      • 공개 소프트웨어를 활용한 전자상거래 시스템 구축

        전자상거래시스템은 다른 IT산업과 마찬가지로 많은 발전을 거듭하여왔다. 최근에는 스마트폰이 대중화되고 이를 통한 전자상거래가 확산되고 있어 커머스의 형태도 M-Commerce, T-Commerce, S-Commerce, U-Commerce 등으로 다양화하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 대기업은 거대한 자본력을 바탕으로 빠르게 전자상거래 시장에 진입했고 공격적인 전략을 펼치고 있다. 그러나 중소기업은 전자상거래 시스템 구축을 위해 초기에 많은 비용을 투자하기 어렵고 고가의 유지비용을 지불하기에도 제약이 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 중소기업을 위해 공개소프트웨어를 활용한 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하였다. 먼저 전자상거래 시스템 구축에 필요한 공개 소프트웨어를 소개하였다. 그리고 이를 활용하여 고객 서비스와 관리자 서비스로 구성된 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하였다. 공개소프트웨어로 전자상거래 시스템을 구축하면 저비용으로 고효율의 전자상거래 시스템 구축이 가능하다. 비용 측면에서 상용소프트웨어 대비 최소 22%에서 최대 98%까지 비용 절감이 가능하다. 성능도 상용소프트웨어 대비 유사한 결과가 도출됐고. 평균응답시간 등에서는 앞서는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기술지원이나 기술공유등이 상당히 제한적일 수밖에 없는 상용소프트웨어에 비해서 공개소프트웨어는 차후 시스템의 수정과 기능 추가 및 확장 등이 용이하다.

      • MC-CS/CDMA 시스템의 성능분석 연구

        MC-CS/CDMA is a very promising technique for high-bit-rate and high capacity transmission in mobile communications. A major disadvantage of multi-carrier modulation is the high peak-to-average power-ratio (PAPR) that can degrades the efficiency of a linear power amplifier and the bit-error-rate (BER) performance. Various methods for reducing PAPR have been proposed for OFDM signals. Such as clipping, block coding, partial transmit sequences, and selected mapping. In this paper, we propose a new multi-carrier system for reducing the major problem of PAPR which is called MC-CS/CDMA. This system is combined with code-select CDMA (CS-CDMA) and multi-carrier modulation scheme. We investigate the capacity of reducing PAPR on MC-CS/CDMA signals. It is shown that considerable reductions of PAPR occur for MC-CS/CDMA comparing with MC-DS/CDMA. We examined the various methods through the computer simulations for example, by increasing the spreading factor or by changing the number of input bits into code select block (CSB). We conclude that the MC-CS/CDMA system is better than the MC-DS/CDMA system in reducing the PAPR.

      • Economic development of Lao PDR through republic of Korea's ODA : focusing on transport infrastructure

        This study intends to understand how to develop Lao PDR’s economy through developing transport infrastructure by getting official development assistance from Republic of Korea. Lao PDR is the only land-locked country located in Indochina Peninsula, Southeast Asia. However, due to lack of capital, skill and technology of Lao PDR, development on transport infrastructure has been delaying. Especially, road transport infrastructure can be the most efficient transport by connecting countries through lands which are China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Myanmar in terms of saving times, amount of physical distribution and mobility. Republic of Korea can be positive assistant for Lao PDR since Korea has experienced economy and social hardship from 1960s to 1980s after the Korean War. However, by overcoming economic and social challenges, Republic of Korea is the one and only country that has become donor country from recipient country. During its development, road transport infrastructures such as road and railway took important role in economic development of Korea. The reason why this thesis is focusing on road transport infrastructure is that Lao PDR also have similar potential like Republic of Korea for economic development by developing road transport infrastructures. Since Republic of Korea has higher capital, skills and technology compared to Lao PDR, providing official development assistance to Lao PDR can be effective cooperation for both countries on transport infrastructure. Having similar geographical condition with Lao PDR and experiences for being recipient country could make Republic of Korea to understand Lao PDR better than other countries in terms of development. By accumulating information in various sectors, positive solution and outcome can be found for both donor and recipient country. Development assistance of Republic of Korea to Lao PDR can be done with education on policy and technical skills, dispatching professionals on needed field. Also, financial support and human resource support can be done directly from Republic of Korea to Lao PDR. During its assistance and development, Lao PDR can face some challenges that can be obstacles for both assistance and economic development. Imbalanced development between the cities which are going to be connected by roads and railway. Due to the straw effect, economy can be activated on some cities due to increasing mobility to bigger city. Corruption which can be occurred during assistance should be solved since Lao PDR has ranked low level on anti-corruption. Corruption between donor and recipient countries should be prevented and one-party dictatorship due to communism of Lao PDR should be careful while its getting support with political implication and financial support. In conclusion, this thesis implies that Lao PDR’s economic development can be made by developing transport infrastructure and developing road infrastructure is the one of positive ways for its development. Republic of Korea can be efficient donor country on official development assistance on road transport infrastructures. Further research is recommended on efficient official development assistance between Lao PDR and Republic of Korea and development of other transport infrastructures of Lao PDR.
