      • Lactobacillus spp에 의해 생성된 GABA와 단기임산물 추출물을 포함하는 기능성 음료의 개발

        This study was carried out to investigate the production of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) by lactic acid bacteria and to manufacture functional beverage containing forest byproduct extracts and edible culture medium. The isolated Lactobacillus brevis CFM47 produced the highest GABA production up to a concentration of 826.22 μg/mL when grown in MRS broth containing 0.6% MSG. The production levels of GABA were 312.23, 324.52, 363.93, 339.35 and 374.95 μg/mL in shiitake murshroom, king oyster mushroom, oyster mushroom, winter mushroom, arrowroot juice containing 1% sucrose, 10% soybean powder extract, 0.5% magnesium sulfate and 0.4~0.6% MSG, respectively. The production levels of GABA were 29.97, 31.48, 34.57, 36.37 and 31.90 μg/mL in Darae sap beverages containing fermentation product, sweetener, acidulant, concentrate and flavoring agent, respectively. Based on these results, we could use food grade additives as a growth medium for GABA production by Lactobacillus brevis CFM47, which has the advantage of supplying GABA without any purification process. As a result, we developed a tasty functional beverage containing forest byproduct extract and GABA at the same time.

      • Zooplankton Community in the Southeastern Sea of Korea

        The monthly variations of zooplankton community were investigated at 12 stations in the southeastern sea of Korea. Zoplankton were collected by a plankton net, RN80 (80 cm diameter with 330 µm) from near the bottom to the surface from April to July, 2012. Zooplankton community consisted of 97 taxa including 39 copepod species. The mean density ranged from 212.9 inds.m-3 in July to 426.3 inds.m-3 in April. Copepods dominated the zooplankton community, reaching 38.98% of the density. Calanus sinicus, Corycaeus affinis, Paracalanus parvus, copepodid, Evadne nordmonni, Podon leuckarti, Cirriped nauplius, Muggiacea sp., Diphyes sp., and Sagitta bedoti were dominant species. Of these, Calanus sinicus was most abundant throughout the study period, accounting for 18.6% of total zooplankton. The variations in dominant species density between stations and months were found to be correlated with the environmental conditions. Zooplankton community varied with by sampling months.

        모노 펄스는 정확한 각도 추정을 위한 위상 배열 레이더이다. 또한 모노 펄스 레이더는 빔 스캐닝으로 만들어진 레이더와 달리 단일 펄스로 각도 오차를 검출하는 레이더이다. 모노 펄스 레이더는 수신된 신호의 진폭을 사용하는 진폭 비교 모노 펄스와 수신된 신호의 위상을 사용하는 위상 비교 모노 펄스를 갖는다. 각각의 추적 원리는 표적의 각도를 추정하는 데 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 모노 펄스 레이더의 각도 측정에서 발생하는 열잡음을 고려한 각도 오차 검출로 동작하는 모노 펄스 레이더의 성능을 분석하였다. 이 논문에서는 Taylor expansion-based approximations을 사용하여 모노펄스 레이더의 추정 성능을 파악 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 평균 제곱 오차 (MSE), 바이어스 및 분산을 통해 진폭 비교 및 ​​위상 비교 모노 펄스 레이더의 성능을 분석한다. 특히, 측정 불확도를 반영한 진폭 비교 모노 펄스 레이더의 성능이 분석된다. 최종적으로 진폭 비교 모노 펄스 레이더의 성능을 MSE, 바이어스 및 분산을 통해 정량적으로 분석하고, 유도된 MSE, 바이어스 및 분산을 시뮬레이션 기반 MSE, 바이어스 및 분산과 비교하여 유효성을 확인한다. 또한 대함 미사일 시뮬레이션과 같은 전자전 분야에서 항공기 및 군용 목적에 주로 사용되는 모노 펄스 레이더를 다루고 있습니다. The monopulse is a phased array radar for accurate angle estimation. Monopulse radar is a radar that detects angular error with a single pulse, unlike a radar that is made by beam scanning. The monopulse radar has an amplitude comparison monopulse using the amplitude of the received signal and a phase comparison monopulse using the phase of the received signal. Each tracking principle can be used to estimate the angle of the target. This paper is analyzed the performance of a monopulse radar that operates by angular error detection considering the thermal noise generated by the angle measurement of the monopulse radar receiver. In this paper, it can also measure the estimation performance of the monopulse radar using Taylor expansion - based approximations. This paper analyze the performance of amplitude comparison and phase comparison monopulse radar through Mean Square Error (MSE), bias and variance. Especially, The performance of the amplitude comparison monopulse radar under measurement uncertainty is analyzed. In this paper, the performance of amplitude comparison monopulse radar is quantitatively analyzed via the MSEs, biases and variances, and the validity of the derivation is validated by comparing the analytic MSEs, biases and variances with the simulation based MSEs, biases and variances. It also deals with the monopulse radar, which is mainly used for aircraft and military applications, in the field of electronic source such as anti-ship missile simulation.

      • Node Selection, RSSI Correction 기법 및 Genetic Algorithm을 이용한 실내위치결정 정확도 향상에 관한 연구

        In this study, Node Selection and RSSI Correction method is introduced and applied in experiment for improving the positioning accuracy. Both of experiment was implemented by using smartphone app to collect Wi-Fi access point signal around. The Wi-Fi signal is popular nowadays and available in most of indoor building environment. By using this kind of signal for collecting and analyzing data, it’s labor cost efficient and there is no requirement to invest more hardware device, therefore the budget is saved. However, the disadvantage of this kind of signal data is the noise from the signal is high, due to the complex in indoor propagation environment and the quality of signal source. In the first method, Node Selection, we proposed the algorithm to find the signal source location by measuring Wi-Fi signal strength at multiple location. This method helps locating the signal Wi-Fi beacon node without effort to find the physical device on real map by approaching directly the device. Then, the known location of the Wi-Fi beacon node is used for positioning user device location. By scanning signal from multiple point, the data is enriched and may contain noise. Node collection method help detection of any measurement RSSI data is not trustful and then removing. The second method, RSSI Collection, this method improve the disadvantage of the first method. The second experiment for the second method was implemented to find the user location by scanning multiple RSSI data from Wi-Fi beacon around. Similar to the Node Selection method, every measurement data is evaluated to be trustful or not. To overcome the disadvantage from the first second, the second method does not remove the beacon node from computing, it correct the RSSI data by RSSI signal. This work help improving the positioning accuracy by several method which does not requires pre-training data or cost investment for additional device, there for it’s useful to implement for any positioning system in any building location.
