        프로그램화 된 신체운동이 ADHD 아동의 주의산만행동과 과잉행동에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze a change of the programmed physical exercise in attentiondeficient behavior and hyperactivity of children with ADHD, through the single-subject research design method. The research subjects were 4 elementary school students who are under being cured due to being judged to be ADHD at Child Psychiatric Clinic for C University Hospital where is located in Seoul at that time of beginning experiment in order to be conformed with the objective of research. For visual observation, the attention-deficient behavior was used the frequency-typed case sampling method(Shin So-yeon, Park Jaeguk, Kim Yeong-mi, Lee Hwa-eun, 2007). Observation of hyperactivity was used the contents, which Carlson and Hotfield(1991) defined, by referring to the contents by Mun Jae-gyeong(1998). The following are the results that were elicited through the research procedure of this study. First, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce attention-deficient behavior in children with ADHD. Second, the programmed physical exercise was indicated to reduce hyperactivity in children with ADHD.

      • 사무직 근로자의 수면의 질 및 직무스트레스와 우울과의 관련성

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of depression, sleep quality, job stress and their association among office workers. Method: A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 147 workers employed in 5 big enterprises, and 5 small and medium enterprises from October 21 to November 21, 2012. The questionnaires included socio-demographic and health-related characteristics, job-related characteristics, sleep quality, job stress (KOSS) and depression (CES-D). Result: Among all subjects, 23.1% was in the depression group (21 points and over in the CES-D score). Depressive level was positively correlated with job stress and quality of sleep. The adjusted odd ratio for the effects of sleep quality and job stress on depression significantly increased in the depression group compared to that of the normal group. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the following factors of influence had combined explanatory powers on depression: BMI, life satisfaction, quality of sleep, and job stress. Conclusion: The study revealed that complicated influences were exerted on the level of depression by variable factors, as well as socio-demographic characteristics, health-related characteristics, quality of sleep, and job stress. Specifically, the level of depression was influenced by the quality of sleep and job stress.

      • 연삭 공정이 세라믹스 부품의 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        고경도와 취성등의 난삭성으로 인하여 세라믹스를 고능률적으로 제거 가공하기란 어렵지만 다양한 기능성 및 우수한 기계적 특성이 널리 알려짐으로써 최근 전세계적으로 첨단 산업 분야 전반에 걸친 기계요소 부품이나 구조용 부재에 대한 소재 대체화가 추진되고 있으며, 다이아몬드 연삭 숫돌을 사용한 연삭 기법이 현재로서는 가장 효율적으로 적용할 수 있는 제거 가공법이라고 할 수 있다. 하지만 소결 과정에 의한 변형 등을 제어하여 고정도의 기계 요소 부품을 제작하고자 할 때 가공 시간의 단축이나 가공후 기계적 특성치가 최대한 발휘될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 적절한 연삭 공정의 정립이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 세라믹스 특성 평가용 굽힘 강도 시험편을 부품의 예로 선정하여 고능률적 연삭 가공 공정의 최적화를 위한 실험과 특성 평가 시험을 수행함으로써, 생산성 향상을 추구하는 한편 가공 결함을 최대한 억제할 수 있는 기법을 정립함으로써 극한적인 기계적 특성치를 얻고자 하였다. Because of hardness, brittleness and structural characteristic, it is very hard for ceramics to grind with conventional tools. Initial defects and generated cracks during grinding process of cermics parts are serious problems. But recently, Engineering ceramics called as the 3th material have been concened significantly with some excellent mechanical properties and many functions as new materials for high precision mechanical components and engineering parts for at large. Then, for designing engineering parts using Engineering ceramics, bending strength value data with high reliability are more essential than any other mechanical properties. Thus, in present study, grinding experiments with various machining conditions using diamond wheels are carried out to obtain the most excellent quality of testpiece surface and optimum step of grinding process for the high efficient stock removal rate to save running time. As the results from grinding machining experiments and 3-points bending strength test of ground Al₂O₃ceramics parts on Korean Standard, manufactured in our country and Japan, basic knowledge and technology for accomplishment of the optimum grinding machining conditions and also high bending strength values with high reliability are obtained.

