        Effect of dietary substitution of Undaria pinnatifida with onion extract by-product (OEB) on growth, body composition and air exposure stress of juvenile abalone was determined. One thousand and eighty juvenile abalone were randomly distributed into 18 100 L net cages (sixty per cage). Five formulated diets were prepared. Twenty percent U. pinnatifida was included into the control (Con) diet. Twenty five, 50, 75 and 100% U. pinnatifida were substituted with an equal amount of OEB, referred to as the OEB25, OEB50, OEB75 and OEB100 diets, respectively. Finally, dry U. pinnatifida was prepared to compare formulated diets on growth performance of abalone, referred to as the Undaria. Each diet were randomly assigned to triplicate groups of abalone and fed to abalone once a day to satiety with little leftover for 16 weeks. After the 16-week feeding trial, abalone were subjected to air exposure for 24 h and survival was monitored for the next 4 days. Weight gain and specific growth rate (SGR) of abalone fed all formulated diets were greater than those of abalone fed the Undaria. The greatest weight gain and SGR were obtained in abalone fed the OEB50 diet, followed by the OEB75, OEB25, Con and OEB100 diets, in that order. Weight gain and SGR of abalone fed the OEB100 diet were lower than those of abalone fed the Con diet. Shell length, width and height and soft body weight of abalone tended to agree with growth rate of abalone. No difference in the chemical composition of the soft body of abalone was observed. The survival of abalone fed the OEB25, OEB50, OEB75 and OEB100 diets was higher than that of abalone fed the Undaria and Con diet at the end of 4-day post observation after 24-h air exposure. In conclusion, U. pinnatifida up to 75% could be replaced with OEB in abalone feed when 20% U. pinnatifida was included. The greatest growth performance was obtained in abalone fed the OEB50 diet. 까막전복(Haliotis discus) 치패용 배합사료내 미역대체원으로서 양파착즙 부산물의 첨가가 전복의 생존율, 성장, 체조성 및 공기노출 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 전복 치패(평균 체중 ± SE: 6.0 ± 0.00 g) 1,080마리를 18개의 100-L 네트 케이지에 각각 60마리씩 수용하였다. 총 5종류의 실험사료를 준비하였으며, 20%의 미역을 첨가하여 제조한 대조구 사료(Con), Con 사료내 미역을 양파착즙 부산물로 각각 25, 50, 75, 100% 대체한 OEB25, OEB50, OEB75, OEB100 사료와 자연산 먹이인 건조 미역(Undaria)을 준비하였으며, 실험구는 3반복을 두었다. 먹이는 전복 전체중의 1.5%−2.5% 수준으로 1일 1회 충분히 공급하였으며, 총 16주간 공급하였다. 16주간의 사육실험 종료 후 전복을 24시간 동안 공기중 노출 시킨 후 4일간 누적 폐사율을 관찰하였다. 16주간의 사육실험 결과, 전복의 생존율은 86.1% 이상으로 나타났다. 증체량(weight gain) 및 일일성장률(specific growth rate, SGR)은 모든 전복용 배합사료 공급구에서 미역 공급구보다 우수하게 나타났고, OEB50 사료 공급구에서 가장 높은 성장률이 나타났으며 다음으로는 OEB75, OBE25, Con, OEB100 사료 순서로 높은 성장률이 나타났다. 사육실험 종료시 생존한 전복의 각장, 각폭 및 가식부 무게는 전복의 성장 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다. 전복의 가식부 일반성분 분석 결과 모든 실험구간에 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 전복을 24시간 공기 중 노출 시킨 후 생존율을 관찰한 결과 미역을 양파착즙 부산물로 대체한 모든 배합사료 공급구에서 미역과 Con 사료 공급구 보다 높은 생존율이 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 고려할 때 까막전복용 배합사료내 미역을 20% 첨가시 양파착즙 부산물로 75%까지 대체 가능하며, 배합사료내 미역의 50%를 양파착즙 부산물로 대체시 전복의 성장 향상에 효과적인 것으로 보인다.

