21세기에 들어서면서 세상도 또 한국 사회도 급변하고 있다. 가장 큰 변화 중 하나는 여성의 사회 참여가 급격히 증가하고 이에따라 여성들의 위치나 역할들이 변화한 것이다. 선교사역에도 여성들의 참여는 급증하고 있다. 그러나 한국여성선교사들의 역할과 위치는 크게 변화되지 않았고 한국여성선교사를 바라보는 시선 역시 과거와 크게 바뀌지 않았다. 21세기 변화에 맞게 한국여성선교사에 대한 인식이 바뀌고 한국여성선교사의 인력을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해보았다.

A signage system is developed to deliver specific information to people through the visualized structure. Nowadays, Interest is increasing with the expansion of digital signage, and many are installed outdoors. Since environmental changes affected the system, most signage systems have an air conditioning system inside. One of the key components of the air conditioning system is a fan module that adjusts the appropriate temperature of the system. In this study, the temperature change of the front side of the monitor according to the number of fans was examined to find a system that can provide appropriate cooling. To find the hardware configuration that can make the system work at the appropriate temperature by finding the right conditions for the fan module and the air conditioner for outdoor digital signage. In an outdoor digital signage system, the fan module located at the top of the enclosure sucks in the cold air created by the cooling action of the air conditioner inside. The fan module with a high-air volume turbo fan strongly blows cold air from the air conditioner into the narrow space between the front protective glass and the LCD. This is a system that cools the front side as well as the back side of the LCD, which generates a lot of heat. The fan modules were fabricated by changing the number of fans and tested in an environment with or without a light source. As a result, it was confirmed that all fan modules lowered to the target temperature, but there was a difference in the time. And it was found that the temperature change was the largest in the middle of the monitor in an environment with a light source. As a result of analyzing that point, in the end, as expected, three fans were the best, but the difference in temperature drop time between two and three was 22%. The difference between one and two fans is 42%, so even using two fan modules can bring the necessary temperature drop.
Florescent light (F), red light (R), blue light (B), and mixed red &blue light (H) were used to evaluate the growth characteristics of wheat and barley sprouts according to the LED light quality post sowing 12 days into growing the plants and the cultivation analysis results are the following: 1. The plant height of barley and wheat sprouts was greatest under red light (R), root length and fresh weight was greatest under fluorescent light (F) but there was a tendency of growth suppression under red light (R). 2. The dry weight and organization fidelity of barley and wheat sprouts were highest under mixed light (H) and were lowest under red light (R). However, there were no changes in moisture contents of aerial part. 3. Chlorophyll contents for barley and wheat sprouts both contained higher chlorophyll a than chlorophyll b and wheat sprout had more chlorophyll content than barley sprout. Barley sprout showed the highest chlorophyll contents under mixed light (H) and wheat sprout showed the highest content under fluorescent light (F). 4. Mineral element contained differences in light quality contents and in the case of barley sprouts, contents N, P, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, and Zn were highest under blue light (B) and lowest under fluorescent light (F). K and Cu were highest under red light (R), B highest under mixed light (H), and Na was highest under fluorescent light (F). For wheat sprout, N, P, Na, Fe, Cu, and Zn contents were highest under blue light (B), Mn and B were highest under red light (R), and K, Ca, and Mg were highest under fluorescent light (F).

Trade Union and Labor Relations Adjustment Act was amended on January 1, 2010, principally for the purpose of permitting workers to build a second trade union in an enterprise or a workplace, and establishing the procedure of Single Bargaining Channel in case of plural unions' existence in the same enterprise or workplace. But these new provisions will enter into force on July 1, 2011, because social partners could have enough time to adapt themselves to new circumstances of Multiple unionism.
