        The supernumerary tooth is an extra tooth that develops in addition to the normal dentition in human. In point of new tooth formation in existing dentition, the supernumerary tooth shares the common features with the successional tooth. Underlying mechanisms of the supernumerary tooth formation could be applied to find a way for the biological tooth regeneration. A C₂H₂ zinc finger transcription factor, Odd-skipped related 2 gene (Osr2) is strongly expressed in dental mesenchyme during tooth development. Recently I have found that Osr2 null mouse shows the supernumerary tooth as well as open eyelids, cleft palate. To understand the molecular mechanisms of supernumerary tooth formation, I performed microarray analysis with tooth germs of Osr2 null mice and identify the downstream target genes of Osr2 in tooth development. Interestingly, β-Catenin was found as a predominantly suppressed gene by Osr2 in tooth development. In situ hybridization analysis, expression of β-Catenin was increased in the dental epithelium of developing tooth germs. In contrast to Pax9, Msx1, and Runx2, genes related with hypodontia or oligodontia, Wnt signaling molecules has been reported to be involved in the balancing the initiation of tooth development. In conditional activation of β-Catenin in dental epithelium results in multiple tooth germ formation, whereas epithelial inactivation of β-Catenin causes to arrest of tooth development in early bud stage. From these findings, Osr2 gene might be an upstream regulator of Wnt signaling derived from dental mesenchyme and function as a critical regulator in determination of tooth number. Therefore, it is suggested that Osr2 mediated Wnt/β-Catenin signaling may play pivotal roles in the initiation of supernumerary tooth formation. Here, I provide a model to find a clue for tooth regeneration from understanding the molecular mechanisms of supernumerary tooth formation.

        A Strategic Framework for Agile Supply Chain Management on Global Supply Chain - Focusing on Agile Manufacturing Inventory Management KIM DONGWON Major in Department of Port Logostics Graduate School of Maritime Industrial Studies Korea Maritime University Abstract Changing customer and technological requirements force companies to develop agile supply chain capabilities in order to be competitive. A wealth of valuable approaches to supply chain strategic, tactical, and operational planning has been extensively developed. In this situation, agile inventory management on global supply chain has become one of the most major strategies to face stronger competition, the market pull and shorter product lifecycles. This study develops a framework to control the supply chain complexity and increase the efficiency, capability, implacability, and sustainability of decisions on how to design, plan, and run supply chains. In this paper, we especially focus on agility of inventory management on global supply chain. Futhermore, we propose to consider a strategic framework, using the crucial factors of agile supply chain management; alignment, adaptability, and visibility. In order to achieve agile supply chain management, integrated and optimal business processes are required. This research provide the opportunities for integration of business processes to a limited extend because most of them are rule based systems that control non-integrated transactions but there is no impetus for collaboration. We present one such business process framework modeling complex and its realization on global environment.       • 점액종성승모판막질환으로 인한 좌심부전을 가진 개에서 순환유리DNA의 농도 평가

        Recently, ccfDNA has been studied as a diagnostic method for tumor patients. In one study, the concentration of Circulating Cell Free DNA(ccfDNA) was also increased on tumors in dogs. Increased concentrations of ccfDNA have been found to increase not only in tumors, but also in myocardial infarction, trauma and sepsis. ccfDNA is released by apoptosis or cell necrosis and flows along the bloodstream. Dogs with myxomatous mitral valve degeneration(MMVD) causes mitral regurgitation and can proceed with left heart failure (LHF).As LHF progresses due to MMVD, the mechanism is ultimately apoptosis or necrosis. Evidence exists that cell exposure due to hypoxia, increased calcium concentration of cytoplasm, temporary ischemia, and formation of oxygen free radicals can be causes of apoptosis. Since ccfDNA leaks due to cell apoptosis and cell necrosis even in myocardial infarction, experiments were conducted on dogs with LHF caused by MMVD, which was not carried out in previous ccfDNA studies. The hypothesis of the experiment was that concentration of ccfDNA would be higher in dogs with LHF due to MMVD than normal dogs The 22 dogs with LHF were diagnosed through thoracic radiography and echocardiography, and blood tests to exclude any other diseases. The 14 normal dogs were confirmed to have no abnormalities through same evaluation method. The results of study show that ccfDNA concentration of the experimental group was about three times higher than the experimental group, which resulted in apoptosis or necrosis of the cell even in left-heart failure caused by MMVD. It suggests that ccfDNA can be a new biomarker for left heart failure in dogs

