컴퓨터·전화 통합 운영 시스템에서의 통화 요청 처리에 관한 성능 분석 연구

컴퓨터 분야의 음성, 팩스 등의 통신 처리 기능과 교환 분야의 호 제어 기능의 결합에 의해 다양한 서비스를 할 수 있도록 체계화된 것이 CTI(Computer Telephony Integration)이다 현재 개발되어져 있는 신기술로 본 논문에서 구현 모델의 기반이 되고 있는 컴퓨터 · 전화 통합 운영 시스템은 이러한 CTI 기능이 없는 사설 교환기(PBX)와 개인용 컴퓨터를 이용하여 컴퓨터와 전화가 통합 운영될 수 있는 기반을 제공하는 호 서버 시스템으로 컴퓨터 · 전화 통합 운영 서비스를 구현한다. 이 시스템은 전화기와 공중 통신망(PSTN), 컴퓨터망의 활용을 통해 기존 전화망을 이용한 음성정보 전송을 위해 제안되어졌다. 컴퓨터는 정보 검색이나 데이터베이스 처리를 쉽게 할 수 있는 시스템이므로 컴퓨터로 작업 중 특정인과 통화를 하기를 원하면 컴퓨터에서 클릭하여 전화로 상대방과 일대일 통화가 가능하게 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위에서 설명한 컴퓨터 · 전화 통합 운영 시스템의 환경을 기반으로 통화를 요구하는 클라이언트의 요청에 대해서 그에 대한 통화 요청을 처리하는 클라이언트/서버 모델을 구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 컴퓨터 · 전화 통합 운영 모델을 이용하여 통화 요청에 따른 빈도수, 통화 요청 처리를 기다리는 대기큐의 길이, 그리고 통화 요청을 처리하는 모뎀의 수를 변화시키면서 실험을 통해 통화 요청 서비스를 받지 못한 데 대한 실패율과 대기큐에서 처리될 때까지의 대기 시간(waiting time)을 측정한다. CTI has been developed for various services by the integration of communication like voice and fax in computer field, and call control function in the data exchanging field. Computer · Telephone integration operating system that is the basis of the simulated model in this thesis, the new technology that has already released, will make it happen through call server system that provides the basic for integrated management between computer and telephone with using PBX that does not have CTI function and the personal computer. This system has been proposed for telephone, PSTN and voice information exchanging that has processed by the former telephone line using the computer network. Computer system can search information or data base so efficiently, that if you want to have a conversation with someone, you can use the telephone by the way of clicking the computer. In this thesis, for the performance analysis of phone-call demands management in the Computer · Telephone integration operating system, the client/server model that can manage the demands of phone-call have been simulated. With this materialized Computer Telephone integration operating model, the probability of miscarriage, waiting time of call connection with changing number of modem that manages the demands and the waiting queue of various size which has been used for call connection has been determined.

The history of jazz begins in the early twentieth century in New Orleans in the USA. The traditional and unique rhythms of jazz and African American folk tunes dug deep roots in the blues that fused with white American music to become America’s traditional musical style. This thesis looks into how Bebop jazz may have gotten its start as a form of private education in the early Creole community and displayed its rhythms in small bands before incorporating complex concepts related to melody, harmony, and exceptional code execution. Bebop jazz performances are composed of impromptu improvisation and skips, eighths notes and sixteenth notes musical scores, syncopation, a rough tone and a fast tempo, etc. The harmony of Bebop performances are characterized by certain special attributes such as the Augmented Fourth and the Diminished Fifth of modern jazz. in the form of A-A-B-A. The basic transformation of the solo expansion focuses on the creation of a more complex line added onto the approach tune connected to a stable cadence. The thesis also investigates the importance of the recording of Charlie Parker’s first bebop recording. Bebop consists of major bebop scale, minor bebop scale, and dominant bebop scales. This work also examined the representative musicians in the bebop genre, namely Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie and Bud Powell. By analyzing the musical compositions of Bebop founder Charlie Parker, namely Donna Lee and Confirmation, it was discovered that although the original Bebop compositions used simple code execution, a variety of transformative lines were created depending on the skill of the individual performer. It was confirmed through this analysis that the original composition’s transformative and rhythmic lines could change in splendid ways in the hands of a talented performer. Although this thesis assigns simple melodic and transformative chord signals to help performers improve, it is hoped that with extensive practice, it may serve as a set of guidelines for musicians who strive towards excellence. 20세기초 재즈는 미국의 뉴올리언즈 지역에서 발생하였다. Jazz의 근원은 미국흑인의 민속음악이나 흑인의 음악에서만 느낄수 있는 독특한 리듬성과 블루스에 뿌리를 두고 백인의 음악과 혼합되어 미국전통의 음악으로 자리잡게 되었다. 본 논문은 비밥재즈에 관하여 초기에 사교육을 받을수 있었던 크레올의 시작부터 소규모밴드가 보여준 리듬과 보다 복잡한 개념의 멜로디와 하모니, 코드진행의 파격적 진행을 연구해 보았다. 비밥재즈의 연주는 즉흥연주와 도약, 8분음표, 16분음표, 싱코페이션, 거친음색, 빠른템포 등으로 이루어졌다. 비밥연주의 하모니는 감5도, 증4도의 모던재즈가 특징이며 형식은 A-A-B-A 이다. 솔로 전개법은 기본 화성에서 Approach음을 더해 복합적인 라인을 만들고 안정된 종지를 연결하는데 중점을 둔다. 또한 최초의 비밥녹음에서 찰리파커의 녹음이 차지하는 중요성을 알아보았다. 비밥의 구성요소는 메이저 비밥스케일, 마이너 비밥스케일, 도미넌트 비밥 스케일 등이 있다. 비밥의 대표적인 음악가로 찰리파커 디지길레스피, 버드파웰등을 연구하여 보았다. 비밥재즈의 선구자인 찰리파커의 Donna Lee와 Confirmation 의 분석을 통해 비밥재즈의 원곡은 단지 코드진행의 표기만 사용되었으나 연주자의 능력에 따라 다양한 화성진행 라인을 만들수 있다는 것을 분석을 통해 알 수 있었다. 원곡과 연주자의 연주능력에 따라 화성과 선율라인이 너무나 화려하게 변화되는 것을 분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문은 훌륭한 연주자가 되기 위해서는 간단한 선율 및 화성진행이 주어지더라도 열심히 노력하여 최고의 연주자들이 되는 가이드라인이 되길 바란다.
