      • VAN을 利用한 綿紡織 정보센타 構築에 關한 硏究

        VAN(Value Added Network) plays an important role to establish the advanced information society. In this thesis, We propose a model of an information center for cotton spinning and weaving using VAN. Currently cotton spinning and weaving companies heavily depend on non-electronical information communication. The information center, which we propose, can provide with expact and speedy information through electronical communication. Thus the companies are expected to set an exact plan for products and sales. In addtion, the code normalization for cotton spinning and weaving is emphasized to achieve ISDN. 현대는 공업사회로 부터 고도정보화 사회로 향해가는 전환기적 시대로 볼 수 있으며 이러한 고도 정보화 사회의 실현을 위하여 VAN은 중심적 역할을 수행한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 VAN을 이용한 면방직 정보센타을 구축하므로써 현재 대부분의 정보을 비전자계에 의존하던 기존의 방법을 탈피하여 컴퓨터를 이용한 전자계 정보유통 방법을 이용하여 면방직 공업의 개별회사들이 면방직 정보를 공유하고 신속하고 정확한 정보를 확보하여 정확한 생산계획 및 판매계획을 수립하고 사용원료의 적시 확보를 위한 정보센타의 모델링을 제시한다. 또한 정보센타를 이용하기 위한 대상업무의 선정과 범 국가적인 ISDN 실현을 위한 업무의 표준화의 중요성에 대하여도 논한다.

      • 關係 데이타베이스시스템 設計와 不完全 情報 活用 方案에 關한 硏究 : 需要豫測業務를 中心으로

        In the computer system for the demand-estimation job, the file system may include many duplicate data among files and may not efficienfly provide complicate data processing such as "add", "delete" ,"modify" and so on. Also it is hard to manage the incomplete informations often occuring in the demand-estimation. We presents a design to construct a relational data base for the demand-estimation job and to manage incomplete informations in a practical view. The advantages are summarized as follows : First, all operations can be based on a unified data base. Second, general users can easily look up the data using query languages Finally, managing incomplete informations enables accurate and fast demand-estimations. In future, we expect the thesis can contribute to processing the demand-estimation job and expanding incomplete informations efficiently.

      • 經營情報시스템의 效率性 提高를 위한 응용프로그램 인터페이스 活用 方案 : Y社를 中心으로

        일반적으로 기업에서 주컴퓨터 (Host Computer) 와 개인용컴퓨터(Pe-rsonal Computer)를 도입하여 에뮬레이터 (Emulator) 를 이용하여 주컴퓨터에 단순단말기 (Dumb Terminal) 형태로 접속하여 단말기에서 주컴퓨터에 기억되어 있는 데이터 (Data) 를 주컴퓨터 응용프로그램 (App-lication Program) 을 이용하여 원적지 (Remote) 또는 근거리(Local) 에서 활용하고 있지만 주컴퓨터에 있는 데이터를 즉시 개인용컴퓨터에서 처리할 수 없다. 따라서 응용프로그램 인터페이스 (Application Program Interface) 를 사용하여 개인용컴퓨터를 주컴퓨터에 접속시키면 기존의 단순단말기형태의 기능수행은 물론 개인용컴퓨터에서 주컴퓨터의 데이티를 즉시 송, 수신이 가능하여 개인용컴퓨터에서 주컴퓨터에 있는 데이터를 처리할 수 있고 개인용컴퓨터에 있는 데이터를 주컴퓨터에 저장시킬수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 경영정보시스뎀 (Management Information Sy-stem) 조직에서 응용프로그램 인터페이스를 활용함에 있어 응용프로그램 인터페이스에 대한 개념, 구성, 활용방안, 효과 및 문제점을 제시하였고 Y 사를 모델로 주컴퓨터에 있는 판매정보 데이터베이스의 재품매출 데이터를 읽어 즉시 개인용컴퓨터에서 그래픽 (Graphic) 처리를 실제 실행함으로써 응용프로그램 인터페이스 활용에 대한 지침을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. In general, the company in a long distant or a short area the d-ata stored in host computer the most of application program in hostcomputer with emulator, which makes dumb terminal connect with hostcomputer between host computer and personal computer. In case the personal computer is connect with host computer API,the personal computer does the function of dumb terminal and the pers-onal computer take care of the datas in host computer, as it is poss-ible to send/receive immediately the datas in host computer, furthemo-re.the datas in personal computer can be stored in host computer as w-ell. This paper is to present the concept, organization, practical use, effect and problems on API to make the most of API in MIS and to offerguidance on practical use of API executing immediate graphic process inpersonal computer read sales information data base in host computerthrough a case study of Y company.

