국악 전공자를 위한 수업지도법 교육 연구 : 국악 강사풀제 실기수업을 중심으로

본 연구는 국악 강사풀제 국악강사들이 국악교육자로서 갖춰야 할 자질과 능력이 무엇인지, 장차 국악강사로 활동할 국악 전공자들이 실제로 대학에서 그 자질과 능력을 함양하고 있는지, 그리고 국악 강사풀제를 통한 국악교육 내실화를 위하여 대학이 수행해야 할 과제는 무엇인지에 대하여 연구하였다. 선행논문과 문화체육관광부 및 한국문화예술진흥원의 자료를 분석한 결과에 따르면 국악 강사풀제 국악강사들이 구비해야 할 자질과 능력은 다양한 교수법, 곧 수업지도법으로 나타났다. 하지만 경북지역 음악대학 국악과의 경우, 시대의 요구에 부응하고 국악 전공자들에게 수업지도법을 교습하기 위한 교과목을 개설한 곳은 없었다. 국악교육의 내실화를 꾀하는 방안의 하나는 국악교육의 중심에서 그 주역으로 활동하는 국악강사들이 수업지도법 능력을 갖추도록 하는 일이다. 국악강사들의 수업지도법 함양을 위해서는 국악강사를 배출하는 대학은 다음의 과제를 담당해야 한다. 첫째, 국악 전공자들이 배워야 할 국악교육론ㆍ국악지도법 등 방법론 과목을 개설 해야한다. 둘째, 국악 전공자들이 이들 과목을 방학을 이용해 배울 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째, 국악 전공자들이 제2전공이나 복수전공으로 교육학을 수강할 수 있는 시스템을 강구해야 한다. 넷째, 국악과 교수들은 국악교재 개발에 참여해야 한다. This study is about what qualification and ability Korean classical music instructors have to get and also it will see that students earning Korean classical music degree are practically developing their ability well in university and what assigned subjects university should do for getting substance in Korean classical music through a instructor pool system. Qualification and ability that Korean classical musin instructor has to get are, so to speak, diverse teaching methods in accordance with previous theses and document analysis by Korea Art & Culture Education Service and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. However any university in Gyeong- buk area has not ever established that sort of subject accordingly to meet the current requirement. A way to get substance in Korean classical music education is to make the music instructors be qualified because they are the leading part of Korean classical music education. Therefore, university which cultivates the instructors of ability should manage following subjects to develop teaching methods for Korean classical music instructors. First, university should open methods courses or subjects such as Korean classical music teaching, Korean classical music education methods and so forth. Second, university should make students learn those above subjects during the vacation. Third, university should find a system which allows the students learning Korean classical music to take pedagogy as double major or a minor. Fourth, professors in Korean classical music should participate in how to develop the music teaching materials.