      • 스포츠시설 상사의 서번트 리더십이 종업원의 직무만족, 조직몰입 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 스포츠시설 상사의 서번트 리더십이 종업원의 직무만족, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 스포츠시설 기업의 인력관리 효율성과 경영성과 제고에 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구대상은 울산광역시에 신고된 공공과 민간의 스포츠시설의 종업원들을 대상으로 모집단을 설정하였다. 표본 추출은 비확률표본추출방법 중 편의표본추출(convenience sampling)방법을 사용하였으며, 울산광역시 남구, 동구, 북구, 중구, 울주군 5개 시군구에 각 70부씩 스포츠시설 종업원들을 대상으로 설문지를 받았다. 설문조사는 총 350부의 설문지를 배부하여 현장에서 바로 회수하였으며, 설문에 불성실하게 응답한 36부를 제외한 나머지 314부의 자료가 실제 분석에 사용되었다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 윈도우용 SPSS 13.0 version을 이용하여 분석하였다. 먼저 응답자들의 인구통계학적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 설정된 가설검정을 위해서 Pearson의 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 스포츠시설 상사의 서번트 리더십은 종업원의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 2. 스포츠시설 상사의 서번트 리더십은 종업원의 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 3. 스포츠시설 상사의 서번트 리더십은 종업원의 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 4. 종업원의 직무만족은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 5. 종업원의 조직몰입은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. Summary The effect of servant leadership of manager on employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation in sports facilities Kim, Dong-Won Major in Physical Education Graduate School of Education University of Ulsan The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of servant leadership of manager on employee's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation in sports facilities and to improve human resource management and businesses performance of sports facilities. The subject of this study is employees of public and private sports facilities which are registered in Ulsan Metropolitan City. As a sampling, convenience sampling was used for this study. Also, the questionnaires were completed by employees of sports facilities in Ulsan Metropolitan City. A total of 350 questionaries were distributed and collected at the same time. Also 314 questionaries have been used for the analysis, but 36 questionaries were not fully filled out. The data processing for this study was done on SPSS 13.0 version for Windows. First, a frequencies analysis was carried out to find out the respondents' demographical characteristic. To evaluate the effects of manager's servant leadership on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and customer orientation, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out. The obtained results are as follows. 1. Servant leadership of manager has had a positive effect on job satisfaction of employee. 2. Servant leadership of manager has had a positive effect on organizational commitment of employee. 3. Servant leadership of manager has had a positive effect on customer orientation of employee. 4. Job satisfaction of employee has had a positive effect on customer orientation. 5. Organizational commitment of employee has had a positive effect on customer orientation.

