      • Teaching Tank를 이용한 중학교 화학탐구실험수업이 학업성취도와 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 Teaching Tank라는 새로운 도구를 이용한 탐구실험을 통해 학생들의 학업성취도 향상과 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위하여 중학교 2학년 118명을 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나누어 실험집단에는 Teaching Tank를 이용한 탐구실험을 하도록 하였고 실험 후 설문조사를 통해 학생들의 변화와 의견을 알아보았으며, 통제집단에는 일반적인 실험을 실시하였다. 그리고 실험집단과 통제집단 모두에게 과학과 관련된 태도 검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 Teaching Tank를 이용한 탐구실험이 실험집단 학생들의 학업성취도 향상에 영향을 주었고, 실험 후 실시한 설문조사 결과에 의하면 학생들의 학습태도의 변화나 흥미, 호기심을 이끌어 내는데 Teaching Tank가 도움이 되었다고 하였다. 그리고 Teaching Tank가 과학과 관련된 태도의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났으므로 Teaching Tank를 이용한 탐구실험이 학생들의 정의적 영역에 영향을 주었다. 따라서 Teaching Tank를 이용한 탐구실험을 다른 분야까지 영역을 넓혀 더 많이 개발하고 적용한다면 학생들의 학업성취도 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이며, 더 나아가 다양한 도구를 개발하여 탐구실험수업에 투입한다면 학생들의 학습태도 변화를 포함 과학과 관련된 태도의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다.

      • 튀김유 종류에 따른 약과의 품질 특성

        This study aims to examine the effects of different types of frying oil on the storage and quality properties of yakgwa as follows oil absorption, soak syrup absorption rate, expansion rate, color, moisture content, fat content, rancidity, rheological properties, viable cell count, and a sensory evaluation. The oil absorption of yakgwa fried with different types of oil was in the range of 19.02% – 19.75%, displaying no difference according to the type of frying oil. As for the syrup absorption rate, yakgwa fried with rice bran oil showed the highest absorption rate of 54.61%. As for the expansion rate, yakgwa fried with corn oil showed the highest expansion rate in width and length while yakgwa fried with rice bran oil showed the highest expansion rate in height and overall expansion rate. The color was measured for five weeks while the yakgwa was stored. 0 day of storage, the lightness was the highest in yakgwa fried with soybean oil and the lowest in yakgwa fried with grapeseed oil. The lightness in color showed a tendency to lighten as the storage period passed. With regard to redness, no difference was found according to the type of frying oil and the storage period. Yellowness was the highest in yakgwa fried with soybean oil and the lowest in yakgwa fried with grapeseed oil. No constant tendency was found as the storage period passed. The difference in color between 0 day and Week 5 of storage was recognizable. 0 day of storage, the moisture content of yakgwa was in the range of 5.37% – 7.36%, showing no difference according to the type of frying oil and the storage period. The fat content was in the range of 17.41% – 18.91%, showing similar values regardless of the type of frying oil. The acid value and peroxide value were measured to examine rancidity. In Week 0 of storage, the acid value was the lowest at 0.24 in yakgwa fried with soybean oil and the highest at 0.36 in yakgwa fried with rice bran oil. The peroxide value showed a tendency to increase as the storage period passed, and the yakgwa fried with rice bran oil displayed a slight increase in the peroxide value. In Week 5 of storage, the yakgwa packed with free oxygen scavenger showed acidity values in the range of 0.44 – 0.47, while the yakgwa packed without them showed acidity values in the range of 0.43 – 0.54. The peroxide values were lower and increased less in the case of the yakgwa fried with rice bran oil compared to when other types of frying oil were used. As the storage period passed, the peroxide values increased less in the yakgwa packed with free oxygen scavenger than the yakgwa packed without them. To examine rheological properties, yakgwa before and after being dipped into syrup and completed yakgwa were stored for five weeks to measure hardness, adhesiveness, cohesiveness, chewiness, and resilience. These properties were measured at one-week intervals during the five week storage period. There was little difference in rheological properties between the yakgwa before being dipped into syrup and the yakgwa after being dipped into syrup. Yakgwa after being dipped into syrup displayed higher hardness and adhesiveness and lower chewiness and resilience. During the storage period, hardness was the highest in yakgwa fried with grapeseed oil and the lowest in yakgwa fried with rice bran oil. Cohesiveness displayed similar values regardless of the type of frying oil. Chewiness was the highest in yakgwa fried with corn oil and the lowest in yakgwa fried with canola oil. No difference was found in resilience according to the type of frying oil. Hardness and chewiness displayed a tendency to increase, while adhesiveness and resilience showed tendencies to decrease as the storage period passed. No constant tendency was found with respect to cohesiveness. To examine viable count, general bacteria, coliform bacteria, yeast, and mold were measured. The general bacteria count was 1.50×102-4.07×102 CFU/g from 0 day to Week 5 of storage, displaying no difference according to the storage period and the type of frying oil. The sample group packed without free oxygen scavenger had a larger bacterial count than the sample group packed with them. No coliform bacteria were detected in all samples. Yeast and mold tended to increase as the storage period passed, and the yakgwa packed without free oxygen scavenger had a yeast and mold count that was 10 times larger than that of the yakgwa packed without them. A preference evaluation was performed for a sensory evaluation. In terms of appearance, yakgwa fried with canola oil was the most preferred. In terms of color, the most preferred yakgwa was fried with rice bran oil; in terms of flavor, it was fried with soybean oil; in terms of hardness, it was fried with rice bran oil; in terms of adhesiveness and chewiness, it was fried with grapeseed oil; in terms of sweet, nutty, and oily tastes and overall preference, it was fried with rice bran oil. The results of the principal component analysis (PCA) of the sensory evaluation and rheological properties show that the overall preference is affected by hardness, chewiness, and oily taste. The findings demonstrate that the yakgwa fried with grapeseed oil and rice bran oil is preferred. Based on the results of the rancidity, viable count measurement, and the sensory evaluation, it can be suggested that the yakgwa for export to the Halal region be fried with rice bran oil and packed with free oxygen scavenger for better storability and product quality.