      • Structure and Magnetic Properties of Oxygen Pressure Induced Sr_(1.5)La_(0.5)Cu_(0.5)Ti_(0.5)O_(4-δ)(0.0≤δ≤0.25)

        Sr1.5La0.5Cu0.5Ti0.5O4-d (0.0 ≤d ≤0.25) was investigated to isolate trivalent state of Cu in an oxygen lattice. Sr1.5La0.5Cu0.5Ti0.5O4, which is free from CuII, was successfully prepared under 1.5 kbar of oxygen pressure. Structure refinements using X-ray and neutron diffraction patterns gave an evidence for a partial ordering between the Cu and Ti atoms in the ab-plane of Sr1.5La0.5Cu0.5Ti0.5O3.75 (d = 0.25). In contrast, no clear evidence for long-range ordering was given in Sr1.5La0.5Cu0.5Ti0.5O3.82 of high CuIII component. The oxygen vacancies were preferentially induced in the in-plane sites rather than the apical sites of (Cu,Ti)O6 octahedra for all materials of different d values. The magnetic susceptibilities of materials prepared under N2 or O2 flowing condition obeyed a Curie-Weiss law while the oxygen pressure treated ones showed no constant magnetic moment; a gradual increase of the magnetic moment was observed upon increasing temperature. Moreover, an isotropic signal (g = 2.13, DH = 251 G) arising from CuIII was observed in ESR spectra of pressure treated materials. On the basis of Rietveld refinements of neutron diffraction data, iodometric titrations, magnetic susceptibility measurements, and pressure dependent ESR studies of Sr1.5La0.5Cu0.5Ti0.5O4-d, it is proposed that this isotropic signal be attributed to the high-spin state of CuIII (S = 1). Such a result is one of rare examples of the high-spin CuIII stabilized in copper-rich oxide.

        Human beings are embedded in the desire to fly the sky a long time. Eventually, human arrived the dreams of flying the development of aircraft, and the growth in industries and high tech development in present new aircraft. Korea army have used many aircraft for purpose of national defense. Army used UH-1H helicopter was performed military mission for 40years. However, UH-1H had become old and weak , so korea military wants a new helicopter. Hence, the Korea military planned and make KHP(Korean Helicopter Program) to deteriorated new model and developed KUH-1 for 6years development. paid 1.3 trillion won. KUH-1 has installed with HUMS equipment which enhances the collects system Usage and health Data that have advantages such as decreasing parts, components fault rate, increase flight mission time, providing economic effect. KUH-1 HUMS has also given safety fly and reduce accident rate. This points brings up operator and maintenance persons and helps their missions perfectly. Health Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) collects the vibration data about important systems as engine, transmission, rotor system etc. And helicopter's components on so that feel part wear and analysis of defects progressive , or shows of them, is possible. On-board processing unit is stored data from sensors and other system on Memory Card. For analysis, the memory card is stored after that day flight mission data and maintenance purpose analysis is able then be done a computer. These HUMS were invented first deployed in 1990s as a response to the relatively poor continuing airworthiness record for safety. Basic HUMS system have sensors, attached throughout the airframe and its parts, which are transferred to a main computer with a data collecting and storage. Trends monitoring as in the recorded data is very important. It is performed system specialists to study and determined whether the aircraft has developed system faults that require rectification. Basically, HUMS collects any usage parameters that ground operation, take off, hover, cruise, landings, engine operations, as well as a small vibrations of engines and power train system(transmission), rotor system's health data. Most present systems monitor helicopter health of significant vibration and high spinning parts as engines, shafts, main gear boxes, cooling fans, rotor systems and other parts. Operational contents of event is showed the trends line can perfectly be analysed and Maintenance persons can be performed condition based maintenance. The HUMS processing unit allows that analysis data acquired to be collects onboard the aircraft after then detail part with a ground station and the systems allow it be sent, whilst the helicopter was cruise flight, thru internet communications to operator. This systems can be configured automatically make period report emergency, urgent situations to manufacturer or operator and specialist from any where. I want to contribute to development of aviation safety as thesis.

