰 원인임을 알 수 있었으며, 매식체의 변형, 균열 및 파절 등의 기계적 실패를 감소시키기 위해서는 이에 대한 외과적, 보철적 고려가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

      • 비선형시스템을 위한 PID형 퍼지-신경회로망 제어방식

        In this paper, a novel scheme, directly using the PID-type fuzzy-neural network logic system as a controller, is proposed for the control of a class of nonlinear dynamical systems. The advantage of the proposed control method is simple to design a controller for unknown nonlinear systems because of learning ability. In order to verify excellent control performances of the proposed control method, we compared with a general fuzzy-neural network control method with one link manipulator. The proposed control method has the very superior tracking characteristics.

      • 초고속 광대역 파장 가변 광섬유 링 레이저 구현

        In this paper, we demonstrate a tunable wavelength erbium-doped fiber ring laser. It's tuning interval can be controlled as fine as hundreds of picosecond by using a tunable filter of Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer with gain-transparent SOA within one arm. And a wavelength tuning range over 17㎚ can be achieved by adjusting the power of 1310㎚ pump light into SOA. Narrow linewidth less than 0.08㎚ and SMSR of more than 30dB is obtained with single-mode operation.

      • 韓國의 암발파 진동상수에 관한 연구

        암반지반에서 절토나 지하굴착을 실시할 때 암발파로 인해 진동과 소음이 발생하게 된다. 지반진동은 인접구조물에 손상을 주거나 인근주민에게 불쾌감을 주기 때문에 지반진동의 발생기구나 인접구조물에 영향을 미치는 매카니즘을 정확히 예측하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지반진동에 대한 규준을 마련하는데 있다. 지반진동은 최대입자속도, 발파에너지, 진동원으로 부터의 거리에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구에서 산정된 진동식의 최대입자속도는 기존의 제안식보다 약간 작게 나타나고 있으나 진동원으로부터 50~100m 이내의 거리에서는 매우 유사하게 나타나고 있다. Vibration and noises are occured dut to rock blasting work for cutting and underground excavation performed in rock ground. It is very important to control the vibration produced according to rock blasting. Therefore, the main objective of this paper is to estabilish criteria of vibration to control blasting. Vibration is influnced by peck particle velocity, blasting energy, distance from vibration source and strength of rock. The peck particle velocities estimated by the vibration equations presented in this paper are lower than those estimated by existing empirical equations but both show very similar within distance from 50m to 100m.

        In this paper, we propose a novel multichannel frequency stabilization control scheme of semiconductor lasers, that uses the optical switches, wavelength crossover properties of an AWG, micro-processor and logarithmic amplifiers. The advantages of this scheme are that do not depend on the change of input power level and accommodate more channels simultaneously. Furthermore it can allow narrower channel spacing than the proposed scheme already.

      • 링 레이저를 위한 새로운 광대역 파장 가변 필터에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we proposed the new wavelength tunable filter for wide tunability of fiber ring laser. The proposed filter consists of the cascaded connection of Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer and Sagnac filter or of hybrid filter and Fiber Reflection Mach-Zehnder Interferometer. The simulation shows that the continuous tunable range of 50nm can be obtained and that more stable single mode operation of ring laser can be expected due to narrow FWHM. of filter spectrum.

      • SOA내에서의 XPM,FWM을 이용한 WDM 시스템 파장변환기 구현

        In this paper, a new type of wavelength converter using XPM within a loop-mirror is proposed and demonstrated. The proposed structure decreases hardware components for implementation of XPM wavelength converter and makes it possible to get non-inverted and inverted output signals simultaneously. Also, we generate wideband pumping mode series for FWM wavelength conversion scheme and propose the effective filtering method for selecting converted wavelength from FWM outputs. The results show that the pumping mode range is over 30nm within 5dB power fluctuation, and that a pumping and a prove wave can be removed successfully by using both of Michelson interferometer and polarization controller.