        ABSTRACT A Study on Depression, Abuse Experience and Suicidal Ideation of Hospitalized Elderly in a General Hospital Lee Kyeong Mi Advisor: Prof. Kim In-Sook, Ph.D. Department of Nursing Graduate School of Chosun University Purpose: the research was to investigate relationships among depression, abuse and suicidal intention of the elderly in a general hospital. Method: The data had collected from the 163 aged hospitalized in a general hospital in jeongup from Mar 11th, 2011 to Apr 4st, 2011 by using structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was composed of overall 66 items: general characteristics(10 items), depression(15 items), abuse(36 items) and suicidal intention(5 items). Collected data was analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation and Stepwise multiple regression. Results: Depression, abuse and suicidal intention level of a subject group were a score of 8.40(SD=4.14), 1.50(SD=3.60) and 7.59(SD=2.60). As a result of analyzing suicidal intention level based on general characteristics of subjects, significant differences were found in gender(F=-4.27, p<.001), academic background(F=8.21, p<.001), marriage status(F=-3.76, p<.001), family members(F=8.68, p<.001), subjective economical status(F=15.65, p<.001), family relationship(F=7.40, p<.001) and subjective health condition(F=23.57, p<.001). A significant static interrelationship was found in both between suicidal intention and abuse(r=.36, p<.001) and between depression and suicidal intention(r=.65, p<.001). Depression of subjects explains 42% of suicidal intention, 45% including abuse experience and 48% including subjective health condition. Conclusion: Depression and abuse experience of the aged were confirmed to be important influential factors for suicidal intention. Therefore, the research was considered to be fruitful.

      • 패밀리레스토랑의 방문 시간과 방문자 특성에 따른 대기수용정도의 차이 연구

        패밀리레스토랑에 고객이 방문했을 때 기다려야 하는 상황은 발생할 수밖에 없으며 고객이 이를 수용하는 정도는 여러 요인에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구는 방문 시간과 동반자의 특성에 따라 패밀리레스토랑 방문 고객의 대기수용 정도에 차이가 나는지 보았다. 시나리오 기법을 이용해 수집한 자료를 분석한 결과 대기할 가능성이 높다고 생각하는 시간에 패밀리 레스토랑을 방문한 고객이, 대기할 가능성이 낮다고 생각한 시간에 방문한 고객에 비해 더 오래 기다릴 의사가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또, 이성 동반자과 방문한 경우가 동성 동반자와 방문한 경우보다 더 오래 기다릴 의향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 레스토랑 방문 고객의 대기수용 정도가 상황에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 밝혔다는 의의가 있다. 또, 패밀리 레스토랑 경영자는 이 결과를 이용해 시간대별, 방문자 특성별로 더 효과적인 대기 관리 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다. When a customer visits a family restaurant, there are situations where a customer has to wait, and the extent to which the customer accepts it depends on many factors. The purpose of this study was to find out the differences in the waiting acceptance of family restaurant customers according to visiting time and characteristics of their companions. Analysis of collected data using scenario technique showed that customers who visited family restaurants at a time when they thought it was likely to wait were more likely to wait longer than those who thought they were less likely to wait. In addition, it was also found that those who visited with a companion of the opposite gender were willing to wait longer than those who visited with same gender. This result implies that the waiting acceptance of the restaurant customer can be changed depending on the situation. Furthermore, the results will allow the manager of the family restaurant to develop more effective waiting time management strategy according to time zone and customer characteristics.