      • 燃燒機 內의 幕冷却에 關한 實驗的 硏究

        Experiments on film cooling were performed with a small scale rocket engine burning liquid oxygen(LOx) and Jet A-1(jet engine fuel). Four special film cooling injector were fabricated to introduce the film coolant into the chamber. Film coolants(Jet A-1 and water) were injected through the film cooling injector. Film cooled length and the outside wall temperature of the combustor were determined for the various mixture ratio, chamber pressure, and the different geometries(the number, injection angle and diameter of tangential orifice) with the flow rates of film coolant. The loss in characteristic velocity due to film cooling was determined for the case of film cooling with water and Jet A-1. 1. Combustion chamber can be cooled all alike through tangential swirl injection of the coolants. 2. As the coolant flow increase, the outside wall temperatures decreases but the decrease in the outside wall temperatures reduced over 8% percent film coolant flow rate. As the film cooling system installed in the nozzle entrance, the outside wall temperatures at the throat decreased more than the middle of combustion chamber. 3. As the given combustion chamber is fully cooled, the outside wall temperatures of the combustor was independent of chamber pressure but those at the nozzle throat increased with chamber pressure. Film cooled length depend on the combustion gas temperature. 4. The outside wall temperatures increased with the overall mixture ratio(1.4~1.8), but film cooled length decreased. 5. The experiments indicated that the efficiency of characteristic velocity was decreased with the film coolant flow rate. Over 9% percent film coolant flow rate, characteristic velocity was close to that without film cooling. 6. When the number and the diameter of the tangential orifices in the film cooling injector is decided, the pressure drops through the tangential orifices should be considered. 7. To design film cooling system, 1) film coolants should be injected into combustion chamber in a tangential direction with respect to the circumference of the combustion chamber, 2) film coolant flow rate should be decided with the diameter and length of combustion chamber, and 3) the number and the diameter of the tangential orifices in the film cooling injector should be decided to have about 0.4 MPa pressure drop through the tangential orifices. The results in this study are helpful to design the film cooling system of real liquid combustor. Futhermore, experimental data are needed for the case where regenerative cooling is combined with film cooling.

        Primitivism is not only mysterious thing itself, but also awakens modern civilized man to the deep power and fundamental sence. Although primivism is developed by the incivilized man, but it gives something to think about to modern civilized one. Because of the new tendenty of fine arts which made at the beginning of the twentieth century, modern art has extreme concept and metaphor in it causing great difficulty in interpreting it. In this reason, understanding the origin of the primitivism and modern arts and the study of the quickening period of the modern art to understand modern art will be meaningful. Therefore, this study intended to know the meaning of liveliness and purity which the primitive art has, to look at modern plastic property caused by the primitivism, and to know the tendenty and the characterastics of the modern arts in the sense of deep understanding of it. The interesting thing in primitivism is the abstract and symbolic expression. This is developed in the primitive trives' incantary belief and totem. The contunuous change of outside development caused the chaos of idea, which made them long for harmony and unity. This developed into abstraction and symbolism with decorating and transformed molding. Modern artists found out this tribe art and fascinated by it. Thus the new revolution was made and that is from realism to style which is based on the concept. The characterastics of modern scrupture at the early of twentieth century were the abstraction and the symbolism expressed by simplicity and sign. The abstract expression of modern scrupture with strong, tough and new sensitivity was originated from the deep looted mental state of a man which can be seen in the primitivism. It was the state of uneasiness and fear for the inlimited space. This theme of fear and uneasiness had a great power ofter the World War II and made abstract expression developed. This was caused by uneasiness when the World War II is threatening the whole world. The abstraction was just the risks which threatened the ruin of the whole world. And this effort has no object and is not natural. Thus it is abstract. Abstraction was not the way to make what was rare or strange, but the way to express the modern artists' strong will to get something from the future. Before and after the World War II art changed on its primitivism and obget. The abstractly expressionism prefered more broad primirivism, and it emphasized on the spirit in the sense of mythodology and mysetery. As a result of it they found out the adbanced way of expression with different abstraction from the tribe style. However, natural and diverse form, rationality, condensation, incantation, symbolism, simplicity, crystallization gave moden scruptor endless source of form. Moreover the abstraction, sprituality, space, and materiality expanded and the modern scruptors' spirit of art made a new style. Consequestly primitive art did an initial explosive role in the development modern art. Furthermore it will last lively in this consetently changing modern art and develop its own field of expression.

