스힐레벡스 신학에 나타난 신앙의 역사적 역동성에 관한 연구

본 논문은 스힐레벡스 신학에 나타나는 신앙의 역사내적 역동성을 밝히기 위해 그의 작품 흐름을 분석하는 데서 출발한다. 스힐레벡스는 역사 안에서 드러나는 신앙의 역동성이라는 주제로 단일한 글이나 저서를 발표하지는 않았지만 그의 신학 전체는 통일성과 일관성을 가지고 이 주제로 수렴된다. 본 연구는 그의 신학에 나타난 두 개의 역동성을 정리했다. 그 하나는 역사 내 인간의 자기이해로부터 암시적 신앙을 거쳐 명시적 신앙으로 나아가는 역동성이다. 여기서 초월론적 삶의 지평으로부터 향주적 지평의 삶에로 옮겨가는 역동성이 나타난다. 스힐레벡스 신학에 나타나는 또 다른 역동성은 신앙과 역사 사이에 작용하는 역동성이다. 이는 소위 신앙의 역사성과 더불어 교리와 실천을 통한 신앙의 표현이 역사에 미치는 영향을 포함한다. 이어지는 장에서 본 연구는 스힐레벡스 신학의 핵심 개념들인 대조경험과 비판적 부정성 및 윤리적 순교의 의미를 살펴보았다. 익명의 그리스도인 이론에 전제되는 하느님의 보편적인 구원의지와 2장에서 정리한 신앙의 역사 내적 역동성을 감안할 때 이 개념들이 지닌 의미를 보다 심층적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 싀뉘의 영향을 받은 스힐레벡스가 동시대인들에게 신앙의 역사내적 역동성이 윤리적 순교로 뿌리내리는 생생하고 납득 가능한 신앙을 제시하는 신학적 기획의 근간을 마련하였다고 주장한다. This dissertation offers an analysis of Edward Schillebeeckx's writings with the aim of identifying a ‘dynamism of faith within history’ which has never been written nor presented by Schillebeeckx under the same title. Chapter One begins by tracing the historical developments of his work to stress the consistency and unity underlying his diverse themes. While identifying a stream of interests converging on the theme of actualizing faith in history, two streams of dynamism were revealed. The first is a dynamism transposes the transcendental horizon of our life into a theologal horizon. Based on the theory of the anonymous Christian, Schillebeeckx draws a line of dynamism of implicit faith functioning on aself-understanding moving toward explicit faith. The other stream of dynamism found in Schillebeeckx’s theology is a dynamism functioning between history and faith through the expresssion of faith-not only through an ortho-doxy but also through an ortho-praxis. In this dynamism, the so called historicity of faith and the influence of expressions of faith on the concrete history are examined. The following chapter explores the meaning of the theological concepts that lie in the core of Schillebeeckx’s theology: contrast experience, critical negativity and ethical martyrdom. By applying Schillebeeckx’s understanding of the universal saving will of God and the dynamism of faith revealed in the previous chapter, the deep and broad meaning of those concepts was identified. In conclusion, the dissertation argues that a dynamism of faith within history serves as the basis for developing Schillebeeckx’s personal theological project of the evangelisation of history, by a vivid and compelling faith rooted in a living, ethical martyrdom.

이 연구는 화이트헤드 철학에 나타난 세 가지 본성을 지닌 하느님의 이해가신에 관한 새로운 표현을 모색하는 신학적 작업에 주는 의의를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 화이트헤드에게서 신이해가 발전되는 과정을 정리하고, 세계의 창조에 있어서 신만의 고유한 역할을 제시함으로써 그의 신진술이 전통신학의 관점과의 조우를 통해, 창조자의 이해로써 긍정적으로 검토될 수 있음을 밝히고 있다. 여기서 비시간적 현실적 존재로서의 신규정과 궁극자로서의 창조성의 규정이 지니는 의미가 자유의 원천, 신의 절대성, 종교적 가치 등을 통해 정리되고 있다. 결론적으로 이 논문은 다소간의 차이에도 불구하고 그의 신관이 사랑이시며, 세계를 창조하시고 구원하시며 완성으로 인도하시는 하늘 위에 계신 우리의 신앙의 대상으로서의 하느님에 대하여, 현대과학의 세계관과 종교적 대화를 수용하는 가운데, 새로운 표현을 제시할 수 있으며 이로써 우리의 삶의 경험의 순간들이 영원한 사랑인 하느님 안에 정초될 수 있게 된다고 주장한다. This study attempts to evaluate the significance of Whitehead's philosophical model of God for the task of reformulating the expression of God on Christian theology. For this aim, the process of development of Whitehead's idea of God and the unique role of God on creating world, were summarized. Then, the status of God relative to the 'category of creativity' in his philosophical system, several problems resulted from Whitehead's concept of God, and finally some of the ways in which Catholic theologian in the process tradition have tried to resolve them, are indicated briefly. In this study, the three natures of God and the meanings of Whitehead's comments of each nature as 'creator', 'saver', and 'kingdom of heaven' are examined and the concept of 'Peace' was understood as the effect of God on the world. It is argued that Whitehead's philosophical method is an attractive and sufficient basis for advancing the work of Christian theology, on constructing a revised metaphysical framework in which the dynamic interaction between God and world expressed in an inter-related mode. It offers a way of revising our concept of God without contradicting what scientist tell us about the nature of world, and also provides us a new way of understanding of god's immanent activity to all creature and, all the more, to the every 'drop of experience' of our daily life.