      • 활동 중심 스토리텔링 수업이 어휘력 및 정의적 영역에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of the Activity-based Storytelling on vocabulary ability and affective domain of elementary school students with different proficiency levels. To attain the aforementioned objectives, the following research questions were proposed: 1) What effects are the Active-based Storytelling on vocabulary ability of students with different levels? 2) What effects are the Active-based Storytelling on affective domain of students with different levels? For the purpose of the study, the research was carried out with 5 third graders in an after-school program for 18 periods over nine weeks. Children's worksheets, questionnaires, self-checklists and comments on the lesson, interviews, teacher's field notes, the videos and transcriptions of lessons were used as sources of qualitative data analysis. Another instrument is a vocabulary speaking test for 1 min to analyze the enhancement of children's communicative abilities. The findings of this study are as follows: First, the Activity-based Storytelling lead to a learner-centered classroom through physical and sensory activities like TPR and role-play. In addition, it can offer a chance for slower learners to be involved and to express themselves in a non-threatening manner. Students can get less anxiety and stress through the class activities. This means that the Activity-based Storytelling approach has a positive effect on students' affective domain. Second, the Activity-based Storytelling classes helped students improve their vocabulary. Especially, students who had little interest and low grade in English made more significant achievements. In conclusion, Activity-based Storytelling is one of the most effective teaching methods for beginners and slower learners in English. It has contributed to the improvement of students' English proficiency and has positively influenced students' affective domain. Therefore, the Activity-based Storytelling is regarded as an effective way to improve their English performance. The result of this study leads to the following suggestions: First, it is necessary for students to be taught oral language and written language intergratively. Second, teachers should use various methods of storytelling in order to keep high interest in English stories. Third, various Activity-based Storytelling materials with which students experience and study English need to be developed and distributed.