      • 박생광 작품에 나타난 민화적 특징 분석 연구 : 1977∼1985년 작품을 중심으로

        박생광은 우리 전통의 무속·불교·설화·민화·역사 등을 제재로 삼아 작품 속에 표현하였으며 특히 민화적 기법을 자신만의 독특한 화풍으로 발전시킨 한국을 대표하는 작가이다. 현대의 많은 작가들은 전통 제재 가운데에서도 특히 민화의 조형적 특징을 평면회화에 활용함으로써 전통문화를 계승하고 있는 가운데, 민화에 대한 관심이 더욱 증폭됨에 따라 정규대학 과정을 거친 화가들이 동양적이고 한국적인 정신세계의 원형으로 민화를 차용하여 작업하고 있다. 그러나 이처럼 민화를 활용하여 현대화하는 작가는 많지만 민화가 모방에 의해 확산된 회화영역이라는 점에 폄하하고 있으며 따라서 자신의 작품세계에 대한 정신적 세계를 구축하지 못한 채 이미지 차용에만 그치고 있는 실정이다. 민화 차용에 대한 문제점이 인식되었을 때, 1970년대부터 활발하게 한국적 소재의 추구와 함께 독창적 작품세계를 이루어낸 박생광을 주목하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 박생광의 작품 특징을 분석해 전통의 올바른 계승을 다음과 같이 드러내고자 한다. 2장에서는 박생광의 생애와 민화적 작품이 나타나게 된 배경을 살펴보았다. 일본 유학시절의 신일본풍화의 영향을 받은 과정과 대표작품의 특징을 살펴보았고, 박생광의 작품 경향의 변화된 양상을 구분하였다. 특히 박생광의 작품에서 민화적 특징이 뚜렷하게 나타나기 시작한 1977년부터 1985년까지의 시기를 중점적으로 살펴보았다. 3장에서는 박생광의 작품 중 1977년부터 1985년까지의 한국적 특징이 크게 나타난 작품을 선별하여 조형적 특징을 구체적으로 분석하였다. 먼저 작품의 소재별로 나누어 무속적 소재, 불교적 소재, 민속적 소재, 역사적 소재를 중심으로 조형적 특징을 도출하였다. 또한 박생광의 대표작을 분석을 통하여 소재와 민화에서의 연관성을 도출하였다. 그리고 공간 구성 면에서 역원근법과 다시점, 시·공간 동시성, 대칭구도 등으로 분류하여 민화의 조형원리에 영향을 받은 박생광 작품과 비교하면서 그 특징을 분석하였다. 그 밖에는 박생광의 작품에서 나타난 색채적 특징이라 할 수 있는 오방색의 사용, 색채의 평면적 구성, 주황색선으로 구획화한 것 등을 민화와 연관시켜 분석하였다. 4장에서 앞에서 분석한 내용을 토대로 박생광이 한국 미술사에 미친 영향과 의의를 도출하였다. 핵심 내용을 정리하면 박생광 작품에 나타난 민화적 특징으로 소재활용 면에서 무속적 소재, 불교적 소재, 민속적 소재, 역사적 소재를 활용하였다. 민화적 공간 구성을 활용한 조형적 특징은 역원근법과 다시점, 시·공간의 동시성, 대칭구도 등을 들 수 있다. 민화적 색채 활용으로는 오방색, 색채의 평면적 구성, 주황색선으로 구획화한 것 등을 들 수 있다. 끝으로 박생광은 민화의 차용에 있어 한국의 전통 미의식 반영하여 현대화하였고 나아가 민화의 소재를 개성적인 화풍으로 재해석하였다. 또한 전통 민화 중 불모지와 같았던 종교적 소재와 역사적 소재를 현대적으로 작품화시켜 새로운 장르를 개척하였다. 그의 민화적 특징을 활용한 작품은 민화를 차용하여 작품을 하는 현대의 많은 작가들에게 전통문화의 계승의 올바른 예시를 제공해 주어 귀감이 되었다고 본다. Park Saeng Kwang is a representative artist of Korea who expressed in his works our country's traditional shamanism, Buddhism, fables, folkpaintings, and history as ingredients, and is especially known for transforming commoners' techniques into his own unique style. In the current situation where many writers inherit traditional culture by using especially the formative characteristics of folk paintings out of all traditional elements, artists who went through regular university increasingly work by borrowing folk paintings as a prototype of mental world that is Oriental and Korean. However, even though a lot of writers modernize folk paintings, they are denigrated in that the folk painting is an extended painting territory through imitation, and thus it is only borrowed as an image instead of being assimilated into the world of artworks. Park taeng Kwang gained a lot of attention from the 1970s, when the problem of borrowing folk paintings was recognized, due to his pursuit of Korean elements and a unique w orld of artworks. As such, this