        This paper confirmed the time when the most noise was generated through the foreign material test and confirmed the effect of old heating water on the hot water circulation pump. Through the experiment, it was possible to find out when the noise abnormality of each material part occurred, and the abrasiveness of the parts could be confirmed. CERAMIC material was found to be the best material compared to other materials. In addition, it was confirmed that the quality of the heating water used by the user has a significant effect on the hot water circulation pump. The life of the pump cannot be guaranteed in heating water with many foreign substances. As durability and reliability depend on the quality of the heating water used in the hot water circulation pump, it was confirmed that continuous research on heating water quality management is necessary.In general, heating water replacement is expensive. Therefore, parts made of CERAMIC material with good durability are applied to the hot water circulation pump. In addition, the necessity of continuous material development was confirmed to enhance durability.

      • 탄소전극 발열체의 발열에 관한 연구

        In this paper, it is confirmed that there is a problem in the heating operation of the conventional hot - wire type carbon pad belt, and the heat generation of the carbon electrode heating body, which is a countermeasure for improving the heating, has been experimented. As a result of the experiment in this paper, when the direct heating method of the carbon electrode heating element was replaced by the direct heating method of the carbon electrode pad, the average temperature reaching time of the indirect heating method of the conventional carbon pad belt was 46 minutes and 42 seconds. The time difference was about 30 minutes and 36 seconds, which was about three times faster than that. In the heating test of the heating element of the carbon electrode, at a temperature of about 51 °C the temperature does not rise any more and stays at a constant temperature. This phenomenon is seen as PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) phenomenon of carbon. . Confirmation of this phenomenon is expected to be experimented with a more various mixing ratio.

        In this Study, We improved the Filler Neck manufacturing process assembled at Input-output by the two-line manufacturing method, and compared with the existing process method, due to the reducion of C-Time more than twice the productivity improvement for the purpose of study. Improvement parts by assembly process are ① Bush assembly process, ② Hose assembly process, and ③ Clamp assembly process. Main points of improvement are as follows. ① Bush assembly process - Line Feeder's discharge method is reduced to C-Time more than doubling as compared with the conventional mothod for two-line - Bush assembly of 2EA per cycle is possible - Simplification of Bush supply transfer ② Hose assembly process - Bush and Tube assembly, Hole inspection Marking proceed simultaneously - Utilize space th choose lin cylinder - Reduce error by removing additional dynamics of cylinder and bush assembly ③ Clamp assembly process - Tube insertion process and bush assembly process are interlocked to minimizr interference during bush assembly. - There is no need to fix the tube after insertion.       • PLC를 이용한 권취 장력 시스템의 설계

        The aim of this study is to improve dynamic control of web through accurate tension control in roll to roll systems in order to obtain tension stability which has not been discussed in former researches. Control system of web tension and movement has decisive effecton quality of products and speed of production while web is un-reeled and reeled. This study takes four steps to find more accurate tension control. Firstly, existing equipment and its tension control systems are studied. Secondly, advantages and disadvantages of each system are understood after analyzing them. Thirdly, new tension control system with PLC for more precise control is designed. Lastly, the system is tested and conclusion is obtained. PID tension control algorithm is applied for better system stability monitored in open and close control while different gains are put in. Tests in open loop system for 20kg targeted tension show that maximum and minimum values are -18 and +25kg and average change value is -1.5 ~ +1.8kg which is ±8.3% of the aimed tension. Tests in PID system for 20kg targeted tension show that maximum and minimum values are -0.9 and +1.2kg and average change value is -0.6 ~ +0.7kg which is ±3.25% of the aimed tension. Tests in PID + Dead-band system for 20kg targeted tension show that maximum and minimum values are -19.7 and +20.4kg and average change value is -0.3 ~ +0.4kg which is ±1.75% of the aimed tension. Test result presents that controlling gain value according to noise and resolution of pick-up sensors in close loop algorithm has direct influence on tension stability and implies that making database of the inputs makes it possible and easier to control more accurate tension control.

      • 무선 전자코 저전력 구동을 위한 복합가스 인식 알고리즘 설계 및 구현

        제안한 전자코 시스템의 성능을 테스트하기 위해 실험실 환경기반 가스측정시스템을 설계 및 구현하여, 가스측정 실험을 수행한다. 본 연구에서는 측정 가스로 산업환경, 농/축산 환경, 그리고 가정 등에서 빈번히 발생하는 유해가스인 암모니아(NH3) 가스, 황화수소(H2S) 가스, 그리고 이들의 혼합(NH3+H2S)가스를 대상으로 한다. 측정실험으로부터 획득한 데이터는 전처리과정을 거쳐 가스인식 알고리즘 네트워크의 입력으로 사용된다. 획득한 데이터를 학습데이터와 테스트데이터로 분류하고, 학습데이터를 바탕으로 제안한 가스인식 알고리즘을 학습한 다음 테스트데이터로 대상가스에 대한 식별 및 농도추정 결과를 확인한다. 본 논문의 구성은 다음과 같다. 2장에서 전반적인 전자코 시스템을 설명하고, 3장에서는 제안하는 전자코 시스템의 개발에 필요한 데이터획득과 제안한 시스템의 성능평가를 위해 먼저 복합가스측정 센서모듈을 제작하고, 가스측정 실험환경을 설계한다. 그리고 측정실험으로부터 획득한 센서데이터를 기반으로 대상가스 식별 및 농도추정에 대한 가스인식기를 개발한다. 4장에서는 실험실 환경기반 가스측정 실험을 통해 제안한 복합가스측정 센서모듈과 퍼지 최소-최대 기반 가스인식시스템의 성능을 검증한다. 끝으로 V장에서는 본 논문에서의 연구 및 실험에 대한 결론과 향후과제에 대해서 알아본다.