        In this paper I tried to explore to find out the meaning of the dramatic image of Samuel Beckett's plays. In the plays the characters use no images of the past to create a sense of their reality in their situation. They don't sustain a concept of the continuity of their experience by assimilatng images of the past. Consequently they must invent and improvise it with materials they find in their present situation. In this study I have found out that Beckett doesn't simply use the traditional form to give readers to take the sense of the works. Instead he try to make a new style to simulate the theme brought from the modern life. He describes confusing characters who continually offer the uncertainty to the audience. His new style seems to offer the dramatic image for the theme because it allows him to juxtapose ambiguous reversals of fortune in a high formal, balanced manner. Indeed he makes no attempt to dissociate form from content. They are there; so they must explain themselves. But they do not seem to have the support of a prepared and carefully learned text. They must invent. They are free. It is not surprising to find that most of the dramatic image consist of dual possibilities, one uncertainty and one openness. The dramatic image associated with Godot are all concerned with the uncertainty of his actions and decisions. In conclusion it seems to me that the value of Beckett's plays are it's firm harmony of the form and content in it. I think that the one is a concretion of the other, the revelation of the world.

        개에서 디스템퍼 바이러스와 톡소플라즈마의 혼합 감염

        A 3 month-old male dog with clinical signs of anorexia, soft stool, ocular and nasal discharge, cough and respiratory distress was submitted to the Cheju National University for diagnosis. At necropsy, tan to purple-red sublobar to lobar consolidations were presented in apical and cardiac lobe of lung. Histopathologically, severe diffuse bronchointerstitial pneumonia with necrotic bronchiolitis was noted in the lung. The demyelinating encephalitis and astrocytosis were presented in cerebellum and cerebrum. Numerous round, ovoid or cluster of tachyzoites were also identified in alveolar lumen, alveolar wall and cytoplasm of macrophages in the lung. The orgasnisms were demonstrated as Toxoplasma (T) gondii by immunohistochemistry. Intranuclear or intracytoplasmic eosinophilic inclusion bodies were seen in the glial cells of the cerebellum. Canine distemper virus (CDV) specific antigens were demonstrated in the cerebellum by the immunohistochemistry. In our knowledge, this is believed to be the first confirmed report of co-infection of CDV and T gondii in dog in Korea.

        『고도를 기다리며』의 음악적 구조

        In this paper I'd like to explore to find out the musical structure of Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot and the meaning of it. In the plays there are not many actions and conflicts of the play, but the repetitions of the dramatic elements act to the best of a musical effects. Beckett's play starts all over again instead of coming to a close where we witness a kind of desperate resurrection of the reprise after it had long been abolished. So the unity of art works can not be what it must be - unity of a manifold. By synthesizing the many, unity inflicts damage on them, hence also on itself. Works of art then are deficient, regardless of whether they are immediate entities or mediated totalities. Therefore, I will graft the aesthetic theory mentioned above into the musical structure of his plays, for example, Waiting for Godot in order to analyse the structure of the play. In this study I have found out that Beckett doesn't simply use the traditional form to give readers to take the sense of the play. Instead he tries to make a new style like musical method to simulate the theme brought from the modern life. He describes repeatedly confusing characters who continually offer the uncertainty to the audience.       • 비전기식뇌관의 트렁크라인 시차가 발파진동에 미치는 영향

        In this study, blasting condition uniformed, and vibration value changed by the trunk line and measuring distance was measured. Four patterns of delay time of surface detonator and trunk line which are used at open fit blasting UB-25 and surface detonator of UB-17, trunk line UB-17 and surface detonator of UB-42, and trunk line of UB-25 and surface detonator of UB-42 are used in pattern 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively, In result, the overlap time in pattern 1, 3 are 10 times respectively. Because of that reason, the value of vibration velocity in pattern 3 is smaller than in pattern 1. As the time difference of Trunk line, a method of decreasing the surface vibration is to design the number of overlap minimized a t interval time.

