      • 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 직업선택 유형별 희망근로형태 분석

        In order to contribute to the development of street dance, this study will provide a meaningful database and specific analysis on the desired type of labor according to the types of occupation chosen by the college students majoring in street dance. The survey has been written according to the advanced research analysis of the occupation status research and desired types of labor. A total of 302 students majoring in street dance have taken part in the questionnaire. The collected data have been analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistic 18.0 program for the one-way analysis of variance and frequency analysis. The detailed results from the analysis are as follows. Firstly, a study was conducted in order to find out how influential the type of occupations chosen by the street dance major students is on the demographic characteristics. According to the results, the higher age groups showed higher preference for dance instructors, and the group of participants that are single showed higher preference for professional street dancers, while married participants showed higher preference for college lecturers. Secondly, a study was conducted to observe what kind of influence the type of work chosen by the students majoring in street dance has on the type of occupation. The results showed that dance instructors, professional street dancers, college lecturers, and occupations related to running events and dance academies preferred regular jobs, while the choreographers preferred non-regular jobs. Thirdly, a research was carried out to find out what influence the level of awareness of the four major insurances (the awareness of the four major insurances) had on the types of occupation chosen. According to the results, the college students majoring in street dance that chose dance instructor and choreographer knew more about the four types of major insurances compared to the students that chose other occupations. Moreover, when looking at the comparative analysis between the types of occupation chosen based on the level of awareness of the four major insurance (the necessity of insurance), the only occupation that did not need the four major insurances was the dance instructor. Lastly, a study was conducted to find out what influence the four major insurances (awareness of the insurance types) had on the desired labor types (regular, non-regular : according to the different types of occupations chosen). The results showed that most of the street dance majoring students preferred regular jobs, while the level of awareness of the types of the four major insurances was low. They also thought that the four major insurances was necessary, and they were willing to make registration. By summarizing these results, the results from this study concludes that for college students majoring in street dance, there is a relation between the chosen types of occupation, desired labor types and the level of awareness of the four major insurances. Therefore, I propose that based on the results from this study, subsequent study will need to focus on the target samples to continue the analysis of the desired labor types chosen by street dance majoring students and artists. 본 연구는 스트릿 댄스의 발전을 위해서, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생들의 직업선택 유형별 희망근로형태에 대하여 세부 분석하고 의미 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 스트릿 댄스의 직업실태조사, 희망근로형태에 대한 선행연구 분석을 바탕으로 설문지를 작성하였으며, 총 302명의 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석과 일원 분산 분석을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 직업선택 유형이 인구 통계학적 특성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사한 결과, 연령에서는 나이가 많을수록 댄스강사의 선호도가 높았고 결혼 여부에서는 미혼인 경우 전문 스트릿 댄서를, 기혼인 경우 대학교수의 선호도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생의 희망근로형태가 직업선택 유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사한 결과, 안무가를 제외한 댄스강사, 전문 스트릿 댄서, 대학 교수, 행사 및 이벤트 관련, 댄스학원 운영 등의 직업 유형들은 정규직을 선호하였고, 안무가는 비정규직을 선호한다는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 4대 보험 인식(4대 보험 종류 인식)이 직업선택 유형에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사한 결과, 댄스강사와 안무가를 선택한 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생은 4대 보험 종류 인식에 대해 다른 직업을 선택한 이들보다 잘 알고 있다는 결과가 나왔다. 또한 4대 보험 인식(보험의 필요성)에 직업선택 유형 간 차이분석을 보면 댄스강사만 4대 보험이 필요하지 않다는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 4대 보험 인식(보험 종류 인식)이 희망근로형태(정규직, 비정규직 : 직업선택 유형별)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사한 결과, 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생들은 대부분 정규직을 선호하였다. 4대 보험 종류 인식에서는 조금 알고 있고, 4대 보험이 필요하다고 생각하며, 가입을 희망한다는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과를 종합하여 본 연구 결론은 스트릿 댄스 전공 대학생들의 직업선택 유형, 희망근로형태, 4대 보험 인식은 관계가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 표집 대상을 확대하여 스트릿 댄스 전공자 및 예술인들의 희망근로형태를 분석한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 제언하였다.

      • 중등학교 음악 교과서의 창작 영역에 관한 분석 연구

        Music textbooks accept the beauty of music through various musical activities and experiences, it aims to foster creative talent who can produce new and original ideas based on musical knowledge. In 2015 revised music education curriculum it focuses on the development of musicality and creativity and suggests the direction of education, among them, the most effective activity that can satisfy the desire for creative expression is creation. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed the creative activities of 26 kinds of middle school music textbooks and 8 kinds of high school music textbooks that applied 2015 revised music education curriculum. In setting the category of creative activities for analysis, the contents related to creative lines in 2015 revised education curriculum and the analysis categories of previous studies were reviewed, for the theoretical basis. And based on the content, the analysis category was set. Analyze the proportion of creative activities in the textbook based on the category you set, The frequency of creative activities presented by grade was compared for each publisher. In addition, the contents of how creative activities are carried out by grade and the differences in musical elements learned by grade were analyzed. As a result of the study, even if both the creative activities of independent sanctions and the creative activities linked to other areas are combined, the proportion is lower than that of other areas. It was found that the frequency of applied creative activities such as creation using cupta, rap, and digital devices was higher than the frequency of basic melody and rhythm creative activities. In addition, music elements such as harmony, scale, tonality, dynamics, and tempo were rarely dealt with in creative activities. It seems that the music elements presented in the 2015 revised music education curriculum do not apply much to creative activities, learning contents are not presented in stages by grade. Learning activities and their contents frequently showed activities that lacked detailed explanations until learners reached the results that matched the learning objectives. This study analyzes and compares creative activities by publishers of middle and high school music textbooks to strengthen systematic creativity education. This study seeks a desirable direction for creative education and suggests a direction for music textbooks to move forward.