      • 이동식 자동 공구 교환장치 보관 모듈 개발

        The functions of the existing fixed CNC tool changer are installed and sold in most low-cost CNCs. The disadvantages of the fixed CNC are low time efficiency and difficulty in maintenance. In this study, a mobile automatic tool changer(ATC) was developed to improve the disadvantages of the fixed CNC. The advantage of the mobile ATC is that it is free to move and convenient for maintenance. In addition, it can be installed in close proximity to the processing area, saving time when changing tools. The sequence of a typical tool changer consists of the following actions. Z axis safe position operation, current tool storage movement, Z axis current tool return operation, Z axis current tool return completion operation, Z axis tool change movement movement, Z axis tool change operation, Z axis tool change completion operation and machining return operation . The basic difference between fixed tool change and ATC is how to register tool change coordinates. Fixed tool change can be done by the engineer during setup. ATC was developed so that users can change it at any time. As a result of comparing and analyzing the operation time of the fixed tool changer and the ATC operation time, respectively, as a result of the experiment under the same conditions, about 16% of the time was saved for ATC, which indicates that ATC has high time efficiency. Therefore, it can be seen that the ATC developed in this paper has the following advantages when compared with the existing fixed tool changer. Time is saved, user can easily change location, and maintenance is convenient.

      • 저진공 플라즈마를 이용한 하드렌즈 세정에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to increase the life-cycle and reduce the feeling of irritation through the hard lens cleaning using a plasma in a low vacuum. There were a lot of papers for the cleaning of a hard lens with atmospheric pressure plasma. Even a commercial product of it was sold and used in ophthalmic clinic. Atmospheric pressure discharge makes the process excessive, furthermore, there were some confusing problems such as causing unwanted radiated electromagnetic waves. In the case of atmospheric pressure, a discharge voltage for generating the plasma needs more than 10㎸, but in a low vacuum condition, it only requires less than 500V for generating the plasma. In a vacuum chamber, the unwanted radiated electromagnetic waves become smaller because the discharge happens there. This ensures the high safety for compatibility when the electromagnetic waves are radiated to the outside. In addition, this reduces the damage to the surrounding electronic devices or human body by minimizing the processing time. To find a solution of atmospheric pressure plasma, I made an experiment about how the cleaning of a hard lens using a low vacuum plasma affects the hard lens. Consequentially, when I used the low vacuum plasma at the experiment, the contact angle measurement which indicates the hydrophilic property became 60 degrees less than when I used the atmospheric pressure plasma. Moreover, the damage of the lens was minimized, the life-cycle was increased and the feeling of irritation became better.

        In this paper, there were problems of the cost of investment due to the power failure accident due to the lack of reserve power in the peak hours of power at home and abroad and the massive addition of additional power generation facilities. To reduce any of these problems, a three-phase sensorless three-phase inverter system for refrigerator compressors was developed to contribute to the reduction of power consumption by improving energy efficiency. The high efficiency sensorless three-phase inverter system for refrigerator compressors developed in this paper can reduce consumption power by increasing energy efficiency through application of high efficiency sensorless control algorithm. Also, it is developed so that it can be applied in a single part form to various refrigeration devices, consisting of modular components to control the desired speed, pressure and temperature with optimal efficiency from external controllers. Development of High Efficiency Sensorless 3-phase Inverter System for Refrigerator Compressor in this paper 1 Inverter Efficiency: 95.107% 2 Operational power factor: 99.33% 3 Development of inverter with high efficiency, high power rate and high precision performance with sensorless precision error of 0.75% or less has been achieved.

      • MHEV 48V 전력시스템용 3kW급 다모듈 고효율 저전압 DC/DC 컨버터 개발

        In this paper, we proposed the development of 3kW class multi-module LDC to improve system expansion difficulty, cost for maintenance, system compatibility and control due to use of analog controller, which is a problem of existing single module power converter, and to make efficient power conversion. Consideration of simple circuit for multi modulation, power expansion and ease of control, synchronous force type power transformer was applied, and after design, input voltage, output voltage operation and efficiency verification was carried out in single module. In addition, the reliability and performance of the product were verified through input voltage, output voltage operation, maximum output, efficiency verification, continuous operation test for more than 700 hours, and reliability test in the multi-module. In the case of multi-module power transducer developed as above, it can solve problems of existing single-module power transducer and can be applied to various electric vehicles as it can output various power depending on module structure.

        In the case of the smart dual pump system proposed in this paper, in the existing system, the existence of pump abnormalities is detected by hardware, but the operation data is stored and diagnosed using software to determine the presence or absence of abnormalities. In the case of the smart type dual pump system proposed in this study, it is possible to save unnecessary waste energy because it performs active control when an abnormality occurs while performing a normal monitoring function. It operates in such a way that it does not overwhelm the device, so you can see a great benefit in terms of maintenance costs. When applying the smart dual pump system, it can be applied to the facility in use with a simple change without incurring a large cost, and it has the advantage that a general worker without field expertise can operate the system with simple manipulation.
