The purpose of this study was the influence of organizational performance by inclusive leadership. So to verify the effects on the mediating variable of psychological safety of employees.
For verification the purpose of this study established the variable as followings; First, the independence variable established the accessibility, openness and usability as inclusive leadership.
Second, the dependence variable established the employee’s job passion and organizational civic behavior as organizational performance. Third, the mediating variable established the employee’s psychological safety.
To investigate the variable inter-relationship used the multi-regression analysis and bootstrap analysis. For this study conduct a questionnaire survey of 135' corporate employees who had worked in C city of Chonbuk province.
The results of this study were as follows: First, as a result of multi-regression analysis to find out positive effects of inclusive leadership to the employee’s job passion. Especially, the influence of usability and openness is high. Second, the find out positive effects of inclusive leadership to the employee’s organizational civic behavior. Especially, the influence of accessibility and openness is high. Third, the find out the influence of mediating variable by the employee’s psychological safety.
But, only the indirect effect of psychological safety is recognized in organizational civic behavior. And the mediating effects to job passion is high.