      • 감성마케팅으로 인한 TV광고 변천 연구 : 1997년부터 ~ 2006년까지

        현대 사회는 하루가 다르게 복잡하고 다양하게 변모하고 있으며 이에 따라 정확하고 빠른 정보수집이 중요시 되고 있다. 다매체 다채널 시대에서 신뢰할 만한 정보를 선택하기 위해서는 다양한 접근과 구체적 노력이 필요하게 되었다. 과거와 달리 현재 상황에서 광고의 중요성이 더욱 부각되는 이유는 이미 제품이 가지고 있는 품질이나 기술력은 비슷한 수준에 왔고, 소비자들은 더 이상 제품자체의 차별화에는 큰 관심을 두지 않기 때문이다. 감성광고는 소비자의 감성과 마음을 사로 잡을 수 있는 무의식 중에 소비자를 기업과 상품에 연결시켜 줄 수 있는 감성적 표현이 한 방법이다. 감성적 광고에는 인간적인 특성과 감성적인 가치가 있어야 하며, 또한 사람들의 마음을 사로잡는 이미지를 통해 그 제품과 기업의 문화를 표현하는 개성을 가지고 있어야 한다. 하지만 오늘날 광고시장은 과잉공급으로 인해 상품이나 서비스를 구매하도록 소비자를 설득하기란 쉽지 않게 되었다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문의 목적은 오늘날 소비자들을 보다 깊고 감성적 수준으로 끌어 들일 수 이는 설득력 있는 커뮤니케이션의 한 방법으로 ‘TV광고의 감성적 표현이 브랜드의 차별화를 위해 매우 효과적이다’라는 전제를 두고 감성마케팅 중심으로 TV광고의 사례를 알아보고 문제점을 지적, 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 소비자에게 소구하려는 광고는 그 정도가 지나치거나 대상 광고의 목적과 맞지 않을 경우, 역 효과를 가져올 수 있게 된다. 즉, 광고 태도의 측면에서는 좋은 효과를 얻을 수 있으나, 브랜드를 기억하지 못하는 등 광고의 궁극적 목표인 구매행위로 이어지지는 않을 수 있다. 이를 위해 감성마케팅의 이론적 배경인 개념과 특성을 알아보고, 현재 감성마케팅을 바탕으로 광고 되고 있는 사례 분석을 실시한다. 이를 토대로 TV광고에 사용되고 있는 감성마케팅의 현황을 살펴보고 문제점을 제시한 후 개선 방향을 찾아본다. 여기서 광고의 사례는 1997년부터 2006년까지 10년 동안 한국광고단체연합회에서 주관한 대한민국광고대상(한국방송광고대상 포함)에서 수상한 10개의 감성광고 중에서 감성자극을 적절히 사용하여 메시지 전달에 있어 전달력이 높다고 평가된 것을 중심으로 선정한다. 분석된 광고물들을 총론적으로 살펴본 결과 감성광고를 이용한 광고는 소비자의 감성에 호소하는 광고로서 수용자로 하여금 광고의 주목성과 호감도를 높이는 동시에 전달하고자 하는 광고 메시지를 부각시킨다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 감성광고에서 사용되는 감성자극 메시지를 분석함으로써 단순히 시각적 자극의 놀라움 보다는 마음속으로 자극하고, 구매자극으로 이어지는 광고를 제작하여야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 결국 새로움의 선택과 공감의 표현, 제품기술과 새로운 문화의 자극 등으로 소비자에게 다가 설 수 있다는 문제를 해결했다. Day by day the present age has changed complicatedly and variously, so it lays emphasis on correct and quick information gathering. But to select the trustworthy information above the huge amount of information, it is necessary to find a diverse approach and concrete effort. Not like before, the main reason why importance of advertisement brings into relief is because products are similar in quality and technology, and consumers are no longer interested in product differentiation. Emotion advertisement is a method while consumers are unconscious; it connects them to the company and their manufactured products in a emotional way. Emotion advertisement involves a characteristic of human, sensual value, and individual characters to express the culture of company and products through the fascinated image. These days , however, it is difficult to persuade consumers to purchase their goods and service because the advertisement markets are oversupplied. Huge amounts of products compete with each other for capturing the attention of consumers’ mind, and advertisements stimulate the consumer’s sensibility in an unique and provocative way. At this point of time, this study understands the TV advertisement examples, catches up the controversial points and suggests the improvements on the assumption that sensual expression of TV advertisement is very effective to the product differentiation. we study theoretical backgrounds and analyze the examples of sensual advertisement. we study fundamental notions and materiality. we analyze the Emotion marketing and trends of TV advertisement. And we analyze the social influences of TV advertisement so that we find out how Emotion marketing’s change influences TV advertisement’s change. we study the present condition of Emotion marketing, catches up the controversial points and suggests the improvements. On this study, we exam the emotional advertisements from 1997 until now which evaluate the high communication ability. We find that advertisements using emotional methods appeal consumers’ mind and they can concentrate on consumers’ attention and favorable impression. On the other hands, we find that emotional advertisements have reverse effects when they are not corresponding with their own purpose. In fact, they have good effects on advertisement behaviors but they don’t lead consumers to purchase their products as a main goal. We find out that not just visual stimulus but emotional impression can lead consumers to buy manufactured products, especially new selection, sympathy expression, technology and new cultural impression can lead consumers to do.

      • 수용적 부모양육태도와 분노조절의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 인지정서조절전략의 매개효과

        본 연구에서는 수용적 부모양육태도와 분노조절관계의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 인지정서조절전략의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 인천광역시 소재의 초등학교에 재학 중인 5, 6학년 남․여 학생 397명을 대상으로 수용적 부모양육태도 척도, 분조조절 척도, 정서인식 명확성 척도, 적응적 인지정서조절전략 척도를 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 나타난 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변인들 간의 상관은 모두 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타내었다. 이는 자녀가 부모양육태도를 수용적이라고 지각할수록 정서인식 명확성이 높아지고, 적응적 인지정서조절전략을 더 많이 사용하며, 분노조절을 잘하는 것을 나타낸다. 둘째, 수용적 부모양육태도와 분노조절의 관계에서 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 인지정서조절전략의 매개효과는 완전매개를 하였다. 이는 수용적 부모양육태도가 분노조절에 직접적인 영향을 주기보다 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 인지정서조절전략에 영향을 주어 이것이 분조조절에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 수용적 부모양육태도와 정서인식 명확성, 적응적 인지정서조절전략이 학령후기 아동의 분노조절에 영향을 주는 중요한 변인임을 검증하였다. 또한, 수용적 부모양육태도의 중요성을 다시 한 번 강조하였으며, 정서인식 명확성과 적응적 인지정서조절전략을 사용할 수 있는 아동교육과 상담 프로그램의 개발 및 적용에 대한 필요성을 제기했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