      • 도시철도 지하역사 동선개선에 관한 연구

        도시철도 역사는 건설 당시에는 지하역사 방재설비의 중요성에 대한 인식이 부족해 지하역 이용자들의 일상적인 활동에 필요한 최소한의 환기 및 공기정화 설비만을 설치한 상태여서 대구지하철 사고 등과 같은 대형 화재가 발생했을 경우에는 적절한 대책이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 건설당시 예측했던 이용자수보다 훨씬 더 많은 시민이 이용함에 따라 안전은 물론이고 대 시민 서비스차원에서도 노후화된 역사에 대한 개선이 시급한상황이다. 역사의 개선은 노후하고 낙후된 역사를 현대화하고 교통 중심성을 유지, 발전시키고 사회시설 운영에 따른 사회적 기여를 할 수 있는 방향으로 이루어져야 하며, 이용객 입장에서는 역사를 이용함으로써 역사내는 물론 주변 역세권내의 판매, 업무, 서비스 시설을 원스톱으로 이용할 수 있는 편의를 누릴 수 있어야 한다. 지하철은 단시간 내에 대량 인원이 밀집과 분산이 시간대별로 이루어지는 장소로서, 기본적인 기능은 승강객에게 진로제공과 함께 쾌적성과 편리성을 제공하기 위한 원활한 동선계획이 요구되며, 이에 본 논문은 도시철도 역세권 개발과 역사개선에 관한 것으로 도시철도역사의 현황 및 지하공간의 문제점 및 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울시의 주요 지하역사의 문제점을 분석하고 이 중, 실제 개선사업이 진행 중인 역사를 선정하여 안전을 고려한 지하공간의 동선 및 설비의 재배치는 물론 대 시민 서비스차원의 공기질 개선 및 방음 조명등의 개선방향을 살펴보도록 하겠다. Subway station iinstalled with equipment of deficient ventilation and air purification in need of routine activity for users because projectors didn't have recognition of the importance of prevention equipment on disasters in subway stations. So if the accident in Deagu is occurred again, we can't prevent it. And it is urgently necessary to improve antique subway station for the safety and service to citizens because users were increased far more. Improvement of subway station has to be modernized the backward and antique subway station and maintained and developed by the center of traffic to give the social contribution with management of social facilities. And subway station has to be made conveniently so that everyone may use the station with one-stop system including sales, business, service equipment. This study will show the improvement plan of problem in underground space and situation of metropolitan-train history to improve metropolitan-train station. we will study a traffic line and equipment relocation of underground space considering safety by choosing the improved station and problems of the underground station in seoul. And then we will study the improvement plan of air purification and sound isolation to upgrade service in citizens.

      • 호흡이 뇌파 및 심박변이도에 미치는 영향

        Background : It is well known that the respiratory pattern can effect on the EEG and HRV. Respiratory variables for quantifying the effect of respiratory pattern have used respiration period, respiration rate, E/I time ratio, respiratory amplitude as well as each variability. Objectives : The aims of the present study is to secure basic technology for the most suitable individual breathing pattern. By analysing a change of EEG and HRV for a change of respiratory pattern, this study detects what respiratory variables effect EEG and HRV. Methods : 58 healthy young volunteers (M:F=36:22) were recruited in the study. By measuring and analysing respiration, EEG and HRV in the spontaneous respiration and controlled respiration(Respiration Rate 10cycles/min, E/I-ratio=1.6), this study examines respiratory variables to effect EEG and HRV. Results: 1. While Respiratory variables in the spontaneous respiration effect low α oscillations in Fp1, θ, β, γ oscillations in P3, β oscillations in P4 and high low α in T4, Respiratory variables in controlled respiration effect θ oscillations, low α oscillations in Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4 and high α oscillations in P3, P4. 2. The greater inspiration period mean, the greater low α oscillations of the Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4, T4 in the controlled respiration. If inspiration period variability and absolute peak variability is small and Expiratory/Inspiratory time ratio variability is big, θ oscillations of Fp1, Fp2, F3, F4 is increased in the controlled respiration. 3. The greater negative peak variability, the more increased HF and TP of HRV in the spontaneous respiration. The greater expiration period variability and respiration period variability, the more increased norm-LF and the less decreased norm-HF in the spontaneous respiration. 4. The greater negative peak variability and inspiration period mean, the more increased LF of HRV in the controlled respiration. The greater negative peak variability, the more increased HF of HRV in the controlled respiration. Conclusions : The results indicate that EEG and HRV can be modulated by the controlled respiration and are more effected by the respiratory variability.

