음악교수법연구 : 중급 학습자들을 위한 Album for the Young의 교수법적 접근 = Forgotten Albums for the Young: A Source of Repertoire for the Intermediate Students

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중급과정의 피아노 학습이 초급과 고급과정에 비해 상대적으로 공부할 곡들이 부족함을 직시하여 보다 효율적이며 체계적인 피아노 학습을 위해 중급과정의 학생들에게 다양한 classic 곡들을 슈만의 <Album for the Young>을 중심으로 소개한다. 또한 본 연구는 슈만의<Album for the Young>과 같은 제목들을 가진 각각의 곡들을 시대별(19세기, 20세기, 21세기)과 공통된 주제별(댄스, Songs, 일상생활, 계절별)로 서로 비교 분석한다. 이러한 과정과 함께 본 연구는, 중급 과정 학생들의 음악적, 사회적 성향과 그들의 피아노 학습에서의 어려움을 인지하고, 본 연구에 포함된 <Album for the Young>의 작품들을 통해 얻을 수있는 중급과정 피아노 학습에서의 즐거운 동기부여와 상급단계로의 준비를 위한 기회를 제공 할 수 있는 발판을 마련하며 궁극적으로는 이 청소년시기 학생 스스로의 감정을 표현하거나 조절하여 다스리는 방법을 터득하여 청소년들의 정서적 발달과 그들의 성장에 긍정적 영향을 미치도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest effective pieces in Albums for the Young that can be used as appropriate repertoire for the intermediate-level student. At the intermediate level, students encounter challenges to continued learning from several factors. One major factor is the lack of repertoire that is attractive and effective for this age group. In this study, the lesser-known pieces are examined from numerous Albums for the Young written by composers from the 19th through the 21st centuries, an untapped source of repertoire that can be used to maintain student interest through the intermediate level. It has found that interesting and exciting titles inspire students to learn these fun pieces because students are encouraged to use their imaginations. The pieces in this study will help the teacher to develop a student’s musicality while simultaneously addressing technical issues encountered on the intermediate level.
