중국 초등 무용교육 실태에 따른 초등 무용교사 인식에 관한 연구

이 연구는 중국 초등 무용교육 실태에 따른 초등 무용교사의 인식에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 중국 초등 무용교육을 개선할 수 있는 발전적인 정책 수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 중국 하북성에 소재한 4개 시에 분포되어 있는 초등학교 무용교사 200명에게 설문지를 배부하고 성실하게 답변한 184부를 사용하였다. 이 연구목적을 규명하기 위하여 사용한 조사도구는 설문지법으로 국내•외 선행연구에서 신뤼도 및 타당도 검증을 실시한 설문지를 요인 분석 등을 통하여 수정•보완하여 사용하였다. 자료분석을 위하여 코딩한 설문문항을 통계 프로그램인 SPSS Windows 24.0 Version을 사용하여 연구문제에 따라 빈도분석, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 독립표본 T검정(t-test)과 분산분석(ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 특히 초등 무용교사 모집단으로 설정하여 유층집락무선표집법을 실시하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 중국의 초등학교 무용실태는 첫째, 중국의 초등 무용교육의 정과 교육과정은 지식과 기술, 과정과 방법, 감정과 태도 목적으로 둔 내용으로 구성되어 있다. 둘째, 방과 후 무용교육은 대표성, 체계성, 수준별 수업, 고난이도 동작, 시설 및 교구재 등의 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 셋째, 타 문화와의 교류 차원인 공연 중심의 문화예술교육프로그램이 주류를 이루고 있다. 따라서 움직임을 통한 생활미와 예술미에 대한 느낌, 감상, 창의적 능력을 함양할 수 있도록 체계적인 지도자 양성 및 관련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 중국 초등 무용교사의 교육시설의 일반적 사항, 교육과정, 교수학습의 각 영역별 인식 수준은 첫째, 시설 등 일반적 사항 인식에 있어 남교사가 여교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 나이가 적을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였다. 경력이 높을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였으며, 사립 교사가 공립 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 사범대학 출신 교사가 전문대학, 대학원 이상의 출신 교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 음악 전공 교사가 타 전공교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 국가 자격을 취득한 교사가 일반 자격의 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 교육과정 인식에 있어 남교사가 여교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 나이가 많을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였다. 경력이 많을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였으며, 공립 교사가 사립 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 사범대학 출신 교사가 전문대학, 대학원 이상의 출신 교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 체육 전공 교사가 타 전공교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 국가 자격을 취득한 교사가 일반 자격의 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 셋째, 교수학습 인식에 있어 여교사가 남교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 나이가 많을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였다. 경력이 많을수록 긍정적 인식을 보였으며, 공립 교사가 사립 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. 사범대학 출신 교사가 전문대학, 대학원 이상의 출신 교사보다 긍정적이었으며, 무용 전공 교사가 타 전공교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 보였다. 국가 자격을 취득한 교사가 일반 자격의 교사보다 긍정적인 인식을 나타내고 있었다. The research's purpose is to investigate the effect of elementary dance teacher's realization according to Chinese elementary dance education reality to suggest the basic data which is necessary for developed policy to improve the Chinese elementary dance education. To achieve the aim, distribute the questionnaires to 200 dance teachers of the elementary school in four cities of Hebei province, China and use the 184 questionniairs which are answered sincerely. To investigae the reacher's purpose, use the reseach toll of survey method to modify and supplement by factor analyzing the questionnaire which is verified the credibility and validity in advanced research of home and abroad. Carry out the independent sample t-test and anova by frequency analysis and demography's characteristic according to the research question by using survey question with statistical program SPSS Windows 24.0 Version for data analysis. Specially, set as elementary dance teacher population to implement the oil cluster radio sampling method. Deduct the conclusion below according to this. Chinese elementary school’s dance reality is below. Firstly, Chinese elementary dance education’s required course is constituted of the contents which regard knowledge and technology, process and method, emotion and attitude as purpose. Secondly, the dance education after school concludes the problems of representative nature, organization, differentiated education, difficult action, facility and teaching material, and so on. Thirdly, as other culture’s communication level, performance central’s cultural art education program mainly features. And it needs Systematic leader training and relating program development to cultivate feeling, thought, creation ability to life beauty and art beauty through movement. Chinese elementary dance teacher’s education facility general item, education progress, teaching learning each area recognition level is below. Firstly, about the quality and so on usual item recognition, male teacher is more positive than female teacher and the younger is more positive. The one who has more experience has more positive recognition. The private school teacher shows more positive recognition than public teacher. The teacher graduated from college of education is more positive than the teacher graduated from junior college and over university. Sport major teacher shows more positive recognition than other major teacher. The teacher who has national qualification shows more positive recognition than the teacher who has usual qualification. Thirdly, about the teacher learning recognition, female teacher is more positive than male teacher and the older is more positive. The one who has more experience has more positive recognition. The public school teacher shows more positive recognition than private teacher. The teacher graduated from college of education is more positive than the teacher graduated from junior college and over university. Dance major teacher shows more positive recognition than other major teacher. The teacher who has national qualification shows more positive recognition than the teacher who has usual qualification.