study will try to examine the correct inheritance and analyze the traits of Park Saeng Kwang's works. In Chapter 2, we examined the life of Park Saeng Kwang and the background why he became interested in folk paintings. We examined his representative works and the process in which he was affected by the new Japanese painting style during his time abroad in Japan, separating the changed aspect from the trend of his works. We especially focused on 1997 to 1985, when Park Saeng Kwang's works showed clear folk painting characteristics. In Chapter 3, we selected works from 1977 to 1985 that especially showed Korean characteristics and analyzed their formative aspect closely. First, we divided the works according to their subject matter into shamanistic, Buddhist, folk, and historical materials, deducting the formative characteristics. Also, by analyzing Park Saeng Kwang's representative works, we deducted the correlation between the subject matter and folk paintings. From the point of view of construction of space we classified them into inverse perspective, multi-view, simultaneity in time and space, and symmetrical composition, comparing them to Park Saeng Kwang's works that were affected by the formative principles of folk paintings to analyze the characteristics. Besides, we also analyzed the color characteristics in Park Saeng Kwang's works, such as the use of five cardinal colors, plane structure of colors, and compartmentalizing using the color orange by connecting them with folk paintings. In Chapter 4, referring to the previously analyzed contents, we drew Park Saeng Kwang's influence on Korean art history and implications. If we organize the key points, Park Saeng Kwang's works showed folk painting characteristics and used shamanistic, Buddhist, folk, and historical materials. The formative characteristics of using construction of space in folk painting include inverse perspective, simultaneity in time and space, and symmetrical composition. As for the use of folk painting colors, the use of five cardinal colors, plane structure of colors, and compartmentalizing using the color orange can be mentioned. Finally, Park Saeng Kwang, modernized the borrowed folk paintings by applying Korea's traditional consciousness of beauty and reinterpreted them into his individual painting style. Also he opened a new genre by modernizing traditional folk paintings that deal with religious and historical materials, which was unexplored field. Park Saeng Kwang, who used the characteristics of folk painting in his works, becomes a model to the modern artists who are borrowing folk paintings by showing a correct way of inheriting traditional culture.