        The study of the hospital informatl0n system, which have been studied in the developed country is very important to improve the quality of care in hospital. The studies on the hospital information system are the essential prerequisite to those of the implementation, development and evaluation of hospital information system in developing countries including Korea. This paper was written for the main purpose of this; Analyzing the functions of hospital in terms of module and designing the information system of each module then evaluating the performance of HIS (Hospital Information System) in view of time and cost. Now the conclusion reached through analyzing and designing the HIS is as follows; 1. to improve the quality of care for the patients 2. to make the handling of informatl0n efficient 3. to present a effective management tool for the manager As a result of evaluat1ng the performance of HIS, the introduct10n of HIS 1S effective and eff1c1ent. And then detailed analys1s and des1gn of HIS must be carr1ed out. Hopefully, further research will add more effective and eff1c1ent model proposed in this study.

        Recently, our Life Insurance Companies have many challenges from the external environment such as freedom of the entry for competitions. consumerism. open market,… ect. Especially, similar Institutes sale the same products as Insurance Companies do, so that it has been eroded Insurance Companies' marcket share. Against to these challenges, it is natural to study a Information System which supports Life Insurance Business. And it will be an essential prerequisite for a strategy of the Life Insurance Business of today. The purpose of this paper is to show a way to solve the problems above mentioned. This study analyse the fucntion of the Business Management System of Life Insurance Co. and design a Information System for Life Insurance Business Support(ISLIBS) for saving time and cost. The targets of the ISLIBS are as follow. 1. to improve salesmanship. 2. to give better service to client. 3. to give efficencies for Field Organization Management. 4. to give a effective management tool for the marcketing manager. As a result. evaluating the performance of ISLIBS is effectiveness and efficiency. Furthermore. it will be required to develop the Total System which has relations with other Information Systems.

        Information industry takes to the remarkable development and its influence gets more and more enlarging to the whole of society. According to the development of information society, its importance is on the increase and we have to develope this information industry because our country is lacking in natural resources. This paper was written for the aim of this; Analyzing the present situation of Information Industry in Korea and grasping the problem and obtaining the counter-plan and alternative then preparing the improvement methods. Now the conclusion reached through the investigating and the information industry is as follows; 1. has been laid relation of indisvisibility 2. to require the equivalent development prefer to the specific field 3. to cooperate with each other, between enterprise and government, from enterprise to enterprise 4. to correct of the education policy and man-power plan 5. to recognize of the information industry As a result of study the Information Industry in Korea, we have to do more and more developing. And then detailed study must be carried out. Hopefully, further research will add more effectiveness and efficient methods proposed in this study.

        This article is about the design of Database for personnel information system of a private college institution in order to administrate the personnel information scientifically and rationally. Above all , The information connected with the personnel management are formulated in a system for construction of the personnel information system. And the Database is designed through understanding problems creating when the information is constructed on file processing method. In this article, 16-bit , Trigem-AT computer is used and the Database Model is structured in DBMS using relational model with dBASE 111 PLUS. Former, The Database had outputed only the statistics information attached importance to the personnel figures and allowance management. But a purpose of this article is that manager can utilize the effective, itemized and formulated information. Therefore, The objective information about a supply and demand program of personnel needed and personnel management in progress is offered to organization finely, And it can support manager to make decision how to dispose persons appropriately and to secure persons sufficiently after presupposing matters needed to personnel management. Since, To design of database must be maked up after under-standing the personnel information system. Because it could be used to plan the personnel program and the maintenance of personnel information .