      • 공공부문 비정규직의 정규직화가 근로자의 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 공공봉사동기(PSM)의 조절효과 분석을 중심으로

        본 연구는 ‘공공부문 비정규직의 정규직 전환 가이드라인’에 따라 민간부문에서 공공부문으로 정규직 전환이 된 근로자들에 대한 연구를 통해 그들의 전환채용이 근로자들 개개인과 그들이 속한 조직에 어떤 영향을 가져왔으며 이에 대한 공공봉사동기의 조절변수로서의 역할을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이에 대표적 공기업인 한국전력공사의 공공부문 비정규직의 정규직 전환 정책으로 전환된 근로자들을 대상으로 각 개인의 특성이 직무만족과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 밝히고, 이들 관계에 있어서 공공봉사동기의 조절효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 독립변수는 전환시점, 근무기간, 직위, 소득수준, 전환채용과정으로 설정하였고, 종속변수는 직무만족과 조직몰입으로 설정하였으며, 조절변수는 공공봉사동기로 설정하였다. 연구의 결과는 직위, 소득수준은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치지 않고 공공봉사동기의 조절효과도 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 근무기간, 전환시점은 직무만족에는 영향을 미치지 않으나 조직몰입에는 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났는데, 근무기간이 늘어날수록 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 전환시점이 빠를수록 조직몰입에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 전환시점과 직무만족 ·조직몰입의 사이에는 공공봉사동기가 유의미한 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로 전환채용과정은 직무만족과 조직몰입에 대하여 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전환채용 단계가 복잡할수록 근로자들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 유의미하게 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 전환채용 단계와 직무만족·조직몰입에 대한 공공봉사동기의 조절효과는 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구결과에 따라 채용단계에서 공공봉사동기가 높은 후보자를 선발할 수 있도록 노력해야하고, 채용된 근로자들의 높은 공공봉사동기를 유지하기 위한 관리방안이 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 이러한 형태의 전환채용에 있어서는 서류심사 정도의 단순한 채용 프로세스가 아닌 체계적이고 밀도 높은 리쿠르팅 시스템이 근로자의 직무만족도와 조직몰입을 높여준다는 것을 도출 할 수 있었다. 그리고 이런 결과는 공공부문 정규직 전환 관련 외부전문가들의 심층인터뷰를 분석한 검증을 통해서도 지지가 되었다. 결론적으로 민간부문 비정규직의 공공부문으로의 정규직 전환채용 시 근로자의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높이기 위해서는 단순한 서류심사에 따른 채용 프로세스보다는 심층면접, 체력검사 등과 같이 전환되는 직무 및 직종에 적합한 보다 고도화되고 체계화된 채용 프로세스를 설계하여 운영하는 것이 필요하고, 전환된 근로자의 공공봉사 동기를 유지하기 위한 모기업의 교육지원 등의 추가적인 노력이 요구된다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the conversion recruitment affected conversed employees and organizations they belong, and in this process what is the role of Public Service Motivation(PSM) as a moderating variable. This paper researched employees who were conversed from non-regular to regular in public sector as a part of government policy by KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation). This study set the time of conversion, work period and post position in private sector, income and recruitment methods as independent variables and job satisfaction, organizational commitment as dependent variables, and gender, age, occupational categories as control variables, and public service motivation as moderating variable. The regression analysis showed statistically significant that the recruitment methods have positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. That means, more complicated hiring process has more affirmative effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. However, statistically adjustment effect of PSM was not founded. The analysis also verified positive correlations between the time of conversion and organizational commitment. This result implies that the early transition in employment status makes employees more immerse themselves in the organization. There was no correlations between the time of conversion and job satisfaction, although it was founded PSM has adjustment effect between the time of conversion and dependent variables. This analysis results showed work period, post position in private sector and income have no correlations with organizational commitment, furthermore there is no moderating impact of PSM. But work period in private sector has positive effect on organizational commitment that means as the work period is getting longer, the organization commitment is getting stronger. According to the results of this study, the organization should try to select the applicants with high PSM, and needs management system to maintain the current employees’ PSM. In addition, this research showed the more systematic and faithful hiring methods should be equipped on this kind of transitional employment to improve employees’ job-satisfaction and organization commitment. Also these results were confirmed through the interview with external experts on full-time conversion in the public sector. In conclusion, the organization needs to design advanced and suitable job recruitment process such as in-depth interview, physical examination rather than simple document review to improve conversed employees’ job-satisfaction and organization commitment. Furthermore, this study indicated that parent company should make extra efforts for instance, educational support on the conversed employees in subsidiaries to retain their PSM.