        사무엘 베켓의 극 구조와 현대음악

        The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between Samuel Beckett's dramatic plot and the modern music. In the structure of the play the action of the play is cyclic, in that events of Act Ⅱ largely repeat and paralled those of Act Ⅰ. The two acts of the play therefore appear to be parts of an endless series, as Vladimir seems to realize when he comments, 'Off we go.' Accordingly I can find that Samuel Beckett does establish a much more tightly focused and limited aesthetic frame for his dialogue, and that this play builds upon Beckett's typical model. As we witness these two old men examining and questioning their relationship to their environment, their perception is clouded and uncertain. It seems to me that the unbridgeable gap between their consciousness and the sense they inhabit may well be the most powerful theatrical image in this play. If a player stops in order to repeat a passage or to resume playing after an interruption, musical time will stand still as it were, it will not be affected by the interruption and will go on only when musical proceeding continue. Therefore empirical time is a disturbance only because of its qualitative different from musical time. In music, for example, in temporal succession, as though simultaneity and polyphony did not matter as far as form is concerned. Accordingly it seems to me that two acts are enough to represent a sequence stretching to infinity as in the modem music.

      • 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus 치어의 생존, 성장 및 산소소비에 미치는 수은의 만성적 독성

        산업활동의 증가로 인해 해양에 유입되는 수은 (Hg)이 저서성 연안정착 어류인 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus 치어의 생존, 성장, 사료효율 및 산소소비에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 6주 동안 0~0.13mg/L의 아치사 농도에서 넙치를 사육하며 Hg 독성에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. Hg 농도와 노출기간이 증가할수록 생존육은 감소했으며 6주 후, 0.05mg/L 이상의 농도 구에서 생존율이 급격히 감소했다. 성장률과 사료효율 또한, 각각 0.028mg/L (P<0.01)와 0.05mg/L (P<0.01) 이상의 농도 구에서 현저하게 감소하였다. 산소소비율은 0.05mg/L와 0.13mg/L의 농도구에서 각각 대조 구에 비해 25(P<0.01)와 32% (P<0.01) 감소해, 유의적인 차이를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로부터 Hg 독성은 넙치의 성장, 사료효율 및 산소소비와 같은 생리적 기능을 저해해 생존율을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. Effect of mercury (Hg) toxicity on survival, growth, feed efficiency and oxygen consumption were examined in the juvenile olive flounder. Paralichthys olivaceus. Fishes were exposed to sublethal concentrations of Hg ranging from 0 to 0.13mg/L for 6 weeks. Hg reduced survival rate in a concentration and exposure period-dependent way and suddenly reduction occurred at Hg concentrations greater than 0.05mg/L after 6 weeks. Growth rate and feed efficiency also significantly decreased at greater than 0.028 and 0.05 mg/L respectively. Oxygen consumption rate was significantly decreased to 25 and 32% than that of the control at the Hg concentration of 0.05 and 0.13 mg/L respectively. These results suggest that Hg toxicity inhibit physiological function including growth, feed efficiency and oxygen consumption in the juvenile olive flounder, resulting in survival failure at high concentration.

      • Fe-Mn-Si계 합금의 형상기억능에 미치는 변형온도 및 training 효과

        The shape memory effect is resulted from the reverse motion of Shockley partial dislocations which change εmartensite back to austenite. In Fe-Mn-Si alloys, the shape memory effect is obtained by the reverse transformation of stress-induced E martensite during heating. The reversibility of the motion of partial dislocations will not lead to a complete recovery. There are many factors influencing the shape memory effect like as alloy composition, Neel temperature, transformation temperature, applied stress and strain, annealing and quenching temperature, deformation and recovery annealing temperature etc. In this paper, shape memory effect by training treatment(cold working- annealing) and deformation temperature between -20℃ and 200℃ with amount of strain was improved in Fe-l5Mn-5Cr-10Co-3Si alloys Training treatment suppresses slip deformation and lower the stress for induced εmartensite transformation through introducing the stacking faults which can act as nucleation embryo for εmartensite.
