교육실습을 통한 예비체육교사들의 교직 인식 변화 과정 연구

본 연구의 목적은 교육실습을 통해 예비체육교사들의 교직 인식 변화과정에 대해 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구 문제를 설정하였다. 첫째, 교육실습 참여에 있어 예비체육교사로서 기대하는 것은 무엇인가? 둘째, 교육실습 참여를 통해 예비체육교사로서 얻는 것과 느낀 것은 무엇인가? 셋째, 교육실습 참여 후 예비체육교사로서 ‘교육’과 ‘교사’에 대한 인식은 어떻게 변화하였는가? 본 연구를 위해 연구 참여자는 Y대학교 교육대학원 3학기 이상의 과정 중에 있는 체육교육 전공의 대학원생으로 선정했다. 유목적 표집법을 통해 참여자와의 심층면담을 녹음되고 작성된 내용을 우선적으로 전사작업을 실시한 후 귀납적 범주분석을 통해 자료를 정리하였다. 자료의 진실성을 높이기 위해 다각도 분석, 연구 참여자 확인, 연구조언자 검토를 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 분석절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교육실습 전 예비체육교사들은 수업내용과 학생을 중심으로 성공적인 수업을 준비하지만 부족한 직전 경험으로 인해 걱정을 하고 있다. 둘째, 직전교육에서 얻은 지식들과 실제 교육현장에서 활용되는 지식간의 차이는 예비체육교사로 하여금 실제 교육현장에서 사용 할 수 있는 지식에 대해 고민하게 만들고 성공적인 수업을 위해 노력하게 만들고 있다. 셋째, 교육실습을 경험한 후 예비체육교사들은 바람직한 체육교사의 모습에 대해 생각하는 기회를 가지게 된다. 또한 교육실습이 체육교사로서 한 단계 성장하는 기회가 되었다고 말하며 교직의 올바른 방향성에 대한 생각을 하고 교사의 역할과 중요성에 대해 자신만의 생각을 구축하는 계기가 되었다. 이와 같은 일련의 과정들이 예비체육교사로서 하여금 교직에 대한 인식의 변화를 가져온다는 것을 나타내고 있다. 본 연구의 결론을 토대로 다음과 같은 제언을 하고자 한다. 첫째, 이 연구에서 예비체육교사들은 고등학교에서만 교육실습을 진행하였으므로 초등학교나 중학교와 같이 고등교육과정 외에 다른 교육과정에서도 연구를 실시할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 실습학교의 상황에 따라 예비체육교사들은 각기 다른 교육실습 과정을 경험하였다. 이에 동일한 실습학교에서 교육실습을 진행 하였을 때 예비체육교사 별 각기 다른 인식 변화에 대해 연구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 예비체육교사들은 각기 다른 학교로 교육실습을 진행하였고 각 학교별 연구결과는 그 학교에서 교육실습을 진행한 예비체육교사 한명 뿐이다. 이는 공통된 상황에서 예비체육교사마다 나타나는 교직 인식 변화 과정의 차이를 알 수 없다. 이에 같은 실습학교에서 다수의 예비체육교사가 교육실습을 진행한 결과를 얻기위해 다수의 연구참여자가 필요하다. 넷째, 이 연구에서 예비체육교사들은 학생들의 과거와 달라진 수업태도나 생활에 대해 이야기하는 모습을 보였으며 교직 인식 변화에 학생들과의 상호작용이 영향이 있는 것으로 보였다. 이에 교육실습을 진행하며 학생과의 상호작용이 예비체육교사에게 미치는 영향에 대한 연구와 반대로 예비체육교사로 인해 실습학교의 학생들이 어떤 영향을 받는지에 대한 연구도 필요하다. 이를 통해 학생과 예비체육교사간의 관계가 교육실습에 미치는 영향에 대해 더 자세히 제시 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로, 본 연구에서는 교육실습을 통한 예비체육교사의 교직에 대한 인식의 변화 과정을 중심으로 연구하였다. 이에 학교나 학생, 체육교과 등과 같이 교직 외의 부분에서의 인식 변화에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이를 통해 어떤 과정에서 어떤 부분의 변화가 일어나는 지에 대해 자세한 결과를 확인하여 교육실습의 영향에 대해 더 자세히 제시 할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the process of change of perception of preliminary physical education teachers through teaching practice. In order to achieve this goal, the following research problems were set up. First, what do you expect as a preliminary physical education teacher in participating in the training exercise? Second, what do you get as a preliminary physical education teacher through participating in the training exercise? Third, how has the perception of 'education' and 'teacher' changed as a preliminary physical education teacher after participating in teaching practice? For this study, participants were selected as graduate students of physical education majoring in Y university graduate school more than 3 semesters. In-depth interviews with participants were recorded through the objective sampling method, and the contents were recorded through inductive category analysis. In order to increase the authenticity of the data, multidimensional analysis, identification of research participants, and review of research advisors were conducted. The following conclusions were obtained through the above research method and analysis procedure. First, the preliminary physical education teachers prepare the successful class based on the content of the lesson and the student, but they are worried about the short experience. Second, the difference between the knowledge gained from the previous education and the knowledge gained from the actual education field makes the preliminary physical education teacher worry about the knowledge that can be used in actual education field and makes efforts for successful teaching. Third, after experiencing the practical training, the preliminary physical education teachers have an opportunity to think about the desirable physical education teacher. In addition, it was an opportunity to build up my own thoughts on the role and importance of the teacher and to think about the right direction of teaching, saying that the training practice became an opportunity to grow as a physical education teacher. This process shows that the preliminary physical education teacher brings about a change of perception about teaching. Based on the conclusions of this study, the following suggestions are made. First, in this study, the preliminary physical education teachers conducted teaching practice only in high school, so it is necessary to conduct research in other curriculum besides higher education such as elementary school or junior high school. Second, according to the situation of the practical training school, the preliminary physical education teachers experienced different teaching practice courses. Therefore, it is necessary to study different perception changes in preliminary physical education teachers at the same training school. Third, the preliminary physical education teachers practiced teaching at different schools and the result of each school was only one preliminary physical education teacher who carried out teaching practice at the school. It is not possible to know the difference in the process of change of teaching perception among preliminary physical education teachers in a common situation. In order to obtain the results of the practical training of a number of preliminary physical education teachers, many research participants are needed. Fourth, in this study, pre-athletic teachers showed students to talk about their different attitudes and life styles, and the interaction of students with the perception of teaching profession seemed to have an influence. It is also necessary to study the effect of pre-school physical education teachers on the students of the practical school as opposed to the study on the effect of interaction with students on the pre-physical education teachers. This will provide more detail on the impact of the relationship between the student and the preliminary physical education teacher on teaching practice. Finally, this study focused on the process of change of perception of pre - physical education teachers in teaching through practical training. Therefore, it is necessary to study the change of perception in non - teaching fields such as school, student, physical education curriculum. This will give you a closer look at the impact of the teaching practices by examining the details of what changes in the process are taking place.
