대학교 특화거리 조성에 있어 도시재생사업의 실효성에 관한 연구 : 계명대학교와 영남대학교 특화거리를 중심으로
The university district is a place that shows the territoriality of university students well, however current university district became to decadent street. To overcome this situation, various urban regeneration is being promoted for university districts. However, it is difficult to determine whether these urban regeneration projects give satisfaction to visitors or have a positive effect on the region. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of specialized streets in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. By comparing the spatial characteristics and satisfaction of the specialized streets, that created by the urban regeneration and the specialized street created spontaneously. Also, based on the survey, i would like to present a plan to create university-specialized street in consideration of the needs of visitors. The scope of the study was selected as Keimyung University specialized street and Yeungnam University specialized street, and the research methods are basic theoretical research, spatial characteristic analysis, and survey analysis. As a result of spatial characteristic analysis, Keimyung University’s street showed a better sense of unity and continuity than Yeungnam University’s street, preferred facilities took a larger proportion than unpreferred facilities. As a result of the survey analysis, Keimyung’s street gave visitors higher satisfaction than Yeungnam’s. The difference of the significance level between those two University was 5%, which is very significant. In terms of satisfaction by sector, Keimyung University specialized street was higher than Yeungnam University specialized street in all items except 'Accessibility through public transportation'. Therefore, it can be said that the urban regeneration project is effective in creating a university-specialized street. The improvements to the university-specialized street in consideration of the needs of visitors are as follows. The first is to increase the proportion of preferred facilities, to improve the pedestrian traffic space factors, to create a place something enjoyable, finally to maintain the cleanliness of the street.

건대지구 특화거리변의 주상복합시설 계획안 : 자연공간 개념을 적용한 공공성의 회복
과거 우리는 '우리'라는 사고방식이 'I, my'의 사고방식보다 열등하다는 생각과 함께, 근대화에 가속도를 더하기 시작했고, 이로 인해 재고를 통한 자기화가 아닌 무비판적인 수용이 오늘날 우리의 도시건축을 낳았으며, 근대화는 곧 서구화라는 등식이 성립하게되었다. 이는 도시건축뿐만 아니라 우리 사회 전반에 걸쳐 많은 문제를 야기하는 요인으로 꼽히고 있다. 또한 현재 우리의 도시와 건축은 또 다른 서구의 이상추구 방법론을 따라가기에 급급하고 있다는 것이 논자의 생각이다. 이에 본 계획에서는, 개념적 고찰과 재해석을 통해 현대 도시의 문제점으로 많이 지적되고 있는 '공공성'에 초점을 맞춰 그 추구방법을 모색하고자 했다. 본 논문의 전체적 내용 및 구성은 다음과 같다. 1장에서는 계획의 배경 및 목적과 계획의 공간적·시간적 범위 등 계획의 개요에 대하여 서술하였다. 2장에서는 '공공성'에 대한 재해석과 더불어 건축 행위의 객체라 할 수 있는 '공간'에 대한 재고를 통해 도출된 건축적 개념을 서술하였다. 3장에서는 도시기본계획과 지구단위계획을 이해와 대상지역의 문화와 특수성에 대한 파악을 통해 계획 대상지를 분석하고 계획 시점의 상황을 설정하였다. 4장에서는 도출된 개념과 대상지 분석 자료를 바탕으로 한 대상지의 프로그램 적용 및 계획의 과정과 개념의 적용을 서술하였다. 5장에서는 본 계획 및 설계논문의 결과물이라 할 수 있는 설계안을 각종 도면과 이미지로 제시하였다.
