      • 창업교육프로그램의 현황 및 개선방안

        본 연구의 목적은 새로운 창업교육프로그램 모델을 개발하고 창업대학원에 적용시켜 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 국내학자들의 창업교육에 대한 선행연구와 국외학자들의 창업교육에 대한 관점을 검토하였다. 미국의 창업교육대학원과 일본의 창업교육대학원의 교육프로그램을 분석하여 새로운 창업교육프로그램의 모델을 개발하였다. 새로운 창업교육프로그램 모델은 창업교육의 범위를 정의하고 교육체계 및 실천전략을 제시하였으며, 이를 창업대학원에 적용하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 창업교육프로그램의 적용범위는 창업가가 창업을 결심한 순간부터 초기성장단계까지이며, 기업성장에 따라 발생 가능한 문제에 대처하고 기업을 성장시키는데 필요한 지식을 학습시켜야 하며, 창업기업의 성장단계에 따라 교과과정을 편성하여야 한다. 먼저 기초적인 이론학습 뿐만 아니라 창업가 개인의 자질을 향상시키기 위한 교육을 실시해야 하며 기업의 성장단계에 따라 기업가에게 요구되는 행동특성 및 경영지식이 달라진다는 것을 인식하고 단계에 따라서 교과목을 세분화 하거나 심화된 교육을 실시해야 한다. 둘째, 창업교육프로그램은 다양한 전문가과정 및 분야별 교육프로그램을 운영하고 개설교과목을 다양화함으로써 학생들의 학습욕구를 충족하고 수요자중심의 교육을 실현할 수 있어야 하며 학생들의 수준차를 인식하고 선이수 교과목을 수강하도록 함으로써 학생들의 수준차를 최소화해야 한다. 셋째, 창업교육에서는 사례교육 및 체험교육을 강조하여 교육을 실시해야 한다. 그러기 위해서는 기존의 단편적이고 일회성이 강한 현장실습 및 체험학습의 교육시간을 지속화․장기화하여 학생들이 기업을 이해하고 컨설팅까지 겸할 수 있는 기회를 제공하는 것이 교육효과를 배가시킬 수 있는 방안일 것이다. 넷째, 그 외에도 창업교육의 효과를 배가시키기 위해 대학에서 글로벌학습, 경진대회, 포럼 및 네트워크강화에도 많은 노력을 구해야 할 것이다. 창업대학원도 창업교육의 효과를 증대시키기 위해 창업교육프로그램 개발 등 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 창업대학원의 사례를 통해 조사해 본 결과 사례대학의 교육과정은 개발된 창업교육프로그램의 모델에 유사하게 교과과정이 구성되어 있으며, 강조되는 학습부분도 많은 부분 실천되고 있다. 그러나, 창업기업의 단계에 따른 교과목 구성이나 전문가 양성과정, 체험학습의 강화 등 보완되어야 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 창업교육프로그램의 개발에 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있으며 특정 목적에 합당하게 체계화된 교과과정을 개발하는데 적용시킬 수 있는 통찰력을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 교육기관의 교육목적 및 교육대상에 따라 세부교과목은 변경되어야 할 것이다. The objective of this study is to develop new entrepreneurship education program and to enhance the program by applying new program. First, this paper examined domestic studies for preceding research on entrepreneurship education, and did foreign studies as theoretical background based on the examination. And this paper drew new models for entrepreneurship education program by analyzing education program from American and Japanese graduate school of entrepreneurship. The model of entrepreneurship education program was drawn by theoretical range, educational system and practical model, and presented reform measures by applying that on the Graduate School of Entrepreneurship. The range of entrepreneurship education program is defined from the moment when an entrepreneur decided to his entrepreneurship to initial growth stage, and should educate specific knowledge required to the development of companies and measures against potential problems on the way to growth it. An entrepreneurship training program should be organized curriculum by the growth stages of company. First, as well as basic theory should bd conducted, the training program is supposed to be conducted entrepreneurs' abilities. Second, entrepreneurship education program has to be the demand-oriented. Third, case studies should be performed at entrepreneurship training. And then, the trainees can have enhances to understand companies. Moreover, to redouble the effect of entrepreneurship education, universities should make efforts to have global training courses and networks. Graduate school of entrepreneurship also strive to increase the effect of entrepreneurship program. As a result of review the graduate school of entrepreneurship, most of curriculums were similar each other. As a result, this study propose a few general guidelines for entrepreneurship education program. But it supposed to be changed by the educational objects, or the trainees.

      • 중소기업의 지식통합과 연구개발역량이 기술사업화성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        The purpose of this study is to effectively achieve technology commercialization in SMEs and to explore factors that increase technology commercialization performance. In this study, the relationship between knowledge integration, R&D capability, technology commercialization capability, technology commercialization performance, and external environmental turbulence was analyzed. For the empirical analysis of the study, a survey was conducted on employees of SMEs in Korea, and the sample characteristics were analyzed through frequency analysis using SPSS 25, and reliability, validity, research model, and research hypothesis were verified using Smart PLS 3.0 As a result of the study, first, it was found that knowledge integration has an effect on technology commercialization capabilities (commercialization speed, market scope, and breadth of technology). Second, it was found that R&D capacity has an effect on technology commercialization capacity (commercialization speed, market scope, breadth of technology). Third, technology commercialization capacity (commercialization speed, market scope, technology breadth) was found to have an effect on technology commercialization performance. Fourth, external environmental turbulence (market turbulence, technological turbulence) was found to have an effect on technology commercialization performance. Fifth, the market turbulence of external environmental was found to strengthen the influence between the market scope of technology commercialization capability and the commercialization of technology business. technological turbulence was found to have no moderating effect between technology breadth and technology commercialization performance. These results suggest the following theoretical implications. First, a comprehensive analysis of researches on the effect of knowledge-based theory, knowledge integration, and resource-based technology commercialization capability and R&D capability on corporate performance was established to lay the foundation for future research. Second, the influence of knowledge integration from the knowledge-based perspective and R&D capability from the resource-based viewpoint was analyzed on technology commercialization capability, and the external environment turbulence was dealt with as a resource dependence theory between technology commercialization capability and technology commercialization performance. Contributed to broadening the scope of research by researching based on various perspectives that can affect technology commercialization Third, as the commercialization speed, market scope, and breadth of technology were defined as technology commercialization capabilities and research progressed, technology commercialization capabilities were prepared as a starting point for empirical analysis from various perspectives. Fourth, in the research on technology commercialization performance, studies showing the moderating effect on performance were insufficient. In this study, the moderating effect of capability and performance was examined, and it is meaningful that it was confirmed that the market environment has more influence than the technology environment in the performance of technology commercialization. As above, conclusions were discussed and academic and practical implications and directions for follow-up research were also presented.
